Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The embodiment discloses a cleaning assembly with a self-cleaning function, which comprises a cleaning device and a self-cleaning seat with a charging function. The cleaning device can be, but is not limited to, a vacuum cleaner and a cleaning mop (a cleaning product without a vacuum suction source), and the vacuum cleaner is exemplified in the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the self-cleaning holder includes a base 1, a pin 2 for supplying power to a device to be charged, a plug 3 for connecting a power supply, a pin holder 5 for mounting the pin 2, and a housing composed of a front housing cover 6 and a rear housing cover 7, wherein a washing groove 11 having a slope-shaped bottom surface for containing a cleaning solution is provided on the base 1, and the plug 3 is connected to the pin 2 through a power cord 4 and a connecting device provided in a cavity enclosed by the front housing cover 6 and the rear housing cover 7. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the washing groove 11 includes a lower concave portion 111 and a washing tank bottom surface 112 connected with each other, the lower concave portion 111 is used for accommodating the rolling brush 91 on the cleaning head 99 to be soaked, the washing tank bottom surface 112 is used for supporting the rest of the cleaning head 99 except the rolling brush 91, the washing tank bottom surface 112 is inclined, and the shape of the lower concave portion 111 is not limited.
The dust collector 9 is provided with a conducting strip 96, a tray 97 and a cleaning head 99, wherein the cleaning head 99 mainly comprises a rolling brush 91 and a scraping strip 92, and the conducting strip 96 is abutted with the contact pin 2 to realize current conduction during charging; tray 97 parcel is in the outside of contact pin seat 5, and tray 97 wraps up conducting strip 96 and contact pin 2 promptly, can prevent effectively that the water droplet from splashing and leading to the short circuit, guarantees that dust catcher 9 also can normally charge in complex environments such as drenching with rain. In use, a certain amount of cleaning liquid such as water or detergent is poured into the washing tub 11, the cleaning head 99 provided with the rolling brush 91 is obliquely placed in the lower recess 111, and the rest of the cleaning head 99 is placed on the bottom surface 112 of the washing tub. The rolling brush 91 is immersed into the cleaning liquid, the rolling brush 91 can be cleaned while charging, the charging time is fully utilized, and the use efficiency and the cleaning efficiency of the dust collector 9 are improved.
Another way of use is: the cleaner 9 is provided with a clean water tank and a sewage tank 51, a clean water inlet passage is provided between the clean water tank and the washing recess 11, and a sewage recovery passage is provided between the sewage tank 51 and the washing recess 11. Cleaning liquid such as water or detergent is injected into the clean water tank, the cleaning liquid can enter the washing groove 11 through the clean water inlet channel and at least passes through the rolling brush 91 of the cleaning head 99, the rolling brush 91 continuously rotates in the cleaning liquid to realize self cleaning, and the sewage after self cleaning enters the sewage tank 51 through the sewage recovery channel.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, a microswitch 93 is typically provided in the cleaner head 99 of the prior art cleaner 9. In order to be convenient, safe and reliable to use, when the main body of the dust collector 9 is approximately in an upright state and the cleaning head 99 is approximately in a horizontal state, the lug 98 on the rotating shaft is fixed by the upright limiting block 94, the rotary connector 95 on the rotating shaft closes the microswitch 93, the rolling brush 91 stops rotating, and the dust collector 9 is in a stop state (the state of the left side in fig. 4, the detailed structure is shown in fig. 5); when the main body of the cleaner 9 is inclined relative to the cleaner head 99, the protrusion 98 will be separated from the vertical stopper 94, the rotary connector 95 will release the microswitch 93, the roller brush 91 can rotate, and the cleaner 9 is in a normal working state (the right state in fig. 4, the detailed structure is shown in fig. 6).
The cleaning can be performed by simply placing the roller brush 91 in water or detergent, but the cleaning effect is much inferior to that when the roller brush 91 is continuously rotated. In addition, as shown in fig. 7, when the vacuum cleaner 9 is not stopped, in addition to the rolling brush 91 rolling in the cleaning liquid to perform self-cleaning, the scraping strip 92 can continuously scrape the rolling brush 91 to remove dirt and sundries adhered on the rolling brush 91, and the vacuum cleaner 9 can also continuously spray and absorb water to form a water path circulation, so that the self-cleaning effect is better.
Therefore, in order to rotate the roller brush 91 while charging, it is necessary that the main body of the cleaner 9 is not upright with respect to the cleaning head 99, but the main body of the cleaner 9 is upright with respect to the floor. Preferably, an included angle of 105 degrees +/-5 degrees is formed between the main body of the dust collector 9 and the cleaning head 99, so that the rolling brush 91 can still continuously rotate while charging is guaranteed, and the cleaning effect is better. When the cleaner 9 is stopped, in order to enable the main body of the cleaner 9 to stably stand on the ground, the main body of the cleaner 9 is preferably slightly inclined forwards, an included angle of 85 degrees is formed between the main body of the cleaner 9 and the cleaning head 99, and the gravity center of the main body of the cleaner 9 falls between the two travelling wheels of the cleaner 9 and the bottom end of the cleaning head 99, so that the cleaner can stand more stably.
