Abstract
本发明公开了一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料及制备方法,本发明的一个方面,提供了一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料,该高强梯度截热浇注料由以下原料组成:玻化微珠、矿渣棉、蛭石、漂珠、页岩陶粒、低铁原料、高岭土、纳米陶瓷粉、高铝水泥、固体水玻璃、硅酸铝纤维、不锈钢纤维、六偏磷酸钠、铝硅溶胶和水。本发明中混合粉料使用的不锈钢纤维的内部结构、物理化学性能以及表面性能等在纤维化过程中发生了显著的变化,不锈钢纤维与有机、无机纤维相比,具有更高的弹性、挠性、柔韧性、粘合性、耐磨耗性、耐高温、耐腐蚀性,更好的通气性、导电性、导磁性、导热性以及自润滑性和烧结性。

技术领域
本发明涉及浇注料生产技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料及制备方法。
背景技术
目前窑炉炉门是完全由单一的低体密高铝砖装配,使用高铝砖装配窑炉炉门时间长且工艺繁琐。针对于某厂目前使用的窑炉炉门由于在使用单一的低体密铝砖过程中各个部位磨损情况不一,拉低窑炉炉门的寿命。
公告号为:CN 103224800 A的一种焦炉炉门整体浇筑工艺具备本发明工艺采用整体浇筑,一次成型,保障了炉门的整体性,在以后使用过程需要修补时,只需采用相同的浇注料局部修补即可,采用工艺施工的浇注料表面光洁明亮,气孔率低,密实度高,浇注质量非常好,质量合格率达到95%以上,具有良好的保温性及防粘渣性,减少了炉门的热量损失,具有很好的密封性能,延长了炉门的寿命。整体浇筑炉门可在4-5米焦炉上使用,平均使用6个月以上无裂纹、无脱落等现象,炉门表面结焦不明显易清理,与原传统砌砖炉门相比,炉门温度降低了20℃左右,减少了施工时间,由于材质隔热性能好,即可保证炉门焦炭质量,也降低了散热损失,以一座42孔焦炉为例,每年节能约7.4万m3焦炉煤气,由减少散热损失所创节能价值约5.2万元/个焦炉/年。
但是现有技术的热回收焦炉需要其自身可进行发热,因此需要浇注料具备较好的导热性以及较好的韧性。
故本发明提出一种复相梯度烧成预制块以简化炉门装配,同时延长炉门寿命。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料及制备方法,具备高导热性以及韧性,进而解决现有技术中存在的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述高导热性以及韧性,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料。
该高强梯度截热浇注料由以下原料组成:
玻化微珠、矿渣棉、蛭石、漂珠、页岩陶粒、低铁原料、高岭土、纳米陶瓷粉、高铝水泥、固体水玻璃、硅酸铝纤维、不锈钢纤维、六偏磷酸钠、铝硅溶胶和水。
上述原料的质量份数为:
玻化微珠10-25份、矿渣棉5-10份、蛭石5-10份、漂珠1-10份、页岩陶粒10-20份、低铁原料2-20份、高岭土1-6份、纳米陶瓷粉10-15份、固体水玻璃1-10份、高铝水泥1-5份、硅酸铝纤维0.25份、不锈钢纤维0.235-0.347份、六偏磷酸钠1-5份、铝硅溶胶5-10份、水1-5份。。
进一步的,所述不锈钢纤维包括以下重量份的金属材料:铁0.056-0.084份、锰0.022-0.034份、镍0.045-0.067份、铬0.084-0.112份、钼0.011-0.022份、铜0.017-0.028份,具备高强度、耐高温、耐腐蚀等性能。
进一步的,所述低铁原料按重量份计,包括以下成分:煤矸石熟料1.44-11.2份、煤矸石熟料0.12-2.4份、刚玉细粉0.24-4份、水合氧化铝0.096-1.256份、硅微粉0.103-1.12份、减水剂0.001-0.024份,具有较高的高温强度和优异的抗热震性能,能够经受高温烟气和煤灰的强烈冲刷以及炉膛温度的剧烈波动。
