The locking device comprises a moving rod 51 arranged on the protective guard 16, a moving seat 52 is inserted in the moving rod 51, a cross fixing block 53 is arranged on one side of the moving seat 52 opposite to the first gear 42, a cross fixing groove 54 is arranged on one side of the first gear 42 opposite to the moving seat 52, and the moving seat moves on the moving rod, so that the cross fixing block is inserted in the cross fixing groove to realize locking, and the locking device is simple in structure and high in practicability.
The wheel 11 is an electric wheel, and the electronic brake 12 is arranged on the wheel 11, so that the electric wheel is convenient to move, simple in structure and high in practicability.
