With reference to fig. 1 and 3, further, the first pushing mechanism 2 includes: a first motor, a pusher 22, a first belt drive assembly and a first base 21. The second pushing mechanism 3 includes: a second motor, a second base 32 and a second belt drive assembly 33. The lowest position of the second base 32 is on the same horizontal plane with the bottom plate 211, so that the articles can be smoothly transited and further pushed from the first base 21 to the second base 32. The second base 32 is vertically opposite to the opening 10 to transport the article from the second base 32 to the opening 10.
In practical application, taking the articles sold by the vending machine 100 as bottled wine as an example, the vending machine 100 comprises a horizontal wine holding mechanism (i.e. a first pushing mechanism 2) and a vertical wine discharging mechanism (i.e. a second pushing mechanism 3), wherein the horizontal wine holding mechanism is realized by horizontally placing a first crawler 24, and the horizontal wine feeding mode is controlled by a program; the vertical wine outlet mechanism is driven by a vertical motor, and the wine outlet steps vertically ascend. The door body 12 is provided with an electric hook lock 4 structure, the electric hook lock 4 has a door closing feedback, and the background controller software has a door opening function. The vending machine 100 further comprises an opening 10 and a cover 13, wherein the cover 13 is controlled by the bottom electric hook lock 4, the lock head of the electric hook lock 4 retracts, the cover 13 is lifted to discharge wine, and the lifted cover is normally in a closed state.
When a user needs to buy wine, a shopping WeChat two-dimensional code is lightened on the touch control element 8, after the user scans the code to pay, the lock tongue of the electric hook lock 4 at the right bottom of the cover body 13 retracts, the motor of the vertical wine outlet mechanism rotates, a single bottle of wine is carried to rise, the cover body 13 is jacked up, a wine bottle extends out of the opening 10, the user takes the wine, the cover body 13 rebounds to be in a horizontal state, the lock tongue of the electric hook lock 4 at the lower part rebounds to clamp the cover body 13, and the external non-purchase wine taking is prevented; the motor of the vertical wine outlet mechanism rotates reversely, the second base 32 which moves vertically slides downwards and is parallel to the first base 21 which moves horizontally, and the first motor inside rotates to automatically push the next bottle of wine to the vertical mechanism; the whole shopping flow is finished.
Further, the door body 12 is attached with the electric hook lock 4, when the door body 12 is closed, the electric hook lock 4 is locked, and a signal is fed back to the controller, and at this time, the vending machine 100 is in a normal selling state; when the wine needs to be replenished, the controller outputs a signal, the electric hook lock 4 bounces, the door body 12 is opened, the pushing piece 22 of the second pushing mechanism 3 can be manually reset backwards, the door body 12 is closed after the wine is normally bottled, and the electric hook lock 4 is closed. When the battery electric quantity can not drive the vending machine 100 to operate, the mechanical lock 6 is rotated after the key is inserted into the lock hole 60, the inner elastic sheet touches the tail end of the electric hook lock 4, the electric hook lock 4 is bounced open, the door body 12 is opened, the battery is replaced, the mechanical lock 6 rotates to reset by rotating the door body 12 with the key, the door body 12 is closed, and the electric hook lock 4 is closed.
According to the vending machine 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the driving of the horizontal unidirectional motor and the vertical reciprocating motor is adopted, so that the smoothness of the running of the whole system and the guarantee of the quality of the wine can be ensured; and through the design of the cooperation of the electric hook lock 4 of the door body 12 and the mechanical lock 6 of the door body 12, the blocking piece of the mechanical lock 6 is matched with the forced open rod at the tail part of the electric hook lock 4. When the electric quantity of the battery is in a virtual state, the door body 12 is forcibly opened by opening the mechanical lock 6, so that the reliability of the whole wine cabinet is ensured. The vending machine 100 disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is an integral internal movement device, and the shell of the box body 1 is of a totally-enclosed structure, so that the safety of unmanned wine selling and the stability of an integral movement mechanism can be ensured; and the size is small, the stability is good, and the retail system is suitable for retail demands of various scenes.

Claims (10)
1. A vending machine, comprising:
the container comprises a box body, a container body and a cover body, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed in the box body, the accommodating cavity is suitable for accommodating articles, and an opening and the cover body for opening and closing the opening are formed in the top wall of the box body;
the first pushing mechanism is arranged on the box body and is suitable for pushing articles along the horizontal direction;
the second pushing mechanism is arranged on the box body and is suitable for pushing articles in the upward direction;
the first pushing mechanism is suitable for pushing articles to the second pushing mechanism, and the second pushing mechanism is suitable for pushing articles to the opening.
2. The vending machine of claim 1, wherein the first pushing mechanism includes a first base extending in a horizontal direction and adapted to hold an item, and the second pushing mechanism includes a second base movable in an up-and-down direction and having a receiving position in which the second base is substantially flat with the first base, the second base being vertically opposite the opening.
3. The vending machine of claim 2, wherein the first pushing mechanism further comprises:
the pushing piece is opposite to the first base and can move along the left-right direction, and the pushing piece is used for pushing the articles on the first base;
the first belt transmission assembly is arranged along the horizontal direction and is connected with the pushing piece;
a first motor connected to the first belt drive assembly.
4. The vending machine of claim 2, wherein the first base includes a bottom panel extending in a linear direction and side panels disposed on opposite sides of the bottom panel, the bottom panel and the side panels configured as a storage channel.
5. The vending machine of claim 2, wherein the second pushing mechanism comprises:
the second belt transmission assembly is arranged along the vertical direction and is connected with the second base;
and the second motor is connected with the second belt transmission component.
6. The vending machine of claim 1, wherein one end of the cover is adjacent a rim of the top wall of the cabinet and the other end of the cover is rotatably connected to the top wall of the cabinet, the vending machine further comprising:
the electric mortiser lock, the electric mortiser lock includes the telescopic spring bolt, the spring bolt is relative with the other end of lid when stretching out to spacing the other end of lid overturns downwards, with the locking the lid in the position of closing the opening.
7. The vending machine of claim 6, wherein the other end of the cover is provided with a downwardly extending rib that is vertically opposed to a latch tongue extending from the electrical plug.
8. The vending machine of claim 6, wherein a hinge base is attached to an inner side of the cover, the hinge base being hinged to the housing, the central axis of rotation of the cover being located inside the cover.
9. The vending machine of claim 1, wherein the cabinet comprises:
the housing, construct the said holding cavity in the said housing;
the door body is connected with the shell to open and close the accommodating cavity,
the electric hook lock is matched with the lock catch to open and close the box body; and/or
The door body is provided with a mechanical lock, the box body is provided with a lock catch matched with the mechanical lock, and the mechanical lock is matched with the lock catch to open and close the box body.
10. The vending machine of claim 1, further comprising:
the controller is in signal transmission with the first pushing mechanism and the second pushing mechanism;
the battery is arranged in the box body and is connected with the controller;
the touch control element is exposed outside the box body and is in signal transmission with the controller.
