Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a medical transfer bed. As shown in fig. 1, a patient 30 lies on a bed 20, and a medical transfer bed is used for transferring the patient 30 on the bed 20 to the transfer bed, so as to perform a function of transferring the patient 30. The medical transfer bed comprises a bed body 10 and a traction mechanism.
The bed 10 has a substantially rectangular horizontal support surface for supporting a patient 30. The bed body 10 is provided with a conveyor belt 12 moving along the width direction, the conveyor belt 12 is located above the bearing surface of the bed body 10 and can move along one side far away from the sickbed 20 along the width direction of the bed body 10, and when at least part of the patient 30 is located on the bearing surface of the bed body 10, the conveyor belt 12 can drive the patient 30 to move along the direction far away from the sickbed 20 after being started until the patient 30 is completely transferred onto the sickbed 20.
In this embodiment, one or more first grooves 15 are disposed between the conveyor belts 12 of the bed 10, and the first grooves 15 extend along the width direction of the bed 10. In addition, the edge of the bed body 10 is further provided with a stop 11 for stopping the patient 30, the stop 11 extends along the length direction of the bed body 10, the stop 11 is provided with a second groove body 111, the second groove body 111 extends along the length direction of the stop 11, and the first groove body 15 is communicated with the second groove body 111 and used for accommodating the traction mechanism.
The traction mechanism is used to move the patient 30 towards the transfer bed when the patient 30 is located on the patient bed 20, so that the patient 30 moves at least partially onto the bed 10 of the transfer bed and can thus be moved completely to the transfer bed by the conveyor belt 12. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the medical transfer bed, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the swing link 16 in the second groove 111. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the pulling mechanism includes a swing link 16, a cross bar 13, and a stopper bar 14. The swing rod 16 is substantially rod-shaped, and one end of the swing rod is hinged to the bed 10 and is located in the second groove 111 of the stopper 11. In this embodiment, the swing link 16 may be connected to a power unit such as a telescopic cylinder or a motor, so that the swing link 16 may swing in a vertical plane, i.e., from a horizontal state to a vertical state under the driving of the power unit. When the swing link 16 is in the horizontal state, the swing link 16 is accommodated in the second groove 111, and when the swing link 16 is in the vertical state, the free end of the swing link 16 extends out of the second groove 111. In some embodiments, the swing link 16 may be a telescopic cylinder or a telescopic rod for lifting or lowering the cross bar 13 to adjust the height between the cross bar 13 and the bearing surface of the bed 10.
The connecting end of the cross rod 13 is connected with the bed body 10 through a swing rod 16, and the free end of the cross rod extends along the width direction of the transfer bed and is used for extending or shortening along the width direction of the transfer bed. In this embodiment, the cross bar 13 may be extended or shortened first by the driving action of the motor or the cylinder. The end part of the cross rod 13 is connected with the free end of the swing rod 16, and when the swing rod 16 is in a horizontal state, the cross rod 13 is accommodated in the first groove body 15; when the swing rod 16 is in a horizontal state, the cross rod 13 is driven by the swing rod 16 to move out of the first groove body 15 until the cross rod is positioned above the bearing surface of the bed body 10.
The bars 14 are intended to push against the patient 30 from the side remote from the transfer bed. The blocking rod 14 is generally rod-shaped, one end of the blocking rod is connected to the free end of the cross rod 13, the other end of the blocking rod extends along the vertical direction, and the cross rod 13 is pulled to enable the blocking rod 14 to push the patient 30 and push the patient 30 to move towards the transfer bed. Preferably, the blocking rod 14 is a telescopic cylinder or a telescopic rod, and when the patient 30 needs to be pushed, the blocking rod extends downwards until the height of the end of the blocking rod 14 is lower than that of the patient 30, and the blocking rod can be driven by the cross rod 13 to contact with the patient 30 and pull the patient 30 to move towards the direction of the transfer bed. In the present embodiment, the shape, depth, width, and the like of the first groove 15 correspond to the blocking rod 14 and the cross rod 13, so that the blocking rod 14 and the cross rod 13 can be accommodated in the first groove 15 when the swing rod 16 is in the horizontal state; when the swing rod 16 swings to a vertical state, the cross rod 13 and the blocking rod 14 are driven by the swing to move out of the first groove body 15 until the cross rod is located above the bearing surface of the bed body 10.
In a normal state (i.e. a state that the patient 30 does not need to be transported), the swing rod 16 is in a horizontal state and is positioned in the first groove body 15, the end part of the swing rod 16 is connected to the cross rod 13, and the cross rod 13 and the stop rod 14 are positioned in the second groove body 111.
When the patient 30 needs to be transported, the swing link 16 rotates in the vertical plane until the horizontal state is changed to the vertical direction. The cross rod 13 is driven by the swing rod 16 to move out of the first groove body 15 until the cross rod moves to the upper part of the bearing surface of the bed body 10. At this time, the end of the swing link 16 extends out of the first groove 15, and the cross bar 13 extends out from above the stopper 11 and extends in the width direction of the bed 10.
The cross bar 13 is then extended toward the patient 30 until the bar 14 clears the patient 30. The bar 14 is then extended or the swing link 16 is shortened so that the end of the bar 14 is below the height of the patient 30 and on the side of the patient 30 remote from the transport bed.
Then, the cross bar 13 contracts to drive the blocking bar 14 to move towards the direction of the transfer bed. During the movement of the bars 14 towards the transfer bed, the bars 14 abut the patient 30 and urge the patient 30 towards the transfer bed until the patient 30 is partially positioned on the conveyor belt 12.
Finally, the conveyor 12 is activated to completely transfer the patient 30 to the transfer bed, thereby performing the function of transferring the patient 30. In this case, the cross bar 13 is disposed above the patient 30, and the blocking bar 14 is used as a guard bar on the side of the patient 30 opposite to the blocking block 11.
After the transfer bed moves to the destination, the cross bar 13 extends to the side, away from the transfer bed, of the stop lever 14, the conveyor belt 12 starts to transfer the patient 30 to the hospital bed 20, then the cross bar 13 and the stop lever 14 retract, the swing bar 16 swings to the horizontal state so that the swing bar 16 is located in the second groove 111, and the cross bar 13 and the stop lever 14 are located in the first groove 15 and are stored.
In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the details of the above-described exemplary embodiments, but can be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
