Referring to fig. 1 and 6, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the conveyor belt device 7 includes a pulley shaft 70 movably connected to the wheel frame 63, and a pulley motor 71 driving the pulley shaft 70 and fixedly connected to the wheel frame 63, an end of the pulley shaft 70 is connected to a metal pulley belt 72 formed by hinging a plurality of metal sheets, the metal pulley belt 72 is covered with a heat insulation layer on a surface thereof, and the movable insertion points 8 are arranged in groups in a width direction of the metal pulley belt 72 along a traveling direction of the metal pulley belt 72.
In order to meet the basic requirements of support and transmission belts, in the invention, the transmission belt device 7 in the embodiment is preferably a transmission belt similar to a metal plate of a sushi shop or a tank-shaped transmission belt, and a plurality of rigid metal sheets are hinged to form a transmission belt structure, so that the body of a patient can be supported in a static or moving state, and the deformation requirement of the movable wheel carrier 6 can also be met, so that the patient can smoothly move from a patient transferring sickbed to a lower sickbed along with the displacement of the transmission belt device 7, and as the transmission belt device is adapted to different patient body types, a plurality of groups of movable insertion points 8 need to be arranged, and the position of the limb positioning insertion plate 9 can be conveniently adjusted by medical staff.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 9 and 10, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a brake link 11 perpendicular to the tangential direction of the conveying surface of the conveyor belt device 7 is connected to an end of the movable insertion point 8, the brake link 11 is separately connected to a brake part 10 through a planar link transmission member 12, the brake part 10 is a brake switch, and the ratio of the moment arm of the brake link 11 to the moment arm from the root of the limb positioning insertion plate 9 to the center of the curved arc surface of the outer contour is not less than 1: 5.
The present embodiment is further limited based on the foregoing embodiment, wherein the movable insertion point 8 can be disposed with reference to the existing ordinary plug and socket structure, and after passing through the metal belt 72, the movable insertion point is movably connected to other structures disposed on the reverse side of the metal belt 72, the planar link transmission member 12 can be any planar link mechanism satisfying the space turning or other installation requirements and satisfying the structural strength, the braking portion 10 is electrically connected to the motor structure of the power, the motor is braked by the circuit, and in order to save the braking force, when the limb of the patient is attached to the limb positioning insertion board 9, the force acting on the structure as a lever is equivalent to the force acting on the structure, so that the limb of the patient needs to become a labor-saving lever, considering that the patient is only twitched or in other emergency situations, the medical staff drives the structure to brake, preferably, the moment arm ratio is not less than 1:5, the condition that the structure is touched by mistake due to the common limb movement of the patient is avoided, the abnormal braking condition is avoided, the fault tolerance rate of the system operation is improved, in addition, particularly, the braking part 10 is arranged on the shaft bracket 61, and the illustration is omitted.
Referring to fig. 10, an arrow in the figure is a schematic diagram of a direction of an acting force of the limb positioning insertion plate 9 connected to the movable insertion point 9, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the limb positioning insertion plate 9 is connected to a plug 91 matched with the movable insertion point 9, the plug 91 is provided with a magnet, the movable insertion points 8 are connected in series through a closed-loop circuit, and are separately connected to a magnetic switch, and the magnetic switch is connected to a power source circuit of the conveyor belt device 7.
In this embodiment, the limb positioning insertion board 9 is magnetically connected to the movable insertion point 8 via the plug 91, and when the limb positioning insertion board 9 is inserted into the movable insertion point 8, the magnetic switch is powered on, so as to meet the condition that the device senses the working state, and the device can perform the proper activity, and meanwhile, when a patient has a convulsion or other possible emergency, the medical staff can trigger the magnetic switch or drive the brake link 11 via the emergency removal of any one limb positioning insertion board 9 or pulling the structure, and start the brake part 10, so as to stop the device, so that the state of the patient can be maintained by the stopped limb positioning insertion board 9, thereby avoiding the secondary injury of the patient and facilitating the medical staff to perform the corresponding nursing operation, and the magnetic switch is a structure arranged on the shaft bracket 61, the basic requirements of mechanical assembly are met on the basis of meeting the requirements of connection and contact, and the movable plug-in point 8 is preferably fixed below the movable plug-in point.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: after a patient is transferred from an operating table to the transfer sickbed, after medical staff moves the transfer sickbed to a position corresponding to a patient bed, the influence on the patient can be reduced to a very low degree without complex operation, the patient is stably transferred to the patient bed, the sickbed does not need to be moved in advance, secondary manual labor of the medical staff is avoided, the change of the layout of a ward is avoided, the transfer of the patient can be more efficient, discomfort generated when the patient is transferred is relieved, the recovery of the patient after the operation is facilitated, and obvious help is brought to the improvement of the operating efficiency of a medical system of a hospital.

