5. The cooking apparatus according to claim 3, wherein 2 to 6 support pads are provided and are circumferentially and uniformly distributed around the boss.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 2 wherein said stop catch is formed by a flange outwardly turned from the upper outer edge of said boss.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein said snap tabs are formed by a protrusion pressed against a side wall of said cover plate.
8. The cooking utensil of claim 2, wherein the number of the snap buttons is 2-8, and the snap buttons are evenly distributed on the inner side wall of the cover plate in the circumferential direction.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein one of the boss and the cover plate is provided with a coupling hole, and the other is provided with a coupling post engaged with the coupling hole, and at least one of the coupling post and the coupling hole is an elastic member.
10. The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the side wall of the oil collecting tray is provided with air passing holes, and the air passing holes are provided in multiple groups and are uniformly distributed along the side wall of the oil collecting tray.
