背景技术

前国际经编产业主要向着以下两个方向发展:(1)在传统经编服装面料领域,将新技术研究、产品和标准设计等少量高科技工作在欧盟发达国家完成,并通过快速反应系统,在发展中国家实现生产和销售,以降低成本,完成资源的最合理配置;(2)集中开发高技术、高附加值产品,尤其是各种新型产业用经编产品,以拓展经编产品的应用领域。我国经编行业自2000年开始,虽然以每年高于25%的速度迅速发展,而且产品技术在逐年提高,由快速成长期进入成熟提升期。但总体来说,产品档次相对较低,以涤纶弹性经编面料来看,虽具有纵尺寸稳定性好,织物挺括,脱散性小,强力高,不会卷边等优点,但还存在透气及透湿性不佳,手感较差,特别是随着经编面料在运动服装领域里面的应用,使得该系列产品在开发过程中,必须要通过面料与组织结构的变化获得弹性,使面料具有较好的拉伸与恢复性能,方便适合人体的各项活动。我国近几年经编产业的发展虽然出现了工业总产值及进出口量不断快速增长,但存在着经编产品科技含量不高、整体利润增长明显下降的状况,企业出现举步维艰的状况,开发新产品尤其是多功能性的产品势在必行。为此,经过认真周密的市场调查和细致的分析,从功能性锦纶纤维出发,对原料结构、织物组织设计、面料的后整理等整个生产过程进行了综合考虑,从多方面入手改善织物的服用舒适性,有必要提出一种耐久型抗菌高透气涤纶经编面料及其制备工艺,改善目前的经编面料透气透湿性、抗菌效果和尺寸稳定性较差的现状。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐久型抗菌高透气涤纶经编面料及其制造工艺,可以解决现有的经编面料透气透湿性、抗菌效果和尺寸稳定性较差问题;本发明通过设置一种耐久型抗菌高透气涤纶经编面料及其制造工艺,有效解决现有技术存在的问题。
为实现上述的一种耐久型抗菌高透气涤纶经编面料及其制造工艺目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐久型抗菌高透气涤纶经编面料,包括面料外层,所述面料外层包括阳离子丝和涤纶丝,所述面料外层下表面设置有上弹性粘连层,所述上弹性粘连层下表面设置有透气层,所述透气层内部开设有透气孔,所述透气层下方设置有外吸水层,所述外吸水层下表面设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层下表面设置有内吸水层,所述内吸水层下表面设置有下弹性粘连层,所述下弹性粘连层下表面设置有面料内层。
优选的,所述面料外层、面料内层是由阳离子丝作为经纱,涤纶丝作为纬纱,按照每根经纱经过一根纬纱,再压一根纬纱的方式循环浮沉编织而成。
优选的,所述上弹性粘连层与下弹性粘连层为一种弹性纤维组成,所述上弹性粘连层与下弹性粘连层分别为格栅状,所述上弹性粘连层交织连接面料外层与透气层,所述下弹性粘连层交织连接内吸水层与面料内层。
优选的,所述透气层的材质为聚四氟乙烯。

本耐久型抗菌高透气涤纶经编面料及其制造工艺,通过在面料外层下表面设置透气层,面料外层与透气层通过上弹性粘连层交织连接在一起,透气层的材质为聚四氟乙烯,具有良好的耐热耐寒防水功能,通过在透气层内部设置透气孔,透气孔贯穿设置于上弹性粘连层与外吸水层之间,透气孔在透气层内部等距排列,透气孔的数量为若干个,透气孔的大小比水气分子大,比水分子小,当外部水气进入面料外层内部,透气孔可以阻断水分子进入起到了防水作用,同时又能保证气体自由出入,透气效果好,在透气层下表面设置有外吸水层,外吸水层对外部进入的水湿气起到了吸收作用,保持了面料的干燥透气,通过在外吸水层的下表面设置抗菌层,抗菌层内部设置有纳米抗菌粉末,可以起到杀菌作用,抗菌层的下表面设置有内吸水层,内吸水层的下表面设置有下弹性粘连层,下弹性粘连层的下表面设置有面料内层,内吸水层与面料内层之间通过下弹性粘连层交织连接在一起,内吸水层可以对水湿气进行有效吸收,避免水分过多存在面料内层表层,由于整体的透气性,使织物具有高透气功能,同时进一步提高了织物的抗菌功能。

9.一种耐久型抗菌高透气涤纶经编面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:基于权利要求1-8所述的一种耐久型抗菌高透气涤纶经编面料,制造工艺为首先将面料内层(9)编织成底布,之后将内吸水层(7)、抗菌层(6)、外吸水层(5)、透气层(3)、面料外层(1)编织成面布与面料内层(9)粘合,之后进行面布前处理,包括烧毛和生物酶处理,之后将面布染色、烘干,最后贴合成型。