In fig. 1, the front cover 6, the rear cover 7, one side rib of the washing recess 11 and the housing of the cleaning head 99 are removed in order to more clearly show the structure of the cleaner assembly, and the dotted lines in fig. 1 indicate the level of water or washing liquid. Because the cleaning head 99 is in an inclined state, the rolling brush 91 is positioned at the lowest end of the whole dust collector 9, and a small amount of water or cleaning liquid is injected to submerge at least a large half of the rolling brush 91, so that the soaking and cleaning effects of the rolling brush 91 are improved.
In order to achieve better waterproofing effect, the top of the front housing cover 6 is formed with a recess 61, and the plug-pin holder 5 is located in the recess 61. During charging, the tray 97 is wrapped outside the plug pin seat 5 and is located in the recess 61, and even if water drops enter between the outer wall of the tray 97 and the inner wall of the recess 61, the water drops cannot enter between the inner wall of the tray 97 and the plug pin seat 5.
In order to make the needle seat 5 better fit on the charging structure of the dust collector 9, a notch 62 is arranged on one surface of the concave part 61 close to the washing groove 11, and the needle seat 5 is positioned in the notch 62. That is, one side surface of the plug-in pin holder 5 is exposed outside the front cover 6 and can be closely attached to the charging structure of the cleaner 9.
The specific way of realizing the obtuse angle between the main body of the cleaner 9 and the cleaning head 99 is not limited, and the above structure is realized by that the washing tank bottom surface 112 is in a slope shape, and the rest part of the cleaning head 99 except the rolling brush 91 is obliquely placed on the washing tank bottom surface 112, and can also be realized by other ways.
In another mode, the self-cleaning seat further comprises two support tables 8 symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the shell respectively, and two walking wheels of the dust collector 9 are placed on the two support tables 8 respectively during charging, so that one end, far away from the rolling brush 91, of the cleaning head 99 is lifted up, the cleaning head 99 is tilted forward under the action of gravity, and an obtuse angle is formed between the cleaning head 99 and the main body of the dust collector 9. Of course, this structure may be combined with the structure in which the washing tub bottom 112 is sloped, and the support base 8 and the sloped washing tub bottom 112 together make the cleaning head 99 in the charging state low in front and high in back, the higher the position on the washing tub bottom 112 closer to the housing.
Another advantage of providing two support platforms 8 is to make the whole cleaner 9 more stable, as shown in fig. 8, two walking wheels (big wheels) of the cleaner 9 are located at the left and right sides of the cleaner 9 to form two support points; the front end of the cleaning head 99 abuts on the lower side edge of the washing recess 11, forming a third support point. The gravity center of the dust collector 9 is projected on the ground within the range surrounded by the three supporting points, so that the whole dust collector 9 is ensured to be in a stable state.
In another mode, the tray 97 wrapped outside the needle holder 5 may form a hook structure with the tray 97 in addition to having a waterproof function. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the tray 97 is hung on the plug-in needle holder 5 during charging, the cleaning head 99 is tilted forward by gravity so that the cleaning head 99 forms an obtuse angle with the main body of the cleaner 9. On the basis of the structure, the self-cleaning seat further comprises a plurality of shockproof foot pads 12 which are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the base 1, so that the stability of the self-cleaning seat can be improved, and the noise is reduced. The front shell cover 6 is provided with a bending structure 63, and the bending structure 63 bends towards the direction far away from the washing groove 11, so that a good damping and buffering effect can be achieved.
In order to improve the cleaning effect of the roller brush 91, a rib 13 is formed on the lower side wall of the washing recess 11, and when the roller brush 91 rotates, the rib 13 is rubbed to remove the dirt adhered to the surface of the roller brush 91. In addition, the convex ribs 13 can increase the strength of the side wall of the washing groove 11, avoid being pressed and deformed by the dust collector 9 when the dust collector 9 is cleaned, and prolong the service life of the self-cleaning seat.
The using method comprises the following steps: placing a dust collector 9 on the base 1, and starting charging when the contact pin 2 is contacted with the conducting strip; an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid such as water or cleaning liquid is poured into the washing recess 11, or the cleaning liquid is sprayed by a water pump, the cleaning liquid wets the rolling brush 91, and stains on the rolling brush 91 are scraped off by the wiping strip on the window and sucked into the sewage tank 51. During the rotation of the rolling brush 91, the liquid carried by the rolling brush is blocked by the turn-ups and the wiping strips around the washing groove 11, preventing the liquid from splashing out of the self-cleaning seat structure.
