Description

Light supplementing method and device suitable for greenhouse crops
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of facility crop cultivation, in particular to a light supplementing method and device suitable for greenhouse crops.
Background
In one of the main production forms of modern agriculture, the facility agriculture creates environmental conditions suitable for the growth and development of crops by adopting an environmental regulation technology and equipment, improves the production efficiency of the crops and realizes annual balanced supply of agricultural products. External conditions affecting crop growth include illumination, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, water and fertilizer, and the like, and at present, environmental regulation and control mainly surround the management of the temperature and humidity, the carbon dioxide and the water and fertilizer in facilities, and the regulation and control on the light environment are less, and except for artificial light type plant factories, the light environment in other facilities almost completely depends on natural illumination. The facility light environment is the most direct factor affecting photosynthesis and yield of crops and indirectly affects the quality of crops. Generally, the illumination intensity in the facilities is not lower than the light compensation point of crops, but the illumination intensity of the facilities is difficult to exceed the light saturation point of most crops due to the influence of a covering film, a building material framework and the like, and the fact that the illumination intensity is lower than the light saturation point of the crops permanently becomes a key factor for limiting the growth of the crops in the facilities. In addition, the distribution of natural light, the intensity of natural light and the like in the facility all show dynamic changes along with the change of climate, season and solar altitude angle; on the other hand, different crops and the same crop also show a large difference in response to light intensity and light quality at different growth and development periods.
At present, a rough light supplementing mode is fixed light supplementing, namely, at least one or more factors of light spot position, illumination intensity, spectrum light quality and the like are fixed factors, natural light and crop growth and development characteristics cannot be matched to the maximum extent, and the light supplementing mode causes larger energy waste in actual production, so that the obtained light supplementing benefit is also limited.
Therefore, developing a low-investment high-yield accurate and efficient facility light supplementing technology, creating a heterozygous light environment which is matched with a real-time natural light environment and is beneficial to crop growth is an important problem to be solved urgently in the development of facility agriculture.

The following describes a light supplementing method and device suitable for greenhouse crops according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a light supplementing method suitable for greenhouse crops, as shown in fig. 1, including but not limited to the following steps:
step 101: and acquiring current illumination information, temperature information and crop growth information of any target area in the greenhouse, wherein the current illumination information comprises current radiation intensity and current spectrum proportion.
As an alternative embodiment, the greenhouse can be divided equally in area into several target areas. An illumination sensor may be provided in each target area to acquire current illumination information, and a temperature sensor may be provided to acquire temperature information.
The current illumination information mainly comprises the current radiation intensity, the current spectrum proportion, the light quality and the like of the target area. The temperature information is the ambient temperature of the target area.
Crop growth information of the target area can be obtained through image recognition of crop images acquired by the camera, and the crop growth information comprises, but is not limited to, crop types, crop growth stages and the like. Of course, the crop growth information can also be set by the staff according to the actual growth condition of the crops.
Step 102: and determining target illumination information according to the temperature information and the crop growth information.
The growth characteristics of crops can be obtained according to the growth information of the crops, and the growth of the crops can be divided into a plurality of key growth and development periods.
The target illumination information of crops in the target area can be established through illumination intensity tests and light quality tests at different environmental temperatures and growth and development periods.
The target illumination information includes a target radiation intensity (i.e., illumination intensity) optimal for crop growth, a target spectral ratio, and the like.
Step 103: and controlling the light supplementing equipment to adjust the radiation intensity and the spectrum proportion of the compensating light according to the current illumination information and the target illumination information.
And determining a scheme for supplementing light for the target area by the light supplementing equipment according to the difference between the target illumination information of the target area and the current illumination information.
Optionally, the illumination intensity of the compensation light is determined according to the difference value between the target illumination information of the target area and the current illumination so as to enable crops in the target area to be fully illuminated. And, the current spectral ratio of the target area may be adjusted to the target spectral ratio by setting the spectral ratio of the compensation light.
According to the light supplementing method suitable for greenhouse crops, the current illumination information, the temperature information and the crop growth information in the greenhouse target area are obtained to determine the target illumination information of the target area, and the radiation intensity and the spectrum proportion of the compensating light are adjusted in real time through the difference between the current illumination information and the target illumination information, so that the accuracy and the light supplementing benefit of the crop light supplementing are effectively improved.
