Compared with the prior art, the management method and the management system for realizing intelligent management and control of the standard component have the beneficial effects that: by utilizing a database system and a PLM system or a PDM system, the specification of the standard component can be replaced within a design allowable range according to the requirement of a production field, and the standard component can be adjusted according to different standard component application scenes; meanwhile, according to the final use condition of the standard component, the process file compiled by process technicians is negatively fed back through the data platform, and the process file is corrected, so that the aims of accuracy and intelligence are fulfilled.
In conclusion, by adopting the management method and the management system, the model, specification and quantity of the standard parts in and out of the warehouse can be accurately controlled, automatic warehouse entry and standard part containing container recovery can be realized under the action of the logistics robot, the use cost of the standard parts can be greatly reduced for enterprises, the waste of the standard parts is avoided, and the management method and the management system are worthy of being popularized and used in various discrete manufacturing enterprises.

and 4, step 4: after the operator confirms, the standard component directly falls out from the standard component outlet 4;
