The drill floor module 1 has an integral structure, and the storage and the transportation are jointly completed by taking a stand platform as a whole, so that the storage and transportation space can be effectively saved, and the storage and transportation cost is reduced; the driller room can be lifted up and down through the lifting of the lifter, and the whole lifting process is safe, rapid and stable.

Claims (10)

1. A core drilling machine, comprising:
the drill floor module is fixedly connected to the construction site to be explored;
the drilling machine main body module is fixedly connected to a construction site to be explored and is close to the drill floor module, the drilling machine main body module has an upright state and a flat state and can be switched between the two states, the drilling machine main body module can be connected to the upper end of the drill floor module when in the upright state, the drilling machine main body module is connected with a drill rod and is used for uranium ore exploration coring and rope drilling tool construction, an avoidance space suitable for avoiding the drilling of the drilling machine main body module is arranged on the drill floor module, and the drilling machine main body module adopts electric top drive drilling; and
and the driller control system is arranged on the drill floor module and is suitable for controlling the operation of the drilling machine main body module.
2. Core drilling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the drill floor module comprises:
the driller control system is arranged at the upper end of the stand platform;
the stand box is connected to the upper end of the stand platform and used for placing a drill rod, and anti-skid grains suitable for preventing the drill rod from skidding are arranged on the stand box;
the ramp is connected to the side part of the stand platform and used for discharging drill rods;
the two inclined ladders are connected to the side parts of the vertical root table and used for drillers to get on and off the vertical root table; and
and the drilling tool screwing and unscrewing system is connected to the upper end of the stand platform, is used for being fixedly connected with the drilling machine main body module when the drilling machine main body module is in an upright state, and can be switched to be in a flat state after being detached and separated from the drilling machine main body module.
3. Core drilling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the drilling machine body module comprises:
the derrick is vertical;
the crown block comprises three groups of pulleys which are uniformly distributed on the upper part of the derrick, and the pulleys are used for guiding the ropes;
the direct-drive power head is connected to the middle part of the derrick, is connected with a drill rod, is used for electric top drive drilling and is used for providing power for drilling of the drill rod;
the manipulator system is connected to the middle part of the derrick, can move in a three-dimensional space and is used for moving the drill rod in a linear direction;
the direct-drive winch is connected to the lower part of the derrick, a steel wire rope connected with the crown block is wound on the direct-drive winch, and the direct-drive winch is used for taking out and putting down drilling tool construction;
the hydraulic system is connected to the lower part of the derrick, positioned behind the direct-drive winch and used for providing a hydraulic source for hydraulic oil for the core drilling machine;
the electric control power distribution system is connected to the lower part of the derrick, is positioned behind the hydraulic system and is a processing unit for the operation of the core drilling machine; and
and the direct-drive slurry pump is connected to the lower part of the derrick, is positioned behind the electric control power distribution system and is used for discharging slurry generated in the drilling process.

The core drilling machine as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a drilling machine background connected to a construction site to be explored, wherein one side of the lower end of the derrick is hinged to the upper portion of one end of the drilling machine background, the derrick can rotate around the hinged position and can be in an upright state or a flat state after rotating, the other side of the lower end of the derrick is used for being connected with the drill floor module, and the direct-drive winch, the hydraulic system, the electric control power distribution system and the direct-drive slurry pump are all arranged on the drilling machine background.
5. The core drilling machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein a plurality of ejector rods are connected to the upper end of the back of the drilling machine, the ejector rods are connected with the side of the derrick at the top ends, and the ejector rods are used for ejecting the derrick to rotate.

The core drilling machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein a drilling room, a pipe screwing machine and an operation box are arranged on the stand, the pipe screwing machine is used for screwing and unscrewing a drill rod during the construction of the drilling tool, and the drill floor module and the drilling machine main body module are of a detachable combined structure.

The core drilling machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the derrick is a two-section sleeved mast derrick, a lifting device for driving the direct-drive power head to lift is nested in the derrick, a guide rail, an oil cylinder and a second floor platform are further arranged on the derrick, the direct-drive power head slides and lifts on the guide rail, the oil cylinder is used for providing power for the lifting device, the second floor platform is used for placing vertical roots, and the direct-drive power head can drive a drill rod to drill under pressure by means of the lifting device after drilling.

Core drilling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the core drilling machine further comprises a remote monitoring system, which is in wireless communication with the driller control system and is capable of video dialogue with each other, said remote control system being adapted to control the operation of the drilling machine body modules.

The core drilling machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the direct drive power head uses a rare earth permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency direct drive motor as power, and is cooled by a water cooling mode, and the direct drive power head and the direct drive winch alternately operate; the direct-drive winch adopts a permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency direct-drive motor as power, and the direct-drive slurry pump adopts a rare earth permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency direct-drive motor as power;
the core drilling machine adopts two combined operation modes of hydraulic drilling and lifting of the direct-drive winch, and the lifting device is used for hydraulically pushing the direct-drive power head to drill so as to realize three drilling modes of pressurized drilling, reduced pressure drilling and floating drilling; when the underground accident is processed, the drilling tool is lifted by means of the direct-drive winch or the traveling block in linkage mode.
10. Core drilling machine according to claim 6, characterized in that a lifter is arranged on the stand, the bottom of the driller's cabin being connected to the lifter, the lifter being adapted to push the driller's cabin up and down.
