Background
The fireproof plate is made of high-grade imported decorative paper and imported kraft paper through the processing steps of impregnation, drying, high temperature and high pressure and the like, has the characteristics of wear resistance, durability, high temperature resistance, scratch resistance, permeation resistance, easiness in cleaning and the like, and is coated on a non-combustible and fireproof plate outside a steel structure in a specific connecting, fixing and combining mode, so that steel is delayed to be rapidly heated to reduce the strength when a fire disaster happens, and the collapse of a building caused by the fact that the steel structure loses the supporting capacity is avoided.
Firstly, respectively impregnating high-grade imported decorative paper and imported kraft paper into a melamine resin and benzene resin reaction tank, drying after a period of impregnation, cutting into required sizes, then arranging the impregnated decorative paper and a plurality of pieces of kraft paper (depending on different thicknesses of the fireproof plate) together, placing the mixture under a press, applying 1430 pounds per square inch pressure at the high temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit (about 150 degrees Celsius), continuously and uniformly pressing for one hour, and then trimming, sanding, quality inspection and the like.
However, in the current processing equipment, the kraft paper cannot be conveyed while being clamped in the processes of impregnation, drying and flattening, and the kraft paper needs to be conveyed after being clamped and flattened, which consumes higher time cost and cannot be conveyed during clamping; the compression roller has large gravity and cannot move, so that the rolling position is fixed and cannot be regulated, and the flexible regulation of the rolling position cannot be realized; utilize gravity roll extrusion kraft paper, it is big to compression roller gravity demand, can't roll extrusion through the mode that tensile and roll extrusion combined together, reduce the gravity demand to the compression roller.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a processing apparatus for a fireproof layer of a fireproof board, which has a fixing bracket capable of clamping kraft paper and simultaneously transferring the kraft paper.

2. After the second rotating machine is started, the driving wheel is driven to rotate through the belt, the driving wheel drives the lower threaded rod to rotate, the moving block is driven to move back and forth through meshing, then the back and forth movement of the compression roller is achieved through the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft can freely move back and forth through the through grooves, then the connecting frame can freely move back and forth, the compression roller can be driven to move back and forth, the rolling of different positions of kraft paper is achieved, and therefore the position regulation and control of the compression roller are achieved.
3.
