The generation of "reinsurance" is intended to distract the risk and responsibility of the original insurance and is called "insurance of insurance".
However, because of the low informatization degree of original insurance and reinsurance, reinsurance business processing depends on a large amount of manpower to communicate with the straight insurance company in the form of mails and telephones, and repeatedly inquire price, negotiate price and negotiate terms. And then, the transaction information is input into the local management system in a manual operation mode, so that the efficiency is low, and human input errors are easily caused, and potential information error risks such as financial affairs and the like are caused. Moreover, the mutual trust between the two parties of the transaction is easily caused by poor credibility of the data.