Under the above working principle, the specific cleaning methods mainly include two types: firstly, the whole machine is placed on a charging seat, the charging seat is plugged in, a speed regulation key is pressed for three seconds, pump water spraying and rolling brush rotation is about 20S and about 140ml water spraying, and motor operation water absorption and pump water spraying and rolling brush rotation is about 40S; and secondly, the whole machine is placed on a charging seat, the charging seat is plugged in, the charging seat quantitatively pours water, the speed regulation key is pressed for three seconds, the rolling brush rotates for about 20 seconds, and the motor works and the rolling brush rotates for about 40 seconds.
The wet and dry dust collector assembly is generally required to be provided with a sewage tank structure for improving the wet and dry separation, so that impurities such as water drops and dust are prevented from reaching the filtering piece along with the air flow, and the water vapor is prevented from influencing the filtering effect of the filtering piece. As shown in fig. 10, the sump structure includes a sump 51, a float 55, a filter frame 52, a sump upper cover 53, and a hypa assembly 54. Wherein the float 55 is provided in the sewage tank 51; the upper cover 53 of the sewage tank is detachably buckled on the sewage tank 51; the HEPA assembly 54 is arranged in the filter rack 52, and the HEPA assembly 54 and the filter rack 52 are jointly arranged in an accommodating space formed by the sewage tank 51 and the sewage tank upper cover 53 in an enclosing mode.
In use, the air flow carrying impurities such as sewage (in the form of water vapor or water drops) and dust moves along the curved direction with arrows in fig. 10. The liquid is sprayed out from the position a, then collides with the bottom surface of the filter frame 52 and is bounced to the position b; sewage in the airflow flows down along a circle of ribs at the position b; the cyclone is carried out for the first time in the process from the position b to the position c, and the position b is lower than the position c and lower than the position d, so when the airflow passes from the position b to the position d through the position c, most of sewage cannot reach the position d along with the airflow; in order to remove a small amount of sewage in the airflow, secondary cyclone is carried out in the process from the position d to the position e, the sewage or dust in the airflow can be effectively separated by utilizing the twice cyclone, the sewage is prevented from entering the HEPA component, and the filtering efficiency is improved.
The float 55 is located at a position in the wastewater tank 51 where wastewater is stored, and can rise as the wastewater rises. When the amount of sewage in the sewage tank 51 reaches a certain value, the float 55 floats up to block the opening d of the filter frame 52, so that a large amount of sewage is prevented from wetting the seawater in the seawater assembly 54 through the opening d.
The sewage tank is reasonable in structural design, the reasonability of space arrangement is considered in the design of each part, for example, the floater 55 is designed to be oval in cross section, so that the water storage amount of the existing sewage tank is improved from 200ml to 400ml, the application range is wider, and the use is more convenient.
In addition, a battery pack assembly is typically provided on the cleaner, which is used to power the cleaner when it is inconvenient to directly connect to a power source. For wet and dry vacuum cleaner assemblies, it is important how waterproof the battery pack assembly is. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, an accommodating space is formed inside the body and the body cover plate after the body and the body cover plate are fastened, and the battery pack assembly is disposed in the accommodating space.
Specifically, a rotating shaft is arranged on the machine body, and the machine body cover plate rotates around the rotating shaft to be opened. The drain tank 44 is arranged at the position close to the rotating shaft, when water is sprayed, water can flow to the gap position close to the rotating shaft and flow out along the drain tank 44, the situation that the water flows into the accommodating space to wet the battery pack assembly is avoided, and the service life of the battery pack assembly is prolonged.
The body cover plate is covered on the body 45, and a seam allowance is arranged between the body cover plate and the body 45 to prevent outside water flow from entering between the battery pack assembly and the battery bracket from a gap between the body cover plate and the body 45. On the basis of the structure, the gap between the upper cover 46 and the lower cover 47 of the battery pack is higher than the gap between the machine body 45 and the cover plate of the machine body, so that even if water drops enter the machine body 45, the water drops cannot splash upwards due to self gravity, and the water drops are prevented from entering the battery pack from the gap between the upper cover and the lower cover of the battery pack.
The battery support 41 is provided with the water leakage holes 42, so that even a small amount of water drops enter the machine body 45 from the gap between the machine body 45 and the machine body cover plate, the water drops can flow out of the water leakage holes 42, and the water drops cannot be accumulated. In order to prevent the battery pack from being short-circuited due to water inflow, the battery pack and the battery holder 41 are connected by the coupler 43, and the coupler 43 has a certain height so that the normal electrical connection of the battery pack is not affected even if a small amount of water is accumulated.
It should be noted that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
