Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of a water spraying member in a cleaning base station according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 10, the water spraying member 110 may include a first housing 111 and a second housing 112, the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 cover to form a cleaning water channel 1100, the second housing 112 is located on a side of the first housing 111 away from the cleaning tank 100, that is, the first housing 111 is disposed at a bottom of the cleaning tank 100, a water spraying opening may be opened on the first housing 111, and cleaning water in the cleaning water channel 1100 is sprayed out from a surface of the first housing 111, so that the water spraying member 110 is conveniently assembled on the base station main body 10.
The first housing 111 may protrude from the bottom of the cleaning tank 100, the first housing 111 has a ridge extending along the width direction of the cleaning tank 100, that is, the cleaning tank 100 is divided into a first slot 1001 and a second slot 1002 by the ridge of the first housing 111, the first housing 111 includes a first water spraying surface and a second water spraying surface, the first water spraying surface and the second water spraying surface are respectively located at two sides of the ridge of the first housing 111 along the length direction, so as to spray water in different directions to wash different cleaning members.
First water spray face can be towards first trench 1001, and first water jet 1101 sets up on first water spray face, and second water spray face is towards second trench 1002, and second water jet 1102 sets up on the second water spray face to be different regions through first casing 111 with washing tank 100 division, and different water jets can independently spray water towards different regions, improve washing tank 100's the efficiency of adding water.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the clean water way 1100 formed between the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 needs to be sealed to prevent water from seeping out of the joint between the first housing 111 and the second housing 112, and that various sealing structures may be used for the first housing 111 and the second housing 112.
For example, a sealing groove may be disposed at an axial edge of the second casing 112, a circumferential edge of the first casing 111 may be correspondingly inserted into the sealing groove, and a water blocking rib may be disposed at an edge of the sealing groove to improve a sealing effect.
Or, an elastic sealing member may be disposed at a butt joint position of the first housing 111 and the second housing 112, and the elastic sealing member is compressed by the insertion of the first housing 111 and the second housing 112, so as to achieve a good sealing effect.
In addition, the first shell 111 and the second shell 112 can be fixed by welding, and the welding seam is arranged around the butt joint position of the first shell 111 and the second shell 112, so that the sealing effect is achieved. The present embodiment does not specifically limit the sealing manner used between the first housing 111 and the second housing 112.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a first housing in a cleaning base station according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments, since the first housing 111 is protruded inside the cleaning tank 100, in order to avoid water seepage from the cleaning tank 100, the first housing 111 may be integrally formed with a tank bottom of the cleaning tank 100, so as to avoid water seepage, reduce the number of parts, and reduce the manufacturing cost.
It should be noted that, the materials of the first casing 111, the second casing 112 and the cleaning tank 100 may be plastic or metal materials, or may be made of different materials and assembled together, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Please continue to refer to fig. 4 to 7, a cleaning disc 12 may be further disposed in the cleaning tank 100, the cleaning disc 12 is detachably disposed in the cleaning tank 100, both the first cleaning part 21 and the second cleaning part 22 may be disposed in the cleaning disc 12, the cleaning disc 12 may rub the cleaning parts during the cleaning process of the cleaning parts, thereby improving the cleaning effect, the shape and size of the cleaning disc 12 are matched with the shape and size of the cleaning tank 100, a protrusion structure corresponding to the water spraying part 110 is disposed in the cleaning disc 12, so as to avoid the water spraying part 110, and meanwhile, a through hole may be disposed at a position corresponding to the water spraying hole on the protrusion structure of the cleaning disc 12, so that water flow may pass through the through hole. After the cleaning is completed, the cleaning disc 12 can be taken out of the cleaning bath 100 and the dirt and impurities adhered and deposited on the cleaning disc 12 are cleaned.
Since the water spraying member 110 needs to continuously or intermittently spray water under different working conditions, the cleaning water channel 1100 needs to be continuously supplied with water, and in some embodiments, the water spraying member 110 may be provided with a water inlet 1103, and the water enters the cleaning water channel 1100 through the water inlet 1103 and is sprayed out through the water spraying opening.
The water flow introduced from the water inlet 1103 may be supplied from the stored water on the base station main body 10, or may be supplied from an external water source.
Alternatively, the water inlet 1103 may be disposed on the second housing 112, that is, the water supply to the water spraying member 110 is realized by the lower portion of the water spraying member 110, so that the water path communicated with the water inlet 1103 may be disposed outside the bottom of the washing tub 100, facilitating the arrangement of the water path.
