The invention provides a technical scheme that: an environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 42% of epoxy resin, 6% of waterborne modified epoxy resin, 2% of thixotropic agent, 40% of curing agent, 0.4% of curing accelerator and 9% of pigment; 0.4 percent of inorganic antibacterial agent;
the waterborne modified epoxy resin comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 69% of a substance containing a polyether chain segment, 30% of epoxy resin, 0.6% of a catalyst and 0.4% of a defoaming agent;
a preparation method of an environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance comprises the following steps:
s1: the epoxy resin is modified by water, 60g of the epoxy resin is added into a four-neck flask respectivelyM-1000 polyetheramine, 30g of hydrogenated epoxy resin, 0.6g of boron trifluoride complex serving as a catalyst and 0.3g of polyether chain segment modified and grafted silicon ether copolymer serving as a defoaming agent are added, then the temperature is raised to 100 ℃, and the heat preservation reaction is carried out for 2-5h; and monitoring the epoxy equivalent value in the reaction system by a spectrum analyzer until the epoxy equivalent value in the system is not changed any more, and cooling to stop the reaction. Cooling to 45 ℃, and discharging to obtain the waterborne modified epoxy resin;
s2: preparing a component A of the waterborne epoxy resin crack sealer, taking 42g of cyclohexane-1, 2-dicarboxylic acid diglycidyl ester, adding 6g of waterborne modified epoxy resin synthesized in the step S1, and stirring and dispersing at a high speed of 2000rpm for 20 min; taking out, adding 2g of fumed silica into the system, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 800rpm to obtain a component A;
s3: preparing a component B of the waterborne epoxy resin crack sealer, taking 40g of a mixture of 1, 3-cyclohexanediamine and polyetheramine D220, adding 0.4g of salicylic acid serving as a curing accelerator, 3g of fumed silica serving as a thixotropic agent, 0.4g of nano Ag serving as an inorganic antibacterial agent, and stirring and dispersing for about 5min at the rotating speed of 800rpm to ensure that the thixotropic agent is uniformly dispersed in a curing agent. Taking out, adding 9g of gold-plating powder into the system, continuing stirring for 10min to uniformly disperse the powder, and taking out to obtain a curing agent B component;
s4: and (3) obtaining water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent resin, wherein 50 g of A, B components and A, B components of the water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent resin are respectively filled into a bi-component rubber tube, so that a final bi-component epoxy seam beautifying agent product can be obtained.
Through the comparative experiment of the four groups of examples, each group of examples can improve the weather resistance of the epoxy seam beautifying agent, and has environmental protection, wherein the weather resistance effect of the scheme of the third embodiment is the best.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (7)
1. The environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 42% of epoxy resin, 4-6% of waterborne modified epoxy resin, 2-4% of thixotropic agent, 33-40% of curing agent, 0.2-0.4% of curing accelerator and 7-10% of pigment; 0.2 to 0.6 percent of inorganic antibacterial agent;
the waterborne modified epoxy resin comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-70% of substance containing polyether chain segment, 30% of epoxy resin, 0.6-0.9% of catalyst and 0.3-0.5% of defoaming agent.

The environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the material containing polyether chain segment is polyethylene glycol or HensmeipolyetheramineM-600、M-1000、M-2070, wherein the epoxy resin is one or a mixture of 3, 4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl 3, 4-epoxycyclohexylformate, bis 3, 4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl adipate, 4, 5-epoxytetrahydrophthalic acid diglycidyl ester and cyclohexane-1, 2-dicarboxylic acid diglycidyl ester.
3. The environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the catalyst is one of boron trifluoride complex, tert-octylamine and triphenylphosphine, and the thixotropic agent is one of fumed silica and bentonite.
4. The environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the curing accelerator is salicylic acid, and the pigment is one of titanium dioxide, noble silver and gold-plating powder.
5. The environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the curing agent is one or a mixture of two of 1, 3-cyclohexyldimethylamine, 4-diaminodicyclohexylmethane, 1, 3-bis-aminopropyl-5, 5-dimethylhydantoin, N-aminoethyl piperazine, polyetheramine D-220, polyetheramine D-400 and polyetheramine D-205.
6. The environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is polyether chain segment modified and grafted silicon ether copolymer, and the mildew preventive and the inorganic antibacterial agent are one of nano Ag, nano ZnO, nano TiO2, zeolite-loaded Zn or zeolite-loaded Ag.
7. The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based epoxy resin crack sealer with high weather resistance as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: performing waterborne modification on epoxy resin, namely adding 60-70g of a substance containing a polyether chain segment and 30g of epoxy resin into a four-neck flask respectively, adding 0.6-0.9g of a catalyst and 0.3-0.5g of a defoaming agent, and performing heat preservation reaction for 2-5h when the temperature is raised to 100 ℃ and 130 ℃; monitoring the epoxy equivalent value in the reaction system by a spectrum analyzer, cooling to stop the reaction until the epoxy equivalent value in the system is not changed any more, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to 40-50 ℃ to obtain the waterborne modified epoxy resin;
s2: preparing a component A of the waterborne epoxy resin crack sealer, taking 42g of epoxy resin, adding 6g of waterborne modified epoxy resin synthesized in the step S1, and stirring and dispersing at 2000rpm for 20-30 min; taking out, adding 2g of thixotropic agent into the system, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes under the condition of rotating speed of 1000rpm of 800-;
s3: preparing a component B of the waterborne epoxy resin crack sealer, taking 40g of curing agent, adding 0.2-0.4g of curing accelerator, 2-4g of thixotropic agent and 0.2-0.5g of inorganic antibacterial agent, and stirring and dispersing for 5min at the rotating speed of 800rpm to ensure that the thixotropic agent is uniformly dispersed in the curing agent; taking out, adding 7-10g of pigment into the system, continuing stirring for 10min to uniformly disperse the powder, and taking out to obtain a curing agent component B;
s4: obtaining water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent resin, wherein A, B components of the water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent resin are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 1 proportion, and the mixture is filled into a bi-component rubber tube to obtain the final bi-component epoxy crack sealer product.