Based on the above embodiments, as an optional embodiment, the present invention provides a light supplementing method suitable for greenhouse crops, and the position information of the sub-region to be supplemented of the target region is obtained; and controlling the light supplementing equipment to adjust the light spot position of the compensating light according to the position information of the to-be-supplemented sub-area.
In order to realize accurate light filling to crops, the target area can be further subdivided into a plurality of light control areas, and each light control area is internally provided with an illumination sensor. And each light control area is numbered, for example light control area 1, light control area 2, etc. And the numbers of the light control areas are in one-to-one correspondence with the position information of the light control areas, and the positions of the light control areas in the target area can be determined through the numbers of the light control areas.
The sub-regions to be compensated can be determined from all the light-operated regions according to the illumination information acquired by the illumination sensor, and the position information of the sub-regions to be compensated can be determined through the numbers of the sub-regions to be compensated. For example, the light control area 2 is determined to be a complementary sub-area by the light sensor, and the position of the sub-area to be complementary is further determined according to the number of the light control area 2.
The sub-regions to be supplemented may be locally shaded regions or low light regions. The local shading area may be formed by the mutual shielding of plants in the greenhouse, and the low light area may be caused by the weather (such as overcast and rainy days and haze days) with low sunlight.
Optionally, a light compensating device is disposed in each target area, and the light compensating device can adjust the spot position of the generated compensating light, so as to perform light compensating operation on the to-be-compensated sub-area in the target area. The shape of the light spot may be arranged according to the shape of the light control area, typically rectangular.
According to the light supplementing method suitable for greenhouse crops, the target area is further subdivided, the position information of the sub-area to be supplemented is obtained, and the light supplementing equipment is controlled to carry out light compensation on the sub-area to be supplemented, so that the accuracy and benefit of light supplementing are further improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, as an optional embodiment, the present invention provides a light supplementing method suitable for greenhouse crops, where according to the position information of the to-be-supplemented sub-area, controlling a light supplementing device to adjust a light spot position of the compensating light includes: and if the to-be-compensated sub-region is determined to be a local region of the target region according to the position information of the to-be-compensated sub-region, controlling the light compensating device to adjust the light spot position of the compensating light to the position of the to-be-compensated sub-region.
Under the condition of normal sunny days, the to-be-compensated photon area can be formed by the change of the altitude angle of the sun and the mutual shielding of plants, and the to-be-compensated photon area is in the form of a local shading area. The local shading area is often a local area of the target area, and the position of the local shading area changes according to the change of the solar altitude.
To supplement the local shading area in this case, the light supplementing device may be controlled to adjust the spot position of the compensation light to track the position of the local shading area. In this way, a light supplementing operation for the partially shaded region can be achieved.
The light supplementing method suitable for greenhouse crops can supplement light to the local shading area in a normal sunny day, and achieves accurate, precise and intelligent light supplementing.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, as an optional embodiment, the present invention provides a light supplementing method suitable for greenhouse crops, and if it is determined that the target areas are all sub-areas to be supplemented according to the position information of the sub-areas to be supplemented, the light supplementing device is controlled to alternately supplement light to the sub-areas to be supplemented according to a preset frequency.
If the target areas are all the sub-areas to be supplemented, the weather at the moment may be the weather of the sunlight illumination such as cloudy days, rainy days, haze days and the like. In this case, the light supplementing device is controlled to alternately supplement light to the sub-areas to be supplemented at a preset frequency.
As an alternative embodiment, the radiation intensity of the compensation light of the light filling device is controlled, the radiation intensity being inversely proportional to the preset frequency. The method for compensating the light supplementing time by adjusting the light intensity is adopted, and the radiation intensity is improved by controlling the light supplementing equipment so as to shorten the light supplementing time of each sub-area to be supplemented; or the reasonable illumination of the sub-areas to be supplemented is realized by reducing the radiation intensity and properly prolonging the light supplementing time of each sub-area to be supplemented.
According to the light supplementing method suitable for greenhouse crops, the light supplementing areas in the target area are subjected to alternate light supplementing, the radiation intensity of the compensating light is properly improved, the light supplementing time of each light supplementing sub-area is shortened, and the light supplementing benefit is improved. Or the reasonable illumination of the sub-areas to be supplemented is realized by reducing the radiation intensity and properly prolonging the light supplementing time of each sub-area to be supplemented.