Fig. 12 is a schematic water path diagram of water supply in a cleaning base station according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 12, in some embodiments, the water spray assembly 11 may further include a clean water tank 113, the clean water tank 113 may be disposed on the base station body 10, and the clean water tank 113 and the water spray member 110 are communicated through a water pipe, so that water can be automatically supplied to the water spray member 110 by using cleaning water stored in the clean water tank 113.
The height of the clean water tank 113 at the base station body 10 may be higher than the height of the cleaning tank 100, so that the cleaning water in the clean water tank 113 may flow downward by gravity, or a power unit may be provided to actively drive the water flow of the clean water tank 113 to flow to the cleaning water channel 1100.
Optionally, the water spraying assembly 11 may further include a water pump 114, and the water pump 114 may be connected between the clean water tank 113 and the water spraying member 110, so that water is pumped from the clean water tank 113 to the water spraying member 110 by the water pump 114, so that the water sprayed from the water spraying member 110 has a certain water pressure, and thus, a better cleaning effect is achieved in the case that the water spraying opening is used for flushing.
It should be noted that the driving force provided by the water pump 114 used in this embodiment may be selected according to the water pressure required in the cleaning water channel 1100, that is, according to the water flow rate required by the water jet, and the specific type and power of the water pump 114 are not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, the water spray assembly 11 may further include a check valve 115, an inlet of the check valve 115 is communicated with the water pump 114, and an outlet of the check valve 115 is communicated with the water spray member 110, so that water in the water spray member 110 may be prevented from flowing back to the water pump 114, and the reliability and the service life of the water pump 114 may be improved.
Finally, it should be noted that a water outlet may be disposed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 100, and sewage generated during or after cleaning in the cleaning tank 100 may be discharged from the water outlet, and the water outlet is directly communicated with an external sewer pipe or a drainage channel, or a sewage tank may be disposed on the base station main body 10, and the water outlet is communicated with the sewage tank through a water pipe, and sewage in the cleaning tank 100 may be discharged into the sewage tank.
The embodiment provides a clean basic station, this clean basic station is used for wasing cleaning device's scrubbing brush, cleaning device's scrubbing brush includes first cleaning member and second cleaning member, clean basic station includes basic station main part and water spray assembly, the basic station main part has the washing tank that holds first cleaning member and second cleaning member, water spray assembly includes the water spray member, at least two water jets have been seted up on the water spray member, the water jet is towards first cleaning member and second cleaning member respectively, when cleaning device placed on the clean basic station, can spray water to first cleaning member and second cleaning member, accomplish self-cleaning, the cleaning performance has been improved.

Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a bottom of a floor brush in the cleaning device provided in the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 13 and fig. 14, in this embodiment, a cleaning device is provided, the cleaning device includes a cleaning apparatus 2 and a cleaning base station 1 in the first embodiment, the cleaning base station 1 is used for cleaning the cleaning apparatus 2, and the cleaning apparatus 2 may be a dust collector, a floor sweeping robot, a floor mopping machine, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning base station 1 may include a base station main body 10 and a water spraying assembly 11, the cleaning device 2 is disposed on the base station main body 10, the base station main body 10 has a cleaning tank 100, the cleaning tank 100 may accommodate a cleaning member of the cleaning device 2, the water spraying assembly 11 includes a water spraying member having a plurality of water spraying nozzles, the water spraying nozzles spray water to the cleaning member, and supply water to the cleaning tank 100, and a specific structure of the cleaning base station 1 and a manner of implementing the cleaning are the same as those in the first embodiment, which are not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the cleaning members may comprise a first cleaning member 21 and a second cleaning member 22, the first cleaning member 21 may be a roller brush, the second cleaning member 22 may be a rotating mop, the rotating mop being rotatable about a vertical axis and the floor brush being rotatable about a horizontal axis.
The cleaning device 2 may be, for example, a vacuum cleaner, and during the cleaning operation, the rolling brush may slightly lift dust, the vacuum cleaner sucks the dust, and then the rotating mop cloth may wipe the floor to remove the adhered dirt.
In addition, at least one water spray opening can be arranged opposite to the dust suction opening of the dust collector, so that when the water spray opening sprays water flow, the dust suction opening can be cleaned.
Or, in the cleaning process, the cleaning piece of the dust collector can continuously rotate, for example, the wetted rolling brush continuously rotates, and the cleaning water can be thrown to the dust suction port to clean the dust suction port.