进一步的,所述高铝水泥按重量份计,包括以下成分:生石灰0.96-3.6份、二氧化硅0.016-0.4份、氧化铁0.024-1份,有早期强度高、附高温和耐腐蚀。
进一步的,所述铝硅溶胶为二氧化硅溶胶和/或氧化铝溶胶,硅铝溶胶可转化为硅铝凝胶,并在烧结过程中,能在碳化硅基体中原位形成针状的莫来石,从而改善炉体性能和抗氧化性能,主要跟抗热震性能有关。
进一步的,所述蛭石为黑云母和/或金云母,它是一种比较少见的矿物,属于硅酸盐,其晶体结构为单斜晶系。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101、按所述重量份,将玻化微珠、矿渣棉、蛭石、高岭土、漂珠、页岩陶粒、低铁原料加入搅拌机内,搅拌7-10分钟,得到混合骨料;
步骤S102、按所述重量份,将纳米陶瓷粉、固体水玻璃、硅酸铝纤维、不锈钢纤维、六偏磷酸钠、铝硅溶胶,磨均匀得到混合粉料;
步骤S103、将步骤S102混合粉料加入步骤S101的混合骨料中,混合均匀,再所述重量份,加入水搅拌成泥料,同时加入高铝水泥进行混合,放入模具中,模具接缝应严密不漏浆,对模具应采取防粘措施,与浇注料接触的隔热砌体表面,应采取防水措施,耐火浇注料的浇注应连续进行,在前层浇注料凝结前,应将次层浇注料浇注完毕,间歇超过凝结时间,应按施工缝要求处理,施工缝宜留在同一排锚固砖的中心线上,同时进行振动浇注成型,室温情况下硬化后进行脱模,100-160摄氏度干燥12-24小时,自然冷却至后室温得到坯体;
步骤S104、将步骤S103中的坯体在1300-1700摄氏度中烧结16-27小时,即可得到成品。
进一步的,所述煤矸石熟料筛选目数为220-300目、煤矸石熟料的筛选目数为180-220目、刚玉细粉的筛选目数为300-350目,不同规格的原料可以根据具体使用需求进行调整。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料及制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明中混合粉料使用的不锈钢纤维的内部结构、物理化学性能以及表面性能等在纤维化过程中发生了显著的变化,不锈钢纤维不但具有金属材料本身固有的高弹性模量、高抗弯、抗拉强度等一切优点,还具有非不锈钢纤维的一些特殊的性能和广泛的用途,不锈钢纤维与有机、无机纤维相比,具有更高的弹性、挠性、柔韧性、粘合性、耐磨耗性、耐高温、耐腐蚀性,更好的通气性、导电性、导磁性、导热性以及自润滑性和烧结性。
(2)、低铁原料抗CO侵蚀性能较高,可有效避免炉膛衬体变得异常疏松,浇注料由于采用非水泥的水合氧化铝做结合剂,自身具有较高的高温强度和优异的抗热震性能,能够经受高温烟气和煤灰的强烈冲刷以及炉膛温度的剧烈波动,浇注料的“低铁化”和“高抗热震性”可显著提高炉膛衬体的使用寿命,实现炉衬的长寿化和高可靠性。

其中,本发明所采用的原料成份阐述如下:
玻化微珠:玻化微珠是由于表面玻化形成一定的颗粒强度,理化性能十分稳定,耐老化耐候性强,具有优异的绝热﹑防火﹑吸音性能,适合诸多领域中作轻质填充骨料和绝热﹑防火﹑吸音﹑保温材料,在建材行业中,用玻化微珠作为轻质骨料,可提高砂浆的和易流动性和自抗强度,减少材性收缩率,提高产品综合性能,降低综合生产成本;
矿渣棉:矿渣棉,矿物棉的一种,由钢铁高炉渣矿渣制成的短纤维,常用的原料有铁、磷、镍、铅、铬、铜、锰、锌、钛等矿渣,主要用作砌筑材料和吸音材料,也可用铁包装材料,矿渣棉是利用工业废料矿渣为主要原料,经熔化、采用高速离心法或喷吹法等工艺制成的棉丝状无机纤维,它具有质轻、导热系数小、不燃烧、防蛀、价廉、耐腐蚀、化学稳定性好、吸声性能好等特点;
蛭石:蛭石是一种天然、无机,无毒的矿物质,在高温作用下会膨胀的矿物。它是一种比较少见的矿物,属于硅酸盐,其晶体结构为单斜晶系,从它的外形看很像云母,蛭石是由一定的花岗岩水合时产生的,它一般与石棉同时产生,由于蛭石有离子交换的能力,它对土壤的营养有极大的作用;
