Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the tobacco stem box 10 filled with tobacco stems is stuck with a plurality of bands 20, the tobacco stem box 10 comprises a first box body 10a and a second box body 10b sleeved outside the first box body 10a, the upper end of one of the first box body 10a and the second box body 10b is provided with a first box cover 11a capable of being opened and closed, and the lower end of the other is provided with a second box cover 11b capable of being opened and closed. The first cover 11a is hingably connected to the first casing 10a to switch between a state of opening and closing the first casing 10 a. In this embodiment, the box-packed tobacco stem feeding device can cut the ribbon 20, turn the tobacco stem box 10 over again, and finally turn the bearing component 43 over to make the tobacco stems in the tobacco stem box 10 flow out, so that the problem of high labor intensity caused by manual feeding in the related art is solved.
The ribbon cutting device 1, the tobacco stem box overturning device 3 and the tobacco stem box dumping device 4 are arranged side by side along the straight line direction.
As shown in connection with fig. 6 to 8, the band cutting device 1 comprises a cutting device frame, a cutting device conveying part 11 and a cutting blade wheel 13. The cutter conveying member 11 is mounted on the cutter frame and is configured to convey the stem box 10.
The cutter wheel 13 is mounted on the cutter frame to cut the band 20 on the stem box 10 moving on the cutter transport member 11.
In some embodiments, the cutter wheel 13 is mounted above the cutting device conveying member 11, and the cutter wheel 13 cuts the bands 20 bound on the stem boxes 10 during movement of the stem boxes on the cutting device conveying member 11.

The tie cutting device 1 further comprises a tie outlet 16 and a guide slot 12. The band outlet 16 is provided on the cutting device conveying member 11 and is located upstream of the blocking member 15 in the moving direction of the stem box 10; the guide slot 12 is provided above the cutting device delivery member 11 and is configured to guide the tie 12 towards the tie outlet 16.
The blocking member 15 prevents the band 20 cut by the cutter wheel 13 from continuing to move along the cutting device conveying member 11, and the cut band can move along the guide groove 12 toward the band outlet 16 and be discharged from the band outlet 16.
In some embodiments, the blocking member 15 comprises a scraper that stands on the cutting device delivery member 11.
In some embodiments, the in-box tobacco stem feeding apparatus further comprises a liner gripping device 2 located between the band cutting device 1 and the tobacco stem box turning device 3 along the moving direction of the tobacco stem box 10.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the box removing device 7 includes a box removing device frame 71, a box removing device conveying member 72 attached to the box removing device frame 71, and a holding portion 73. The knockout box conveying member 72 is configured to convey the stem box after the band 20 is cut by the band cutting device 1.
The holding portion 73 is configured to hold the outer case of the stem case 10 of the outer case removing device conveying member 72, and includes a mount base movable in the vertical direction and two holding members mounted on the mount base, the two holding members being openably and closably provided to hold the outer case of the stem case.
The outer case removing device 7 further includes a clamping member driving section 74, a screw 75, and a screw sleeve. As shown in connection with fig. 12 to 14, the liner gripping device 2 includes a gripping device conveying member 28 and suction cups 25. the holding clamp (42) is arranged on the pouring device frame (41), the holding clamp (42) comprises two holding arms (421) which are arranged side by side along a first direction, and the two holding arms (421) can be arranged in an openable and closable manner to clamp a tobacco stem box to be poured; and
a bearing component (43) arranged below the holding clamp (42) and configured to bear the tobacco stalk box to be poured and to be overturned around a horizontal rotation axis so as to pour the materials in the tobacco stalk box out from an opening below the tobacco stalk box,
the carrying member (43) includes a conveying member (431) configured to convey the stem box in the first direction,
the bearing part (43) further comprises a rotating shaft (432) extending along the horizontal rotating axis and a frame (433) connected with the rotating shaft (432) and used for bearing the tobacco stalk boxes, and the conveying part (431) comprises a rotatable conveying roller which is rotatably arranged in the frame (433).
2. The stem box pouring device according to claim 1, further comprising a gear mounted on the spindle (432) and a first motor in driving connection with the gear.
3. The stem box pouring apparatus of claim 1, wherein the clasping clamp (42) further comprises:
a base (422) configured to mount the arm (421) thereon;
and a driving part which is arranged on the base (422) and is configured to drive the arm (421) to move relative to the base (422) so as to open and close the two arms (421).
4. A stem box pouring device according to claim 3, wherein the driving part comprises:
a second motor (423);
the screw rod (424) is arranged on the base (422) and is in transmission connection with the second motor (423);
the sliding block is in threaded transmission fit with the lead screw (424) and is connected with the holding arm (421) so as to drive the holding arm (421) to move along the first direction.
5. The stem box pouring device according to claim 1, wherein the holding clamp (42) is configured to be movable in a vertical direction.
6. The tobacco stem box pouring device according to claim 5, further comprising a threaded transmission mechanism driving the clasping clip (42) to move in a vertical direction.
7. A cigarette production facility comprising a stem box dumping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
