As shown in fig. 1, 2, 9 and 10, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a brake link 11 perpendicular to a tangential direction of a transmission surface of the conveyor belt device 7 is connected to an end portion of the movable insertion point 8, the brake link 11 is individually connected to a brake portion 10 through a planar link transmission member 12, the brake portion 10 is a brake switch, and a ratio of a moment arm of the brake link 11 to a moment arm from a root portion of the limb positioning insertion plate 9 to a center of an outer contour curved arc surface is not less than 1:5.

In this embodiment, the limb positioning plugboard 9 is matched with the movable plugboard 8 through a magnetic connection manner by using the plug 91, after the limb positioning plugboard 9 is inserted into the movable plugboard 8, the magnetic switch is electrified, so that the condition that the equipment senses that the equipment enters a working state is also met, the equipment can perform due activity, meanwhile, when a patient has a tic or other possible emergency, a medical staff can promptly pull out any limb positioning plugboard 9 or pull the structure, the magnetic switch is triggered or the brake connecting rod 11 is driven, the brake part 10 is started, the equipment is stopped emergently, so that the state of the patient is kept by the stopped limb positioning plugboard 9, the secondary injury of the patient is avoided, the medical staff is convenient to implement corresponding nursing operation at the same time, and the magnetic switch is of a structure arranged on the shaft frame 61, so that the connection and contact needs are met, the basic requirement of the mechanical assembly is met, and the medical staff is preferably fixed below the movable plugboard 8.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: after a patient is transferred from an operating table to the transfer sickbed, when a medical staff moves the transfer sickbed to a position corresponding to a patient bed, the influence on the patient can be reduced to a very low degree without complex operation, the patient is stably transferred to the patient bed without moving the sickbed in advance, the secondary physical labor of the medical staff is avoided, the change of ward layout is avoided, the transfer of the patient is more efficient, the discomfort caused when the patient is transferred is reduced, the recovery after the operation of the patient is facilitated, and the operation efficiency of a medical system of a hospital is improved.

Claims (6)

1. The transfer sickbed comprises a bedstead, wherein the bedstead is provided with a bed leg for moving the position, and is characterized in that the bedstead is detachably connected with a crawler-type motorized bed board, the crawler-type motorized bed board comprises a driving bottom board which is detachably connected with the bedstead, at least one pair of moving guide rails which are symmetrically fixed on the driving bottom board along the two ends of the length direction of the bedstead, a moving bracket which is arranged on the moving guide rails in a movable connection mode in a matching way, at least one pair of movable wheel frames which are arranged on the moving bracket and can synchronously switch between a horizontal movement state and a vertical movement state, and a conveyor belt device which is arranged on the movable wheel frames and can move along with the movable wheel frames and can independently move, a plurality of movable insertion points which can synchronously move are uniformly arranged on the conveyor belt device along the movement direction of the conveyor belt device, limb positioning insertion boards which can be movably connected with the movable insertion points are matched, and the limb positioning insertion boards are provided with at least one outer contour bending cambered surface which is suitable for human limbs, and the movable insertion points are connected with a braking part which is connected with the conveyor belt device;
the movable guide rail comprises a plurality of screw pairs for displacement, a guide rail seat movably connected with the screw pairs through a screw moving mechanism and a support fixedly connected to the guide rail seat, electromagnetic relay switches are arranged at two ends of the guide rail and connected with normally closed spring clamping claws, and bayonets corresponding to the spring clamping claws are arranged at two sides of the screw pairs;
the movable support is U-shaped and fixedly connected with the support, a closed movable groove matched with the outline of the movable support is formed in the movable support, and the wall of the movable groove is uniformly provided with a plurality of positioning notches which are arranged along the length direction of the movable groove in a whole circle;
the movable wheel frame comprises a plurality of main shafts connected between different movable brackets, a shaft bracket connected between different main shafts, a driving part arranged at two ends of the main shafts, a wheel frame hinged at two ends of the main shafts and provided with a '0' -shaped wheel frame, a pair of mutually opposite olecranon gears arranged at two ends of the length direction of the wheel frame and matched with the positioning notch, a transmission piece connected between the driving part and the olecranon gears and a driving motor for driving the main shafts and fixed on the shaft bracket, wherein the olecranon gears are hinged with the wheel frame through a ratchet mechanism, and the self-locking direction of the ratchet mechanism is consistent with the inclination direction of the gear teeth of the olecranon gears.

The transfer hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein the driving base plate comprises movable claws provided at the edges or sides of the bottom surface thereof and having hinged double arms and mounting jacks into which the bar-shaped positioning members are inserted, the movable claws are provided adjacent to the mounting jacks, the bottom surface area of the driving base plate is provided with a power supply device mounting position, and folding legs which are folded on the sides of the driving base plate for stabilizing the bed frame are electrically connected with the power supply device mounting position.

The transfer sickbed according to claim 4, wherein the end part of the movable insertion point is connected with a brake connecting rod perpendicular to the tangential direction of the transmission surface of the conveyor belt device, the brake connecting rod is independently connected with a brake part through a plane connecting rod transmission part, the brake part is a brake switch, and the ratio of the force arm of the brake connecting rod to the force arm from the root part of the limb positioning insertion plate to the center of the outer contour curved cambered surface is not less than 1:5.

The transfer hospital bed of claim 5, wherein the limb positioning insert plate is connected with a plug matched with the movable insertion points, the plug is provided with a magnet, the movable insertion points are connected in series through a closed loop circuit, and a magnetic attraction switch is independently connected, and the magnetic attraction switch is connected with a power source circuit of the conveyor belt device.
