The multipurpose horizontal air fryer according to claim 1, wherein: an inductive switch for monitoring the opening and closing conditions of the cover body (2) is arranged between the base (1) and the cover body (2); when the cover body (2) is closed, the induction switch conducts a circuit where the hot air assembly is located; when the cover body (2) is opened, the circuit where the hot air assembly is located is cut off by the induction switch.

The multipurpose horizontal air fryer according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein: the engine base (1) comprises a base (101) and a supporting shell (102), wherein the supporting shell (102) is arranged at the end part of the base (101); the base (101) corresponds to the bottom of the heating cavity (A), and the support shell (102) corresponds to the rear side of the heating cavity (A); the hot air assembly is arranged on the supporting shell (102); the left side and the right side of the cover body (2) are respectively hinged with the corresponding side parts on the supporting shell (102); the cover body (2) is provided with an upper panel (201) for closing the top opening of the heating cavity (A) and a front panel (202) for closing the front opening of the heating cavity (A).

The multipurpose horizontal air fryer according to claim 8, wherein: the hot air assembly comprises a hot air motor (5), a hot fan blade (7) and a first heating body (8); a motor shaft of the hot air motor (5) is in transmission connection with a hot fan blade (7), and the first heating body (8) is positioned between the hot fan blade (7) and the heating cavity (A); the hot air motor (5) and the first heating body (8) are respectively and electrically connected with a control system; the hot air assembly is arranged in an inner cavity of the supporting shell (102), the heating cavity (A) is communicated with the inner cavity of the supporting shell (102) through the front side opening of the supporting shell (102), and hot air generated by the hot air assembly transversely enters the heating cavity (A) through the front side opening of the supporting shell (102).
10. The multipurpose horizontal air fryer according to claim 9, wherein: the inner cavity of the support shell (102) is provided with a first electrical cavity (103) and a second electrical cavity (104) which are not communicated with each other; the hot air motor (5) is arranged on the first electric cavity (103); hot fan leaf (7) and first heating member (8) set up on second electric chamber (104), air intake (109), air-out end through supporting casing (102) front end opening intercommunication on second electric chamber (104) air inlet intercommunication support casing (102) heating chamber (A).
