Abstract
The invention discloses a guide rail type cutting machine with an outward expansion type oil storage structure, which comprises a machine body, an upper die holder, a fixing seat, a transverse moving assembly and a lifting assembly. The screen panel is installed to organism top, is provided with upper die base, sideslip subassembly, lifting unit in the screen panel, lifting unit drives fixing base, upper die base and reciprocates, sideslip subassembly drives upper die base lateral movement. The transverse moving assembly comprises a gear, a rack and a guide rail, and the upper die holder horizontally moves between the two fixing seats. The lifting components are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the machine body and comprise a base, a hydraulic cylinder, an oil guide seat, an oil pipe and a guide pillar, a duct for connecting the base, the oil storage tank and the oil pipe is arranged in the guide seat, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the base, a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder is positioned on the lower portion of the fixed seat and connected with the fixed seat, and the pump drives the hydraulic cylinder to inject oil and discharge oil. The invention reduces the manufacturing cost of the guide rail type cutting machine and simultaneously accelerates the lifting speed of the upper die holder.

The cutting machine is suitable for nonmetallic materials such as foaming materials, paperboards, textiles, plastic materials, leather, rubber, packaging materials, floor materials, carpets, glass fibers, cork and the like, and the punching cutting of the materials is realized by the punching force generated by the machine through a cutting die. The processing of flexible sheet materials has been related to a plurality of industries such as decoration, electronics, clothing, automobiles, toys, etc., in some large enterprises, because of the special properties of materials, such as insulating materials in electronics industry, cloth in clothing industry, etc., all adopt a line production mode, equipment such as a cutting machine is required to work in a certain distance in a flowing way, and the factory design of such matched equipment mostly adopts a method of lengthening a workbench and moving a cutting head, which is feasible on a small-sized production line, but obviously unreasonable for large-sized production lines, and the manufacturing and installation process becomes very difficult besides the rapid increase of cost. the two lifting assemblies are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the machine body and comprise a base, a hydraulic cylinder, an oil guide seat, an oil pipe and a guide pillar, wherein the base is arranged on two sides of the upper surface of the machine body and is provided with a pump; the lower part of the machine body is provided with an oil groove, an oil pipe is inserted into the oil groove, the other end of the oil pipe is connected with a guide seat, an oil storage tank is arranged on the guide seat and can store hydraulic oil, and the oil storage tank is positioned at the outer side of the upper die holder; the guide seat is internally provided with a hole channel for connecting the base, the oil storage tank and the oil pipe, a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly arranged on the base, a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic oil cylinder is positioned at the lower part of the fixed seat and is connected with the fixed seat, two symmetrical guide posts are arranged at the lower part of the fixed seat, and the guide posts are movably connected with the machine body through guide sleeves; the pump drives the hydraulic cylinder to inject oil and discharge oil, thereby driving the fixing seat to lift.
Further, two rows of symmetrical reinforcing ribs are arranged on the fixing seat.
Further, the driving motor is provided with one driving gear, a transmission rod is arranged between the two driving gears, and the two driving gears are driven by the driving motor to synchronously rotate.

the guide rail type cutting machine with the outward expansion type oil storage structure can drive the upper die holder to transversely move, and the blanking range is expanded; according to the invention, the oil guide seats extending to two sides are arranged, and the oil storage tanks are arranged in parallel with the hydraulic oil cylinders, so that the structure of the cutting machine is improved, the oil injection and oil discharge time can be greatly reduced, the height of the guide rail type cutting machine is not increased, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the guide rail type cutting machine with the outward expansion type oil storage structure comprises a machine body 1, an upper die holder 5, a fixed seat 6, a transverse moving assembly and a lifting assembly.
The screen panel 2 is installed to organism 1 top, is provided with upper die base 5, sideslip subassembly, lifting unit in the screen panel 2, lifting unit drives fixing base 6, upper die base 5 reciprocates, sideslip subassembly drives upper die base 5 lateral shifting.
As shown in fig. 2, the traversing assembly comprises a gear, a rack 7 and a guide rail, wherein the guide rail is arranged below the side surface of the fixed seat 6, the fixed seat 6 is wider than the machine body 1, the gear is arranged on the fixed seat 6 and driven to rotate by the driving motor 9, and the gear is meshed with the rack 7; the rack 7 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the upper die holder 5, two groups of gears and racks 7 are arranged, and the upper die holder 5 horizontally moves between the two fixing seats 6.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, two lifting assemblies are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the machine body 1, each lifting assembly comprises a base 14, a hydraulic cylinder 13, an oil guide seat 11, an oil pipe 4 and a guide post 15, wherein the base 14 is arranged on two sides of the upper surface of the machine body 1, and a pump is arranged on the base 14; the lower part of the machine body 1 is provided with an oil groove 3, an oil pipe 4 is inserted into the oil groove 3, the other end of the oil pipe 4 is connected with a guide seat, an oil storage tank 10 is arranged on the guide seat, the oil storage tank 10 can store hydraulic oil, and the oil storage tank 10 is positioned at the outer side of the upper die holder 5; the guide seat is internally provided with a hole channel for connecting the base 14, the oil storage tank 10 and the oil pipe 4, a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 13 is fixedly arranged on the base 14, a cylinder barrel 12 of the hydraulic oil cylinder 13 is positioned at the lower part of the fixed seat 6 and is connected with the fixed seat 6, two symmetrical guide posts 15 are arranged at the lower part of the fixed seat 6, and the guide posts 15 are movably connected with the machine body 1 through guide sleeves; the pump drives the hydraulic cylinder 13 to inject oil and discharge oil, thereby driving the fixed seat 6 to lift.
In one example, two rows of symmetrical reinforcing ribs are mounted on the fixing seat 6.
In one example, the driving motor 9 has one driving gear 8, a transmission rod is installed between the two driving gears 8, and the two driving gears 8 are driven by the driving motor 9 to synchronously rotate.
In one example, the driving motor 9 is connected with a speed reducer, and an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the driving gear 8.
In one example, two symmetrical rollers are respectively arranged at the lower parts of two sides of the upper die holder 5, and the rollers are in contact with the guide rail.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
according to the guide rail type cutting machine with the outward expansion type oil storage structure, the fixed seat 6 can be driven by the cylinder barrel 12 of the hydraulic cylinder 13 to lift, meanwhile, the upper die holder 5 can transversely move relative to the fixed seat 6 under the driving of the driving motor 9, and the blanking range of the upper die holder 5 cutting die is expanded. The oil storage tank 10 is arranged, so that the oil injection and oil discharge speed can be accelerated, meanwhile, the oil storage tank 10 is arranged on two sides of the fixed seat 6 instead of the lower part, and hydraulic oil is introduced into the hydraulic oil cylinder 13 through the oil guide seat 11 by the oil storage tank 10, so that the overall height of the cutting machine is reduced, the use of steel is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of equipment is reduced.
In summary, the invention reduces the manufacturing cost of the guide rail type cutting machine and accelerates the lifting speed of the upper die holder.