Claims (17)

1. A cleaning base station, characterized in that the cleaning base station (1) is used for cleaning a floor brush (20) of a cleaning device (2), the floor brush (20) comprises a first cleaning member (21) and a second cleaning member (22), the cleaning base station (1) comprises a base station body (10) and a water spray assembly (11), the base station body (10) is provided with a cleaning tank (100) for accommodating the first cleaning member (21) and the second cleaning member (22), the water spray assembly (11) comprises a water spray member (110), at least two water spray nozzles are arranged on the water spray member (110), and the at least two water spray nozzles are respectively faced to the first cleaning member (21) and the second cleaning member (22).
2. The cleaning base station according to claim 1, wherein the water spraying member (110) is convexly disposed at the bottom of the cleaning tank (100), the cleaning tank (100) comprises a first slot (1001) and a second slot (1002), the first slot (1001) and the second slot (1002) are respectively located at two sides of the water spraying member (110), the first slot (1001) is used for accommodating the first cleaning member (21), and the second slot (1002) is used for accommodating the second cleaning member (22).
3. The cleaning base station according to claim 2, wherein the water spray (110) has a cleaning water channel (1100), the water spray is communicated with the cleaning water channel (1100), and the cleaning water channel (1100) extends in a width direction of the cleaning tank (100).
4. The cleaning base station of claim 3, wherein the at least two water jets comprise a first water jet (1101) and a second water jet (1102), the first water jet (1101) and the second water jet (1102) being located on opposite sides of the water jet (110), respectively, the first water jet (1101) facing the first cleaning member (21) and the second water jet (1102) facing the second cleaning member (22).
5. The cleaning base station according to claim 4, characterized in that the first water jet (1101) is a plurality of first water jets (1101) spaced apart along the extension direction of the cleaning water channel (1100).
6. The cleaning base station of claim 4, wherein the number of the second water jet (1102) is two, and the two second water jets (1102) are respectively located at two ends of the cleaning water channel (1100).
7. The cleaning base station of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the size of the spout outlet cross-section decreases gradually along the direction of the spout.
8. The cleaning base station according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the water spraying member (110) comprises a first housing (111) and a second housing (112), the first housing (111) and the second housing (112) are covered to form the cleaning water channel (1100), the second housing (112) is located on a side of the first housing (111) facing away from the cleaning tank (100), and the water spraying opening is formed on the first housing (111).
9. The cleaning base station according to claim 8, wherein the first housing (111) protrudes from a tank bottom of the cleaning tank (100), the first housing (111) has a ridge portion extending in a width direction of the cleaning tank (100), the ridge portion divides the cleaning tank (100) into the first tank position (1001) and the second tank position (1002), the first water jet (1101) and the second water jet (1102) are respectively located on both sides of the ridge portion, the first water jet (1101) faces the first tank position (1001), and the second water jet (1102) faces the second tank position (1002).
10. The cleaning base station according to claim 8, characterized in that the first housing (111) is integrally formed with a tank bottom of the cleaning tank (100).
11. The cleaning base station according to claim 8, wherein the water spraying member (110) further has a water inlet (1103) formed thereon, and the water inlet (1103) is located on the second housing (112).
12. The cleaning base station according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a washing tray (12), wherein the washing tray (12) is detachably arranged in the washing tank (100), and wherein the first cleaning member (21) and the second cleaning member (22) are both located in the washing tray (12).
13. The cleaning base according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the water spray assembly (11) further comprises a clean water tank (113), the clean water tank (113) being arranged on the base body (10), the clean water tank (113) being in communication with the water spray (110) through a water pipe.
14. The cleaning base station according to claim 13, characterized in that the water spray assembly (11) further comprises a water pump (114), the water pump (114) being connected between the clean water tank (113) and the water spray (110).
15. The cleaning base of claim 14, wherein the water spray assembly (11) further comprises a one-way valve (115), an inlet of the one-way valve (115) being in communication with the water pump (114), an outlet of the one-way valve (115) being in communication with the water spray (110).
16. A cleaning apparatus, characterized in that the cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning device and a cleaning base station according to any of claims 1-15 for washing the cleaning device.
17. The cleaning apparatus of claim 16, wherein the cleaning station comprises a station body on which the cleaning device is placed and a water spray assembly comprising a water spray having a plurality of water spray nozzles, the cleaning device being a vacuum cleaner, at least one of the water spray nozzles being disposed opposite a suction nozzle of the vacuum cleaner.