漂珠:漂珠是一种能浮于水面的粉煤灰空心球,呈灰白色,壁薄中空,重量很轻,容重为720kg/m3(重质),418.8kg/m3(轻质),粒径约0.1毫米,表面封闭而光滑,热导率小,耐火度≥1610℃,是优良的保温耐火材料,广泛用于轻质浇注料的生产和石油钻井方面,漂珠的化学成份以二氧化硅和三氧化二铝为主,具有颗粒细、中空、质轻、高强度、耐磨、耐高温、保温绝缘、绝缘阻燃等多种特性,是广泛应用于耐火行业的原料之一;
页岩陶粒:页岩陶粒滤料采用天然岩石--页岩为原料,经高温、焙烧精制而成。其无毒、无味、抗压耐磨、耐腐蚀,并具有良好的吸附性能和强度,适用于各类水质的净化处理;
低铁原料:用非水泥的水合氧化铝做结合剂,自身具有较高的高温强度和优异的抗热震性能,能够经受高温烟气和煤灰的强烈冲刷以及炉膛温度的剧烈波动;
高岭土:其矿物成分主要由高岭石、埃洛石、水云母、伊利石、蒙脱石以及石英、长石等矿物组成,其质纯的高岭土呈洁白细腻、松软土状,具有良好的可塑性和耐火性等理化性质;
纳米陶瓷粉:纳米微粉当羟基磷灰石的颗粒在100nm左右时,为一种性能良好的无机陶瓷粉末,并具有独特的生物活性和生物相容性;
高铝水泥:高铝水泥,是指一种快硬、高强、耐热及耐腐蚀的胶凝材料,主要特性有早期强度高、附高温和耐腐蚀,高铝水泥主要用于工期紧急的工程,如压防、道路和特殊抢修工程等,也可用于冬季施工的工程;
固体水玻璃:水玻璃俗称泡化碱,成分为xNa2O·ySiO2纯净的无色,一般为青绿色或棕色的固体或粘稠液体,是将硅石、纯碱与煤粉共熔,经冷却、粉碎、水淬、浓缩而成,水玻璃成分中氧化硅与氧化钠的克分子数比值,称为水玻璃模数,它表示水玻璃的碱性大小,也对吸湿性、溶解度、粘度和粘结力等特性有影响,模数值一般为2.4~3.6,其中模数为2.4~3.0的,适合制作胶结料;
硅酸铝纤维:硅酸铝纤维是一种新型、轻质、节能的耐火材料,它是以焦宝石为主要原料,经2100℃的高温熔化后,用高速离心法或喷吹法等工艺加工而制成的棉丝状无机纤维,其主要化学成分为氧化硅(48~52%)、氧化铝(43~49%)、氧化铁3(0.9~0.13%)、氧化钙(小于1%)、氧化镁(微量);
不锈钢纤维:不锈钢纤维一种新型的工业材料,不仅具有高导电、高导热、高强度、耐高温、耐腐蚀等性能,还具有化纤、合成纤维的特性;广泛应用于石油、化工、化纤、电子、纺织、军事、航空、高分子材料、环境保护等工业领域;
六偏磷酸钠:六偏磷酸钠是一种无机物,白色粉末结晶,或无色透明玻璃片状或块状固体,易溶于水,不溶于有机溶剂。吸湿性很强,露置于空气中能逐渐吸收水分而呈黏胶状物,与钙、镁等金属离子能生成可溶性络合物;
铝硅溶胶:硅铝溶胶在碳化硅基体中均匀分布,一方面可以起到粘结剂等作用从而促进碳化硅陶瓷的成型和烧结,硅铝溶胶可转化为硅铝凝胶,并在烧结过程中,能在碳化硅基体中原位形成针状的莫来石,从而改善碳化硅陶瓷力学性能和抗氧化性能,主要跟抗热震性能有关。

根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料。
实施例一:
该热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料由以下质量份数的原料制成:
玻化微珠10份、矿渣棉5份、蛭石5份、漂珠1份、页岩陶粒10份、低铁原料2份、高岭土1份、纳米陶瓷粉10份、固体水玻璃1份、高铝水泥1份、硅酸铝纤维0.25份、不锈钢纤维0.235份、六偏磷酸钠1份、铝硅溶胶5份、水1份。
其中不锈钢纤维的组成中含有铁以及下述金属材料组分为:
铁0.056份、锰0.022份、镍0.045份、铬0.084份、钼0.011份、铜0.017份;
其中低铁原料的组成中材料组分为:
煤矸石熟料1.44份、煤矸石熟料0.12份、刚玉细粉0.24份、水合氧化铝0.096份、硅微粉0.103份、减水剂0.001份。
其中高铝水泥的组成中材料组分为:
生石灰0.96份、二氧化硅0.016份、氧化铁0.024份。
