two first springs (34) are wound on two sides of the two first connecting rods (32), and two ends of each first spring (34) are respectively connected with the first connecting rods (32) and the sliding clamping plate (33).

the two sides of the two second rotating connecting plates (51) are respectively wound with the first torsion springs (53), and the two ends of each first torsion spring (53) are respectively connected with the second rotating connecting plates (51) and the rotating protection rings (52);
the first sliding sleeves (54) are arranged on the two first rotating connecting plates (41);
the sliding connecting rods (55) are arranged in the middle of the two first sliding sleeves (54) in a sliding mode;
the two rotary protection rings (52) are respectively provided with a first clamping rod (56), and the first clamping rods (56) are matched with the sliding connecting rod (55);
and the two sliding connecting rods (55) are wound with the second springs (57), and two ends of each second spring (57) are respectively connected with the first sliding sleeve (54) and the corresponding sliding connecting rod (55).

the rotary fixing rods (63) are arranged on two sides of the first rotary connecting plate (41);
the upper parts of the two rotary fixing rods (63) are respectively and rotatably provided with the rotary striking rods (64), and the rotary striking rods (64) are matched with the fixed smoothing rods (61);
the two rotary striking rods (64) are respectively provided with a second straight gear (65), and the second straight gears (65) are matched with the gear lacking wheel (43);
and the two rotary striking rods (64) are wound with the second torsion springs (66), and two ends of each second torsion spring (66) are respectively connected with the rotary fixing rod (63) and the second straight gear (65).
5. The agricultural mulch film recycling device according to claim 4 further including an unlocking mechanism (7), the unlocking mechanism (7) including:
the two sides of the upper part of the first rotating connecting plate (41) are provided with second sliding sleeves (71);
the second connecting rod (72) is connected between the two second sliding sleeves (71);
the first sliding driving rod (73) is arranged on each of two sides of the second connecting rod (72) in a sliding manner;
the upper parts of the two first sliding driving rods (73) are respectively wound with the third springs (74), and two ends of each third spring (74) are respectively connected with the second connecting rod (72) and the first sliding driving rod (73);
the upper parts of the two first sliding driving rods (73) are respectively provided with a second sliding driving rod (75), the second sliding driving rods (75) are connected with the sliding connecting rods (55) in a sliding manner, and the second sliding driving rods (75) are matched with the first clamping rods (56).
6. The agricultural mulch film recycling device according to claim 5 further including a stabilizing means (8), the stabilizing means (8) including:
the lower parts of the two rotary connecting rings (31) are respectively provided with a third rotary connecting plate (81);
the fourth rotating connecting plates (82) are rotatably arranged on the two third rotating connecting plates (81);

the upper parts of the two sliding extrusion plates (84) are respectively wound with the fourth spring (85), and two ends of the fourth spring (85) are respectively connected with the fourth rotating connecting plate (82) and the sliding extrusion plates (84);
the third sliding sleeves (86) are arranged on the two sides of the two third rotating connecting plates (81);
the lower parts of the four third sliding sleeves (86) are respectively provided with a second clamping rod (87) in a sliding manner, and the second clamping rods (87) are matched with the fourth rotating connecting plate (82);
and the fifth spring (88) is wound on the four second clamping rods (87), and two ends of the fifth spring (88) are respectively connected with the third sliding sleeve (86) and the second clamping rods (87).
