The invention adopts a mode of combining a torque screwdriver and a self-made tool to measure the starting torque of the self-lubricating bearings with different sizes. Preferably, the accuracy of the torque screwdriver is not less than 1/10 of the minimum value of the starting torque of the bearing to be tested.
Preferably, the torque screwdriver and the connecting sleeve adopt a matching mode of an inner hexagonal hole and an outer hexagonal hole.
Preferably, the connecting sleeve is a step-shaped connecting shaft, a shaft with a smaller diameter is in clearance fit with an inner hole of the bearing inner ring, and the clearance is not more than 0.2 mm; prevent shaking during the measurement process.
Preferably, a gasket is arranged between the connecting sleeve and the bearing inner ring, so that the connecting sleeve and the bearing inner ring are fixed into a whole, and meanwhile, a certain protection effect is achieved on the bearing.
The invention also provides a simple and universal measuring method for the bearing starting torque, which adopts the measuring device, and when in measurement, firstly, the initial value of the measurement on the torque screwdriver is adjusted to be smaller than the theoretical torque value according to the theoretical torque value of the bearing starting given by design;
then, the torque screwdriver is rotated to drive the bearing inner ring to rotate; if the bearing inner ring generates autorotation motion relative to the outer ring at the moment, judging that the starting torque of the bearing is qualified;
then, adjusting and measuring the torque of the torque screwdriver until the torque screwdriver jumps, and at the moment, judging that the previous set torque value of the torque screwdriver starting to jump is the actual value of the bearing starting torque;
on the contrary, if the moment screwdriver jumps at a given initial test moment value, the given initial test moment value is smaller than the actual value of the bearing starting moment, at the moment, the initial test moment value of the moment screwdriver needs to be increased and torque is applied, and if the inner ring of the bearing generates autorotation motion relative to the outer ring at the moment, the starting moment of the bearing is judged to be qualified; and then, adjusting and measuring the torque of the torque screwdriver until the torque screwdriver jumps, and at the moment, judging that the previous set torque value of the torque screwdriver starting to jump is the actual value of the bearing starting torque.
Preferably, in the measuring process, the measuring initial value of the torque screwdriver is adjusted to be less than about 50% of the theoretical value of the bearing starting torque.
Preferably, in the measuring process, when the moment scale of the moment screwdriver is adjusted, if the difference between the moment scale value and the bearing starting moment is large, an adjusting mode of coarse adjustment and fine adjustment is adopted.

If the bearing inner ring generates autorotation motion relative to the outer ring at the moment, the no-load starting moment of the bearing is judged to be qualified. And then the moment screwdriver is adjusted until the moment screwdriver jumps, and the accurate no-load starting moment can be accurately measured. On the contrary, if the moment screwdriver jumps at a given initial test moment value, the given initial test moment value is smaller than the actual value of the bearing starting moment, at the moment, the initial test moment value of the moment screwdriver needs to be increased and torque is applied, and if the inner ring of the bearing generates autorotation motion relative to the outer ring at the moment, the starting moment of the bearing is judged to be qualified; and then, adjusting and measuring the torque of the torque screwdriver until the actual no-load starting torque value of the bearing is measured. At this time, the previously set torque value at which the torque screw starts to jump is determined as the actual value of the bearing starting torque.
It should be noted that, although not described in detail in the above embodiments, the embodiments are regarded as the prior art, and may be combined and superimposed to match each other by a simple combination in order to achieve the most basic functions and requirements of the invention. A simple and universal bearing starting torque measuring device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the connecting sleeve is a stepped connecting shaft, the smaller diameter shaft of the stepped connecting shaft is in clearance fit with the inner bore of the bearing inner race, and the clearance is not more than 0.2 mm; prevent shaking during the measurement process.

then, the torque screwdriver is rotated to drive the bearing inner ring to rotate; if the bearing inner ring generates autorotation motion relative to the outer ring at the moment, judging that the starting torque of the bearing is qualified;
then, adjusting and measuring the torque of the torque screwdriver until the torque screwdriver jumps, and at the moment, judging that the previous set torque value of the torque screwdriver starting to jump is the actual value of the bearing starting torque;
on the contrary, if the moment screwdriver jumps at a given initial test moment value, the given initial test moment value is smaller than the actual value of the bearing starting moment, at the moment, the initial test moment value of the moment screwdriver needs to be increased and torque is applied, and if the inner ring of the bearing generates autorotation motion relative to the outer ring at the moment, the starting moment of the bearing is judged to be qualified; and then, adjusting and measuring the torque of the torque screwdriver until the torque screwdriver jumps, and at the moment, judging that the previous set torque value of the torque screwdriver starting to jump is the actual value of the bearing starting torque.
