The sealant system is matched with the epoxy-acrylic emulsion, so that the curing reaction of the water-based epoxy emulsion can be accelerated, and the surface drying speed is improved. Controlling the water-based epoxy emulsion: the mass ratio of the epoxy-acrylic emulsion is 3: 1, the coating can achieve better drying speed and film-forming hardness, and can obtain compact film coating effect by spraying or brushing on the wood, has excellent sealing effect, can effectively fix fibers and wood ribs on the surface of the wood, and does not generate rib expansion after polishing. After sufficient exothermic reaction, the paint film can reach the pencil hardness of 1H-2H, a high-hardness transition layer is established between the wood surface and the water-based wood paint, and the hardness of the wood is enhanced in a turning way.