Claims (9)

1. A transfer sickbed comprises a bedstead, wherein the bedstead is provided with bed legs for moving positions, and is characterized in that the bedstead is detachably connected with a crawler-type motor-driven bed board, the crawler-type motor-driven bed board comprises a driving bottom board detachably connected with the bedstead, at least one pair of moving guide rails symmetrically fixed on the driving bottom board along the length direction of the bedstead, a moving support arranged on the moving guide rails in a matching way in a movable connection manner, at least one pair of movable wheel carriers arranged on the moving support and capable of synchronously switching between a horizontal movement state and a vertical movement state, and a conveyor belt device erected on the movable wheel carriers and moving along with the movable wheel carriers and capable of automatically moving, wherein a plurality of movable insertion points are uniformly arranged on the conveyor belt device along the movement direction of the movable insertion points, and the movable insertion points are matched with limb positioning insertion plates capable of being movably connected with the movable insertion points, the limb positioning insertion plate is provided with at least one cambered surface which is adaptive to the bending of the outer contour of a human limb, and the movable insertion points are connected with braking parts connected with the conveyor belt device.

The transfer hospital bed of claim 1, wherein the driving bottom plate comprises a movable claw with two hinged arms and a mounting socket for inserting a strip-shaped positioning element, the movable claw is arranged at the edge or the side of the bottom surface of the driving bottom plate and is matched with the bed frame, the mounting socket is adjacent to the movable claw, the bottom surface area of the driving bottom plate is provided with a power supply device mounting position, and a folding leg folded at the side of the driving bottom plate is in circuit connection with the power supply device mounting position and used for stabilizing the bed body.

The transfer hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein the movable guide rail comprises a plurality of screw pairs for displacement fixed on the top surface of the driving bottom plate, a guide rail seat movably connected with the screw pairs through a screw moving mechanism, and a support fixedly connected to the guide rail seat, wherein two ends of the guide rail are provided with electromagnetic relay switches for connecting normally closed spring jaws, and two sides of the screw pairs are provided with bayonets corresponding to the spring jaws.

The transfer hospital bed of claim 5, wherein the ratchet mechanism is identical in structure to a ratchet mechanism of a car seat belt and comprises a ratchet wheel and a pawl structure engaged with the ratchet wheel, wherein the ratchet wheel is hinged to the wheel frame, the pawl structure is fixedly connected with the olecranon gear, the pawl structure is sleeved outside the ratchet wheel and hinged to the wheel frame, and the ratchet wheel is in transmission connection with the transmission member.

The transfer hospital bed according to any one of claims 5 or 6, wherein the conveyor belt device comprises a pulley shaft movably connected with the wheel carrier and a pulley motor driving the pulley shaft and fixedly connected with the wheel carrier, the end of the pulley shaft is connected with a metal pulley belt formed by hinging a plurality of metal sheets in a head-to-tail mode through a pulley, the surface of the metal pulley belt is wrapped with a heat insulation layer, and the movable insertion points are provided with a plurality of groups in the width direction of the metal pulley belt along the advancing direction of the metal pulley belt.