铝硅溶胶为二氧化硅溶胶和/或氧化铝溶胶,蛭石为黑云母和/或金云母,煤矸石熟料筛选目数为220目、煤矸石熟料的筛选目数为180目、刚玉细粉的筛选目数为300目。
该热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料的制备,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101将玻化微珠10份、矿渣棉5份、蛭石5份、高岭土1份、漂珠1份、页岩陶粒10份、低铁原料2份加入搅拌机内,搅拌7分钟,得到混合骨料;
步骤S102将纳米陶瓷粉10份、固体水玻璃1份、硅酸铝纤维0.25份、不锈钢纤维0.25份、六偏磷酸钠1份、铝硅溶胶5份,磨均匀得到混合粉料;
步骤S103将步骤S103混合粉料加入步骤S101的混合骨料中,混合均匀,再加入原料总重量1份的水搅拌成泥料,同时加入1份高铝水泥进行混合,放入模具中,模具接缝应严密不漏浆,对模具应采取防粘措施,与浇注料接触的隔热砌体表面,应采取防水措施,耐火浇注料的浇注应连续进行,在前层浇注料凝结前,应将次层浇注料浇注完毕,间歇超过凝结时间,应按施工缝要求处理,施工缝宜留在同一排锚固砖的中心线上,同时进行振动浇注成型,室温情况下硬化后进行脱模,100摄氏度干燥12小时,自然冷却至后室温得到坯体;
步骤S104将步骤S105中的坯体在1300摄氏度中烧结16小时,即可得到成品。
参照实施例一所浇注成型的炉体可以达到1500-2000摄氏度耐热度。
实施例二:
该热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料由以下质量份数的原料制成:
玻化微珠25份、矿渣棉10份、蛭石10份、漂珠10份、页岩陶粒20份、低铁原料20份、高岭土6份、纳米陶瓷粉15份、固体水玻璃10份、高铝水泥5份、硅酸铝纤维0.25份、不锈钢纤维0.347份、六偏磷酸钠5份、铝硅溶胶10份、水5份。
其中不锈钢纤维的组成中含有铁以及下述金属材料组分为:
铁0.084份、锰0.034份、镍0.067份、铬0.112份、钼0.022份、铜0.028份;
其中低铁原料的组成中材料组分为:
煤矸石熟料11.2份、煤矸石熟料2.4份、刚玉细粉4份、水合氧化铝1.256份、硅微粉1.12份、减水剂0.024份。
其中高铝水泥的组成中材料组分为:
生石灰3.6份、二氧化硅0.4份、氧化铁1份。
铝硅溶胶为二氧化硅溶胶和/或氧化铝溶胶,蛭石为黑云母和/或金云母,煤矸石熟料筛选目数为300目、煤矸石熟料的筛选目数为220目、刚玉细粉的筛选目数为350目。
该热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料的制备,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101将玻化微珠25份、矿渣棉10份、蛭石10份、高岭土6份、漂珠10份、页岩陶粒20份、低铁原料20份加入搅拌机内,搅拌10分钟,得到混合骨料;
步骤S102将纳米陶瓷粉15份、固体水玻璃10份、硅酸铝纤维0.25份、不锈钢纤维0.25份、六偏磷酸钠5份、铝硅溶胶10份,磨均匀得到混合粉料;
步骤S103将步骤S103混合粉料加入步骤S101的混合骨料中,混合均匀,再加入原料总重量5份的水搅拌成泥料,同时加入5份高铝水泥进行混合,放入模具中,模具接缝应严密不漏浆,对模具应采取防粘措施,与浇注料接触的隔热砌体表面,应采取防水措施,耐火浇注料的浇注应连续进行,在前层浇注料凝结前,应将次层浇注料浇注完毕,间歇超过凝结时间,应按施工缝要求处理,施工缝宜留在同一排锚固砖的中心线上,同时进行振动浇注成型,室温情况下硬化后进行脱模,160摄氏度干燥24小时,自然冷却至后室温得到坯体;
步骤S104将步骤S105中的坯体在1700摄氏度中烧结27小时,即可得到成品。
参照实施例二所浇注成型的炉体可以达到2500-3000摄氏度耐热度。
实施例三:
