Background

The materials are mostly stored in trays of traditional freeze dryers, and the material shelf is designed in a freeze-drying bin, so that the material trays are placed on the material shelf, and when the equipment works, the materials sublimate water under a low-temperature low-pressure state, and the purpose of low-temperature drying is achieved. However, the material placing mode has various disadvantages: firstly, before the equipment works, a large amount of manual work is needed to place materials on a tray and then put the materials into a freeze-drying bin, which wastes time and labor; secondly, the material shelf is provided with a tray, the materials in the tray are slowly heated according to the heat conduction principle, the partial materials contacting the tray are firstly heated, and the residual heat is upwards conducted to the upper layer materials through the material shelf, so that a great deal of time is consumed in the process, the efficiency of the freeze-drying process is low, the energy is wasted, and the time and the energy cost of the production process are increased; moreover, in the heat conduction process of the lower-layer material to the upper-layer material, the heat conduction of the mutually contacted part and the non-contacted part of the lower-layer material is uneven, so that the temperature of the upper-layer material is inconsistent, some materials which are easy to occur are fully freeze-dried, but some parts are not fully sublimated, and the product quality is reduced. If the heating plate temperature is increased in order to increase the heating rate, the material is inactivated or the nutritive value is reduced due to the high temperature of the heating plate although the freeze-drying time is reduced.

In view of the above problems, the main object of the present invention is to provide a roller rapid freeze dryer which can accelerate the heating of the material by the rotation of the bin body, and can heat the material uniformly, thereby not only saving energy consumption, but also ensuring that all the material is dried uniformly and rapidly, and can feed and discharge automatically.

a material roller, a light wave and microwave heating device are arranged in the roller freeze-drying bin; the motor is adopted to roll the material roller; the light wave and microwave heating device is arranged inside the material roller;
the cold trap is provided with a compressor waste heat collecting device, and the heat of the compressor waste heat collecting device heats the roller freeze-drying bin; heating the material by a light wave and microwave heating device;
the material roller is internally provided with a stirring baffle plate which ensures that the materials in the freeze-drying bin are uniformly distributed and cannot be squeezed together;
