A ceramic vase mould blank bottleneck trimming device comprises a base (1), a placing plate (2), an outer cover (3) and a mould (4), wherein the placing plate (2) is arranged at the top of the base (1), the outer cover (3) is arranged at the top of the placing plate (2), the mould (4) is used for trimming the bottleneck of the vase mould blank, the flower vase mould is characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism (5), an adjusting mechanism (6), a lifting mechanism (7) and a guiding mechanism (8), wherein the adjusting mechanism (6) is arranged at the top of the placing plate (2), the mould (4) is installed on the adjusting mechanism (6), the rotating mechanism (5) used for enabling the vase mould blank to rotate is arranged at the bottom in the base (1), the lifting mechanism (7) used for enabling the mould (4) to move is arranged on the upper portion of the inner side of the outer cover (3), and the guiding mechanism (8) used for righting the vase mould blank is arranged on the adjusting mechanism (6).

The trimming device for the bottle opening of the ceramic vase mold blank according to claim 1, wherein the rotating mechanism (5) comprises a rotating rod (51), a rotating disk (52), a motor (53) and a flat belt (54), the rotating rod (51) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the inner bottom of the base (1), the rotating disk (52) is arranged at the top of the rotating rod (51), the rotating disk (52) is rotatably connected with the placing plate (2), the motor (53) is arranged in the middle of the right side of the inner bottom of the base (1), belt pulleys are arranged on the output shaft of the motor (53) and the upper side of the rotating rod (51), and the flat belt (54) is wound between the belt pulleys.

The trimming device for the bottle opening of the ceramic vase mold blank according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting mechanism (6) comprises a guide rod (61), a first sliding sleeve (62), a first spring (63) and a second sliding sleeve (64), the guide rod (61) is arranged in the middle of the left side and the right side of the top of the placing plate (2), the guide rod (61) is positioned on the inner side of the outer cover (3), the first sliding sleeve (62) is arranged between the upper sides of the guide rod (61) in a sliding manner, the second sliding sleeve (64) is arranged on the upper sides of the guide rod (61) in a sliding manner, the second sliding sleeve (64) is positioned on the upper side of the first sliding sleeve (62), the inner sides of the second sliding sleeve (64) are connected with the mold (4), the first spring (63) is arranged between the bottom of the second sliding sleeve (64) and the first sliding sleeve (62), and the first spring (63) is wound on the guide rod (61) on the same side.

The trimming device for the bottle opening of the ceramic vase mold blank according to claim 3, wherein the lifting mechanism (7) comprises a support plate (71), an electric push rod (72) and a first pull rod (73), the support plate (71) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the outer cover (3), the electric push rod (72) is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the support plate (71), an expansion rod of the electric push rod (72) is connected with the middle of the top of the mold (4), the first pull rods (73) are arranged at the tops of the second sliding sleeves (64), the first pull rods (73) are connected with the guide rods (61) at the same side in a sliding manner, and the lower parts of the first pull rods (73) are contacted with the first sliding sleeves (62).

The trimming device for the bottle mouth of the ceramic vase mould blank according to claim 4, wherein the guide mechanism (8) comprises a fixed frame (81), a sliding block (82) and a second spring (83), splint (84), first kelly (85) and roof (86), the first sliding sleeve (62) left and right sides all is equipped with mount (81), mount (81) inboard middle part all slidingtype is equipped with two slider (82), all be equipped with second spring (83) between slider (82) and mount (81) of homonymy, all be equipped with splint (84) between slider (82) the inboard of horizontal homonymy, splint (84) bottom all contacts with first sliding sleeve (62), slider (82) outside all is equipped with first kelly (85), the left and right sides of placing board (2) top rear side all is equipped with roof (86), can contact with roof (86) of homonymy when first kelly (85) move down.

The trimming device for the bottle opening of the ceramic vase mould blank according to claim 5, which further comprises a humidifying mechanism (9) for humidifying the vase mould blank, wherein the humidifying mechanism (9) comprises a fixing plate (91), a water tank (92), a first guide pipe (93), a pressure rod (94), a third guide sleeve (95), a second clamping rod (96), a third spring (97) and a spray head (98), the fixing plate (91) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the outer cover (3), the fixing plate (91) is positioned at the lower side of the supporting plate (71), the water tank (92) is arranged at the top of the fixing plate (91), a plug is arranged at the upper side of the right part of the front side of the water tank (92) in a threaded manner, the two first guide pipes (93) are arranged at the upper part of the rear side of the outer cover (3), one ends of the first guide pipes (93) are connected with the water tank (92), the pressure rod (94) is arranged at the middle part of the rear side of the mould (4), the middle part of the inner rear side of the outer cover (3) is provided with the two third guide sleeves (95), second clamping rod (96) is arranged between the upper sides inside the third guide sleeves (95) in a sliding mode, a pressing rod (94) can be in contact with the second clamping rod (96) when moving downwards, third springs (97) are arranged between the outer sides of the tops of the third guide sleeves (95) and the second clamping rod (96), spray heads (98) are connected to the upper portions of the third guide sleeves (95), the other ends of the first guide pipes (93) are connected with the spray heads (98) on the same side, and the second clamping rod (96) blocks the inside of the spray heads (98).

The trimming device for the bottle opening of the ceramic vase mold blank according to claim 6, further comprising a pressurizing mechanism (10) for pressurizing clear water, wherein the pressurizing mechanism (10) comprises a partition plate (1001), a push plate (1002), a second pull rod (1003), a fourth spring (1004), a second conduit (1005) and a one-way air valve (1006), the partition plate (1001) is arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the water tank (92), the one-way valve is arranged at the middle part of the rear side of the partition plate (1001), the second pull rods (1003) are arranged at the left side and the right side of the inner part of the partition plate (1001) in a sliding manner, the bottoms of the second pull rods (1003) are connected with the mold (4), the push plate (1002) is arranged between the upper sides of the second pull rods (1003) in a sliding manner, the push plate (1002) is in contact with the upper part of the inner side of the water tank (92), the fourth spring (1004) is arranged between the upper side of the second pull rod (1003) and the top of the push plate (1002), and the fourth spring (1004) is wound on the second pull rod (1003) at the same side, a second guide pipe (1005) is arranged on the front side of the top of the partition plate (1001), a one-way air valve (1006) is connected to the upper portion of the front side of the second guide pipe (1005), and the one-way air valve (1006) is connected with the water tank (92).
8. The trimming apparatus for the mold blank bottleneck of the ceramic vase according to claim 4, wherein the support plate (71) has two square holes formed in the middle thereof.
9. The trimming device for the bottle opening of the ceramic vase mold blank according to claim 6, wherein the front and rear sides of the lower part of the second clamping rod (96) are provided with round holes.