该热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料由以下质量份数的原料制成:
玻化微珠18份、矿渣棉8份、蛭石8份、漂珠5份、页岩陶粒15份、低铁原料11份、高岭土4份、纳米陶瓷粉12份、固体水玻璃5份、高铝水泥3份、硅酸铝纤维0.25份、不锈钢纤维0.30份、六偏磷酸钠3份、铝硅溶胶7份、水3份。
其中不锈钢纤维的组成中含有铁以及下述金属材料组分为:
铁0.07份、锰0.028份、镍0.056份、铬0.098份、钼0.016份、铜0.023份;
其中低铁原料的组成中材料组分为:
煤矸石熟料6份、煤矸石熟料1.2份、刚玉细粉2份、水合氧化铝0.64份、硅微粉0.61份、减水剂0.0017份。
其中高铝水泥的组成中材料组分为:
生石灰2.3份、二氧化硅0.2份、氧化铁0.12份。
铝硅溶胶为二氧化硅溶胶和/或氧化铝溶胶,蛭石为黑云母和/或金云母,煤矸石熟料筛选目数为260目、煤矸石熟料的筛选目数为200目、刚玉细粉的筛选目数为325目。
该热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料的制备,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101将玻化微珠17份、矿渣棉7份、蛭石7份、高岭土4份、漂珠5份、页岩陶粒15份、低铁原料11份加入搅拌机内,搅拌8分钟,得到混合骨料;
步骤S102将纳米陶瓷粉13份、固体水玻璃5份、硅酸铝纤维0.25份、不锈钢纤维0.25份、六偏磷酸钠3份、铝硅溶胶8份,磨均匀得到混合粉料;
步骤S103将步骤S103混合粉料加入步骤S101的混合骨料中,混合均匀,再加入原料总重量3份的水搅拌成泥料,同时加入3份高铝水泥进行混合,放入模具中,模具接缝应严密不漏浆,对模具应采取防粘措施,与浇注料接触的隔热砌体表面,应采取防水措施,耐火浇注料的浇注应连续进行,在前层浇注料凝结前,应将次层浇注料浇注完毕,间歇超过凝结时间,应按施工缝要求处理,施工缝宜留在同一排锚固砖的中心线上,同时进行振动浇注成型,室温情况下硬化后进行脱模,130摄氏度干燥18小时,自然冷却至后室温得到坯体;
步骤S104将步骤S105中的坯体在1500摄氏度中烧结21小时,即可得到成品。
参照实施例三所浇注成型的炉体可以达到2000-2500摄氏度耐热度。

该方法浇注成型的炉体具有较好的耐火性能、热震稳定性,具有更高的弹性、挠性、柔韧性、粘合性、耐磨耗性、耐高温、耐腐蚀性。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过保温耐火浇注料的骨料中的玻化微珠、漂珠、页岩陶粒具有特殊的表面结构且内部空心,表面凹凸不平,增大接触比表面积,使得骨料与基质中硅灰、氧化铝微粉、高岭土、纳米陶瓷粉结合牢固,提高了耐火性能,增加了物料的强度以及保温效果,采用铝硅溶胶和固体水玻璃作为复合结合剂,充分发挥其本身就具有较好的耐高温的特点,不会带来各种低熔点气化物,提高了使用性能,且具有脱模强度高、高温体积稳定等优点,同时硅铝溶胶是由胶团聚集产生的无数网络结构既提高了强度,又增加了产品热震稳定性,不锈钢纤维的内部结构、物理化学性能以及表面性能等在纤维化过程中发生了显著的变化,不锈钢纤维不但具有金属材料本身固有的高弹性模量、高抗弯、抗拉强度等一切优点,还具有非不锈钢纤维的一些特殊的性能和广泛的用途,不锈钢纤维作为混合粉料与有机、无机纤维相比,具有更高的弹性、挠性、柔韧性、粘合性、耐磨耗性、耐高温、耐腐蚀性,更好的通气性、导电性、导磁性、导热性以及自润滑性和烧结性,同时骨料中的低铁原料抗CO侵蚀性能较高,可有效避免炉膛衬体变得异常疏松,浇注料由于采用非水泥的水合氧化铝做结合剂,自身具有较高的高温强度和优异的抗热震性能,能够经受高温烟气和煤灰的强烈冲刷以及炉膛温度的剧烈波动,浇注料的“低铁化”和“高抗热震性”可显著提高炉膛衬体的使用寿命,实现炉衬的长寿化和高可靠性。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置”、“连接”、“固定”、“旋接”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (8)
