Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a skin-friendly glaze ceramic plate, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing before manufacturing the ceramic plate; (2) processing the material; (3) pressing to prepare a blank; (4) preparing skin-friendly glaze; (5) making a surface glaze; (6) and (5) preparing a finished product. The preparation method of the skin-friendly glaze ceramic plate uses brand-new raw materials and a sintering mode to manufacture the ceramic plate, so that the strength and the heat conductivity of the ceramic plate are greatly improved, meanwhile, skin-friendly glazes with different refractories are added, and after high-temperature firing, the texture of the product is rich, the skin-friendly glaze process is adopted, and the glaze is polished in a fine and soft manner, so that the glaze is like coagulated fat, fine, smooth and skin-friendly touch. Meanwhile, the wear-resistant, antifouling and antiskid effects of the product are improved, and the finished ceramic plate can show different colors by adding different components into the production material of the overglaze, so that the application range of the ceramic plate is greatly expanded.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic plate preparation, in particular to a preparation method of a skin-friendly glaze ceramic plate.
Background
The ceramic plate produced by adopting zirconium oxide or aluminum oxide has extremely strong weather resistance, and has no influence on the surface and the base material no matter sunlight, rain (even acid rain) or moisture. The glaze is a colorless or colored vitreous thin layer covering the surface of the ceramic product, and is prepared by grinding mineral raw materials (feldspar, quartz, talc, kaolin, etc.) and raw materials in a certain proportion (part of the raw materials can be made into frits first) to prepare glaze slurry, applying the glaze slurry on the surface of a blank body, and calcining at a certain temperature. It can increase the mechanical strength, thermal stability and dielectric strength of the product, and also has the characteristics of beautifying the ware, being convenient for wiping and washing, being not eroded by the fishy smell of dust, etc.
The surface of the ceramic tile is decorated with skin-friendly glaze, and fine soft polishing and polishing are carried out. The material is slowly burnt at a high temperature of 1200 ℃, and is wear-resistant and stain-resistant. The main technological means of the current decoration skin-friendly glaze is to directly apply the decoration skin-friendly glaze on the surface of a ceramic tile in a spraying and spraying mode, but the surface of the ceramic tile applying the glaze in the modes is monotonous, the using amount of the skin-friendly glaze is more, the cost is increased, the glaze spraying distribution is uneven, the surface of the ceramic tile is uneven, when the ceramic tile enters a kiln to be fired, gas in small holes is heated to expand, and the glaze is expanded to form glaze bubble glaze eggs, so that a preparation method of the skin-friendly glaze ceramic board is provided, and the problems are solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a skin-friendly glaze ceramic plate, which aims to solve the problems of the prior art that the skin-friendly glaze is decorated on the surface of a ceramic tile in the market, and fine and soft polishing and polishing are carried out. The material is slowly burnt at a high temperature of 1200 ℃, and is wear-resistant and stain-resistant. The current main technological means for decorating the skin-friendly glaze is to directly apply the skin-friendly glaze on the surface of a ceramic tile in a spraying and spraying mode, but the surface of the ceramic tile applying the glaze in the modes is monotonous, the using amount of the skin-friendly glaze is more, the cost is increased, the glaze spraying distribution is uneven, the surface of the ceramic tile is uneven, and when the ceramic tile enters a kiln to be fired, gas in a small hole is heated and expanded, so that the glaze is expanded to form glaze bubble glaze eggs.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a skin-friendly glaze ceramic plate comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a ceramic plate: preparing a silicon dioxide group, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, potassium oxide and sodium oxide pig feed I.L;
(2) treating the materials: taking absolute ethyl alcohol and butanone as media, stirring and mixing the material powder prepared in the step (1) and a sintering aid, adding a certain amount of polyvinyl butyral, a dispersant and a plasticizer, and putting the materials into a ball mill for ball milling and dispersion to obtain ceramic slurry;
(3) pressing to prepare a blank: pressing the slurry prepared in the step (2) into ceramic tiles with different sizes by a press after iron removal and powder preparation, wherein the pressure during pressing is 25.5-28.5Mpa, and then drying the ceramic tiles;
(4) preparing skin-friendly glaze: adding the skin-friendly glaze, the suspending agent and the debonding agent into a stirring cylinder according to a certain proportion and uniformly stirring;
(5) making a cover glaze: the main chemical components of the overglaze are aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, sodium oxide, potassium oxide, calcium oxide, ferric oxide, antimony oxide, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, zirconium dioxide and loss on ignition.
(6) And (3) preparing a finished product: coating the overglaze and the skin-friendly glaze on the outer surface of the ceramic plate for firing, and then polishing the ceramic plate.
Preferably, the content of each material in the step (1) is 65-70% of silicon dioxide, 18-22% of aluminum oxide, 0.7-1.3% of ferric oxide, 0.5-2% of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide in total, 4-7% of potassium oxide and sodium oxide and I.L 3-7% respectively.
