The invention discloses a cutter consumption management system and a method, which summarize four development modules of system management, basic information, daily management and query statistics based on the functional commonality summary of the current cutter management software, automatically calculate the number of cutters required each shift each day through the input productivity information, the material list information and the cutter inventory information, accurately fit the required number of production sites, also can monitor the site abnormal use condition in real time, and reduce the waste of cutters in the production sites.

The invention belongs to the technical field of cutter acceptance, and particularly relates to a cutter consumption management system and method.
Background
The tool consumption of the traditional CNC (computer numerical Control) Machine tool adopts a manual statistics issuing mode, except that the number issued by the tool issuing number can only be calculated according to experience and estimated yield every shift and cannot completely meet the field requirement, production field operators can also receive more tools without approval, for example, the service life of a WNMG blade is regulated to be 100Pcs, when the WNMG blade is not processed to be 100Pcs, the production field operators autonomously replace the tools, after the tool number is insufficient, the operators automatically apply more tools to a warehouse for use, the warehouse managers and technicians cannot accurately know the reason for replacing the tools of the operators and whether the service life of the tools is achieved, and therefore tools are often wasted greatly.

The system management module comprises a user management submodule and a user authority management submodule; the basic information module comprises a cutter information submodule, a product information submodule, a cutter inventory submodule, a product bom submodule and a material monitoring submodule.
The daily management module comprises a shift productivity submodule, a delivery management submodule, an exception management submodule, a utilization management submodule and a refund management submodule; the query statistic module comprises an inventory query submodule, a PC end data billboard and a mobile end data billboard.
The invention discloses a cutter consumption management system and a method, which summarize four development modules of system management, basic information, daily management and query statistics based on the functional commonality summary of the current cutter management software, automatically calculate the number of cutters required by each shift every day through the input productivity information, material list information and cutter inventory information, accurately fit the required number of production sites, also can monitor and reduce the abnormal use condition of the sites in real time, and reduce the waste of the cutters of the production sites.

The company adopts the cutter consumption management system and the method disclosed by the invention from 2019 and 3 months, so that the abnormal cutter taking condition in a production field is greatly reduced in the production process, the waste of cutters in the production field is reduced, and the consumption data of the cutters in the production field is shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, after the new tool consumption management method is adopted, compared with the same period of the last year, when the capacity quantity is not large, the single-day abnormal acceptance is reduced by 1255, the single-week abnormal acceptance is reduced by 10667, and the single-month abnormal acceptance is reduced by 45145, so that the daily management distribution quantity accurately meets the quantity required by the production site, the site abnormal acceptance is reduced, and the working efficiency of the production site is improved.
The company calculates the tool consumption between 2019 and 2019, namely, between 1 and 12, and by using the tool consumption management system and method disclosed by the invention, reference annual tool consumption data is shown in fig. 3:
as can be seen from fig. 3, after the new tool consumption management method is adopted, in the case of normal production of a company, the abnormal tool acceptance is greatly reduced, and the abnormal tool acceptance is relatively stable every month and is far lower than the distribution quantity managed by the company; meanwhile, by combining the table 1, the consumption quantity of the cutters is counted, and the consumption quantity of the cutters is reduced to a certain extent under the condition that the capacity difference is not large, so that the waste of the cutters in a production field is reduced.

1. A tool consumption management method, comprising the steps of:
