Through accurate test, the time required by the expansion and contraction of the piston rod of each cylinder 5 is used as a program to be edited into a computer, and then the computer stores each classification information in sequence; in operation, the controller of the computer in turn triggers each electronic valve 20 in accordance with the classification information in the memory, as described below with respect to the swing assembly 4.
If the piston rod of the air cylinder 5 at the lower part of one end in the frame body 1 extends outwards for 2cm for 0.2 seconds, the polishing seat 6 can slightly incline to one side, and at the moment, the polishing wheel 10 can effectively polish one side in the pot body; if the piston rod of the cylinder 5 at the lower part of one end in the frame body 1 is contracted inwards for 2cm for 0.2 seconds, the polishing seat 6 is slightly inclined towards the other side, and at the moment, the polishing wheel 10 can effectively polish the other side in the pot body; if the piston rod of the air cylinder 5 extends outwards for 15cm for 1.5 seconds, the polishing seat 6 can be rotated up to 70 degrees, and then the polishing wheel 10 can effectively polish the outer edge of one side of the pot body; in short, the piston rod of the cylinder 5 can be extended outwards or contracted inwards to change the posture of the pot body in the polishing seat 6, so that the pot body can be polished by the polishing wheel 10.
The engineer sequentially compiles the time required for the extension and retraction of the piston rod to various lengths into the computer and forms a patterned formula to control the motor 11, the aspirator 19 and the electronic valve 20.
In non-working, the polishing seat 6 is suspended with an opening upwards, one end of the piston rod extends out to a section and is connected with the swinging assembly 4, and the extending of 2cm or 15cm refers to the extending of 2cm or 15cm on the original basis.

When the sucking disc 23 sucks up the pot body and moves to the midpoint of the slide rail 2 along with the slide block 14, the driving cylinder 5 of the moving plate 13 is advanced for 2 seconds to pull the moving plate 13 to the other end in the empty area; when the sucking disc 23 is used for placing the pot body on the upper side of the built-in table 7, the driving air cylinder 5 of the moving plate 13 drives the moving plate 13 to reset to one end in the empty area, the air cylinder 5 of the sliding plate 16 drives the sliding plate 16 to extend downwards, and then the polishing wheel 10 can polish the pot body; when the sucking disc 23 sucks the pan body from the polishing seat 6 and moves to the other end of the slide rail 2 along with the slide block 14, the driving cylinder 5 of the moving plate 13 pulls the moving plate 13 to the other end of the empty area 2 seconds in advance, a channel is reserved for the pan body at the lower part of the sucking disc 23, and finally, the sucking disc 23 puts the pan body at the lower part into the other cart 25.
It should be noted that, because the insert bush at the lower side of the polishing seat 6 is detachably engaged with the bearing seat 9 at the corresponding position, an operator can replace the polishing seat 6 of another model according to actual needs.
When the interior of the pan body is polished, an operator needs to put the pan body into the cart 25 layer by layer with the opening of the pan body facing upwards; when the outside of the pan body is polished, an operator needs to put the pan body into the cart 25 layer by layer with the opening of the pan body facing the next layer; when the sucking disc 23 sucks the pot body into the polishing seat 6 or the trolley 25, the computer sends a closing instruction to the air suction machine 19, and the pot body is separated from the sucking disc 23; when the polishing wheel 10 is operated for a set time, the computer turns off the electronic valve 20, the motor 11 and the other aspirator 19 of the air cylinder 5 of the swing unit 4.
It should be noted that when the polishing wheel 10 is in operation, the cylinder 5 of the swinging assembly 4 is also driven continuously to change the posture of the polishing seat 6, so that each side of the pot body can be effectively polished by the polishing wheel 10.
It should be noted that if the opening of the pot in the cart 25 is upward, the polishing wheel 10 polishes the interior of the pot; if the opening of the pot body in the cart 25 is downward, the polishing wheel 10 polishes the outer side of the pot body.
It should be noted that the movement of the moving plate 13, the movement of the sliding plate 16, the material transfer of the material transfer assembly 17 and the driving of the air cylinder 5 are all annular and annular, and the computer is effectively controlled according to each group of accurate data before the test and the sequence from front to back.
