The clamping device for testing the starting torque of the oscillating bearing provided by the invention is explained below with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the invention provides a clamping device for a joint bearing starting torque test, comprising: the device comprises a supporting seat 1, a compression bolt 2, a gasket 3, a starting torque testing tool 4 and a bearing 5.
The middle of the supporting seat 1 is provided with three layers of stepped holes, the size of an inner hole of a first layer is determined according to the measured bearing 5, the inner hole and the bearing are in clearance fit, the clearance range is 0.01-0.025mm, the size of the inner hole of a second layer is required to be smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing and larger than the outer diameter of a nut screwed at the lower end of the starting torque testing tool 4, the size of the inner hole of a third layer is the same as that of the inner hole of the bearing, and the inner hole is required to be a through hole so that the bearing 5 can be tested with the supporting.
In order to avoid stress concentration to cause the first layer of inner holes of the supporting seat 1 will the bearing outer ring of the bearing 5 is scratched, the supporting seat 1 is made of a soft metal aluminum alloy.
When the bearing 5 is placed in the inner hole of the first layer of the supporting seat 1, the upper end surface of the bearing 5 is 0.1mm higher than the upper end surface of the supporting seat 1 so as to ensure that the edge of the gasket 3 is tightly pressed on the bearing outer ring of the bearing 5.
