Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printed circuit boards, in particular to a laminating machine for producing a printed circuit board.
Background
Printed circuit boards, also known as printed circuit boards, are providers of electrical connections for electronic components.
On the most basic PCB, the parts are concentrated on one of the faces and the conductors are concentrated on the other face, so the PCB is called a single panel because the conductors are present on only one of the faces; since single panels have many stringent limitations on the design of the circuitry, only earlier circuits have used such panels.
The existing printed circuit board production needs to carry out press fit on the printed circuit board, components are fixed on the printed circuit board, and the existing press fit device can not position and support the printed circuit boards with different specifications during press fit, so that the press fit of the printed circuit boards is uneven, or the printed circuit boards are damaged during press fit.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above and/or other problems with the existing press for printed circuit board production.
Therefore, the present invention is directed to a laminating machine for printed circuit board production, which can solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art by starting a driving motor to move a positioning plate, starting a telescopic rod to fix and position the printed circuit board by the positioning plate, and moving a supporting plate to support the printed circuit board.
To solve the above technical problem, according to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a laminating machine for printed circuit board production, comprising: the pressing device is arranged at the center of the top end in the workbench, the driving device is arranged at two ends of the outer wall of the workbench, the rotating device is connected with the driving device, the positioning device is connected to the output end of the rotating device, and the supporting device is arranged at the bottom end in the workbench;
the positioning device comprises a positioning plate, the positioning plate is connected to the output end of the rotating device, a rubber pad is bonded to the outer wall of the positioning plate, and positioning blocks are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the outer wall of the positioning plate.
As a preferable aspect of the press-bonding machine for printed circuit board production according to the present invention, wherein: the inside bottom of workstation is equipped with raises the pad, the outer wall both ends of workstation are equipped with the shifting chute.
As a preferable aspect of the press-bonding machine for printed circuit board production according to the present invention, wherein: the pressing device comprises a pressing rod, the pressing rod is arranged in the center of the top end of the inner portion of the workbench, the bottom end of the pressing rod is connected with a pressing block, and a pressing plate is arranged at the bottom end of the pressing block.
As a preferable aspect of the press-bonding machine for printed circuit board production according to the present invention, wherein: the driving device comprises a top plate and a bottom plate, the top plate is arranged on two sides of the top end of the outer wall of the workbench, and the bottom plate is arranged on two sides of the bottom end of the outer wall of the workbench.
As a preferable aspect of the press-bonding machine for printed circuit board production according to the present invention, wherein: the inside of roof and bottom plate passes through the bearing and rotates the connecting screw rod, the output of driving motor is connected through the belt in the top of screw rod, driving motor passes through the bolt and installs on the surface of roof.
As a preferable aspect of the press-bonding machine for printed circuit board production according to the present invention, wherein: the rotating device comprises a moving plate, and two ends of the interior of the moving plate are in threaded connection with screw rods.
As a preferable aspect of the press-bonding machine for printed circuit board production according to the present invention, wherein: the right end of the outer wall of the moving plate is provided with a moving block, the moving block is connected inside a sliding rail in a sliding mode, and the sliding rail is fixed to the two ends of the outer wall of the workbench through bolts.
As a preferable aspect of the press-bonding machine for printed circuit board production according to the present invention, wherein: the surface of the movable plate is provided with a motor through a bolt, the output end of the motor is connected with a telescopic rod, and the telescopic rod penetrates through the movable groove.

Compared with the prior art: the driving motor is started to drive the screw rod to rotate in the top plate and the bottom plate, so that the screw rod drives the movable plate to move up and down to move the positioning plate, the movable block on the inner wall of the positioning plate moves in the slide rail, the positioning plate positions the printed circuit board, and the effects of clamping and positioning starting of the printed circuit board are achieved;
the motor is started to drive the telescopic rod to rotate, so that the positioning plate is rotated to select a proper positioning block, and the effect of selecting the positioning block is achieved;
after the printed circuit board is positioned, the supporting plate is moved to the periphery of the bottom of the printed circuit board, the printed circuit board is supported, the printed circuit board is prevented from being damaged during pressing, and the effect of uniform pressing of the printed circuit board is achieved conveniently during pressing.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a laminating machine for producing printed circuit boards, which has the advantages of positioning and fixing the printed circuit boards with different specifications and ensuring that the laminating of the printed circuit boards is more uniform, and please refer to fig. 1-6, and the laminating machine comprises a workbench 1, a laminating device 2, a driving device 3, a rotating device 4, a positioning device 5 and a supporting device 6;
the pressing device 2 is arranged at the top end inside the workbench 1, the device can be placed through the workbench 1, the workbench 1 comprises a lifting pad 11 and a moving groove 12, the lifting pad 11 is arranged at the bottom end inside the workbench 1, a printed circuit board can be conveniently lifted through the lifting pad 11, the printed circuit board is operated, the moving grooves 12 are formed in two ends of the outer wall of the workbench 1, and the telescopic rod 45 can slide through the moving grooves 12;
