本发明涉及输送带领域,具体为耐高温抗撕裂输送带。
背景技术
输送带,又称运输带,是用于皮带输送带中起承载和运送物料作用的橡胶与纤维、金属复合制品,或者是塑料和织物复合的制品,输送带广泛应用于水泥、焦化、冶金、化工、钢铁等行业中输送距离较短、输送量较小的场合,输送带,皮带输送机在农业、工矿企业和交通运输业中广泛用于输送各种固体块状和粉料状物料或成件物品,输送带能连续化、高效率、大倾角运输,输送带操作安全,输送带使用简便,维修容易,运费低廉,并能缩短运输距离,降低工程造价,节省人力物力。现有技术中的输送带经常出现撕裂的损坏的情况,经统计研究发现输送带撕裂往往是先由输送带上的裂纹、开口引起的,而且裂纹、开口往往出现在输送带上料端的物料冲击时容易产生。
现有的输送带缺乏缓冲装置,带有尖锐棱角或者锋利边缘的块状物料落入到输送带上表面时,容易冲击、割破、刮擦输送带上表面,持续的累计冲击会造成输送带的裂纹,从而导致输送带容易被撕裂。
综上所述,本申请现提出耐高温抗撕裂输送带来解决上述出现的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供耐高温抗撕裂输送带,以解决现有的输送带缺乏缓冲装置,带有尖锐棱角或者锋利边缘的块状物料落入到输送带上表面时,容易冲击、割破、刮擦输送带上表面,持续的累计冲击会造成输送带的裂纹,从而导致输送带容易被撕裂的问题,本发明使用方便,操作简单,系统性高,实用性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:耐高温抗撕裂输送带,包括输送带本体,所述输送带本体由基础层构成,所述输送带本体的顶端和底端均设有加强层,位于所述输送带本体顶端的加强层设有弧形缓冲条,所述弧形缓冲条上均匀设有若干个缓冲凸条,所述弧形缓冲条内设置空腔,所述空腔内固定连接有弹簧片。
优选的,所述加强层包括基布以及设置在基布上的第二芯胶层,所述第二芯胶层上固定设有铁丝网层。
更为优选的,所述铁丝网层上设有耐高温层。
更为优选的,所述铁丝网层的顶端和底端均固定连接有缓冲板,所述缓冲板与铁丝网层之间包覆有第三芯胶层。
更为优选的,所述第二芯胶层内固定连接有碳纤维布,所述碳纤维布在第二芯胶层内呈波浪状固定连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:1、本发明通过设置的钢丝绳增加输送带本体的强度,第一芯胶层使得输送带本体具有较好的耐高温性能,使得输送带本体能够承受高温。2、本发明通过设置弧形缓冲条以及设置在弧形缓冲条上均匀设有若干个缓冲凸条,当物体冲击在弧形缓冲条上,弧形缓冲条对产生的冲击进行吸收,从而保护了输送带本体,同时弧形缓冲条会对弹簧片进行挤压,通过弹簧片对震动进行吸收,所以本发明通过弧形缓冲条,避免了输送带本体被冲击撕裂。