1.一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料,其特征在于,该高强梯度截热浇注料由以下原料组成:玻化微珠、矿渣棉、蛭石、漂珠、页岩陶粒、低铁原料、高岭土、纳米陶瓷粉、高铝水泥、固体水玻璃、硅酸铝纤维、不锈钢纤维、六偏磷酸钠、铝硅溶胶和水;
上述原料的质量份数为:
玻化微珠10-25份、矿渣棉5-10份、蛭石5-10份、漂珠1-10份、页岩陶粒10-20份、低铁原料2-20份、高岭土1-6份、纳米陶瓷粉10-15份、固体水玻璃1-10份、高铝水泥1-5份、硅酸铝纤维0.25份、不锈钢纤维0.235-0.347份、六偏磷酸钠1-5份、铝硅溶胶5-10份、水1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料,其特征在于,所述不锈钢纤维包括以下重量份的金属材料:铁0.056-0.084份、锰0.022-0.034份、镍0.045-0.067份、铬0.084-0.112份、钼0.011-0.022份、铜0.017-0.028份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料,其特征在于,所述低铁原料按重量份计,包括以下成分:煤矸石熟料1.44-11.2份、煤矸石熟料0.12-2.4份、刚玉细粉0.24-4份、水合氧化铝0.096-1.256份、硅微粉0.103-1.12份、减水剂0.001-0.024份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料,其特征在于,所述高铝水泥按重量份计,包括以下成分:生石灰0.96-3.6份、二氧化硅0.016-0.4份、氧化铁0.024-1份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料,其特征在于,所述铝硅溶胶为二氧化硅溶胶和/或氧化铝溶胶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料,其特征在于,所述蛭石为黑云母和/或金云母。
7.一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料制备方法,其特征在于,用于权利要求6所述的一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料的制备,包括以下步骤:
S101、按所述重量份,将玻化微珠、矿渣棉、蛭石、高岭土、漂珠、页岩陶粒、低铁原料加入搅拌机内,搅拌7-10分钟,得到混合骨料;
S102、按所述重量份,将纳米陶瓷粉、固体水玻璃、硅酸铝纤维、不锈钢纤维、六偏磷酸钠、铝硅溶胶,磨均匀得到混合粉料;
S103、将步骤S102混合粉料加入步骤S101的混合骨料中,混合均匀,再按所述重量份,加入水搅拌成泥料,同时加入高铝水泥进行混合,放入模具中,模具接缝应严密不漏浆,对模具应采取防粘措施,与浇注料接触的隔热砌体表面,应采取防水措施,耐火浇注料的浇注应连续进行,在前层浇注料凝结前,应将次层浇注料浇注完毕,间歇超过凝结时间,应按施工缝要求处理,施工缝宜留在同一排锚固砖的中心线上,同时进行振动浇注成型,室温情况下硬化后进行脱模,100-160摄氏度干燥12-24小时,自然冷却至后室温得到坯体;
S104、将步骤S102中的坯体在1300-1700摄氏度中烧结16-27小时,即可得到成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种热回收焦炉炉门用高强梯度截热浇注料制备方法,其特征在于,所述煤矸石熟料筛选目数为220-300目、煤矸石熟料的筛选目数为180-220目、刚玉细粉的筛选目数为300-350目。