the pressing device 2 is arranged at the top end inside the workbench 1, pressing operation can be carried out on the printed circuit board through the pressing device 2, the pressing device 2 comprises a pressing rod 21, a pressing block 22 and a pressing plate 23, the pressing rod 21 is arranged at the center of the top end inside the workbench 1 and plays a role of connection, the pressing block 22 can be moved through the pressing rod 21 so as to be convenient for the pressing block 22 to carry out pressing, the bottom end of the pressing rod 21 is connected with the pressing block 22 and plays a role of connection, the pressing plate 23 is arranged at the bottom end of the pressing block 22, the pressing rod 21 is connected with the pressing plate 23 through the pressing block 22, and the pressing rod 21 is convenient to move the pressing plate 23 so as to carry out pressing operation;

the screw 33 is in threaded connection with two ends inside the rotating device 4, the rotating device 4 can be driven to operate through the screw 33, the positioning operation of the positioning device 5 is facilitated, the rotating device 4 comprises a moving plate 41, a motor 42, a moving block 43, a sliding rail 44 and an expansion link 45, the screw 33 is in threaded connection with two ends inside the moving plate 41, the moving plate 41 can be driven by rotating the screw 33, the moving plate 41 can be driven conveniently, the moving block 43 is arranged at the right end of the outer wall of the moving plate 41 and is connected inside the sliding rail 44 in a sliding manner through the moving block 43, the moving block 43 can be limited and guided conveniently, the moving plate 41 is prevented from shifting when moving, the sliding rail 44 is fixed at two ends of the outer wall of the workbench 1 through bolts to play a fixing role, the motor 42 is installed on the surface of the moving plate 41 through bolts to fix the motor 42, and the motor 42 is prevented from falling when operating, the output end of the motor 42 is connected with the telescopic rod 45, the telescopic rod 45 can be rotated through the motor 42, the positioning plate 51 can be conveniently rotated and adjusted to be a proper positioning block 53, the telescopic rod 45 penetrates through the moving groove 12, the telescopic rod 45 can be conveniently moved, when positioning operation is carried out, the driving motor 32 is started, the driving motor 32 drives the screw rod 33 to rotate in the top plate 31 and the bottom plate 34, so that the screw rod 33 drives the moving plate 41 to drive up and down, the positioning plate 51 is moved, the moving block 43 on the inner wall of the positioning plate 51 moves in the sliding rail 44, so that the positioning plate 51 positions the printed circuit board, when the positioning block 53 on the outer wall of the positioning plate 51 needs to be selected, the motor 42 is started to drive the telescopic rod 45 to rotate, so that the positioning plate 51 is rotated to select the proper positioning block 53;
the positioning device 5 is arranged at the port of the telescopic rod 45, the printed circuit board can be positioned and fixed through the positioning device 5, the effect of pressing the printed circuit board is facilitated, the positioning device 5 comprises a positioning plate 51, a rubber pad 52, a groove 521 and positioning blocks 53, the positioning plate 51 is connected to the output end of the rotating device 4, the positioning plate 51 can be rotated through the telescopic rod 45, the rubber pad 52 is bonded to the outer wall of the positioning plate 51, the printed circuit board without positioning holes can be clamped and positioned through the rubber pad 52, the printed circuit board can be pressed conveniently, the positioning blocks 53 are uniformly arranged around the outer wall of the positioning plate 51, the positioning blocks 53 are arranged into four groups, the printed circuit boards with different positioning holes can be positioned, the groove 521 is arranged inside the rubber pad 52, the printed circuit board is contacted with the inside of the groove 521, and the printed circuit board can be clamped conveniently, the printed circuit board is prevented from shifting during the pressing operation, so that the printed circuit board can be uniformly pressed;
strutting arrangement 6 sliding connection is in the inside of raising pad 11, can support the printed circuit board who is fixed a position through strutting arrangement 6, prevent that printed circuit board from damaging when the pressfitting, strutting arrangement 6 includes backup pad 61, slider 62 and spout 63, the bottom of backup pad 61 is equipped with slider 62, through slider 62 sliding connection in the inside of spout 63, make backup pad 61 can slide in spout 63 upper end, spout 63 sets up around the surface of raising pad 11, play spacing and effect of direction, after fixing a position printed circuit board, through removing backup pad 61, make backup pad 61 move around printed circuit board's bottom, support printed circuit board, prevent that printed circuit board from taking place to damage when the pressfitting, and the convenience makes the even effect of printed circuit board pressfitting when the pressfitting.
When the pressing device is used, a person skilled in the art places a printed circuit board inside the workbench 1, starts the driving motor 32, drives the screw 33 to rotate in the top plate 31 and the bottom plate 34 by the driving motor 32, so that the screw 33 drives the moving plate 41 to move up and down, moves the positioning plate 51, moves the moving block 43 on the inner wall of the positioning plate 51 in the slide rail 44, starts the telescopic rod 45 again, extends the telescopic rod 45, clamps the printed circuit board by the groove 521 in the rubber pad 52, fixes and positions the printed circuit board, moves the supporting plate 61 around the bottom of the printed circuit board, supports the printed circuit board, prevents the printed circuit board from being damaged during pressing, starts the pressing rod 21 to perform pressing operation on the printed circuit board, when the printed circuit board with the positioning holes is pressed, through starter motor 42, make motor 42 drive telescopic link 45 and rotate to rotating the selection suitable locating piece 53 to locating plate 51, having selected good locating piece 53 after, start driving motor 32, make locating piece 53 descend, make locating piece 53 run through the locating hole, thereby fix a position and fix the printed circuit board of different specifications, make printed circuit board's pressfitting more even.
