Abstract
The invention discloses a flame-retardant, low-smoke and low-toxicity gas combustion floor, which sequentially comprises the following components from top to bottom: a surface UV protective layer; a flame-retardant smoke-suppressing wear-resistant layer; printing a decorative layer; a flame-retardant smoke-suppressing middle material layer; a flame-retardant smoke-suppressing bottom material layer. The product of the invention has the functions and effects of no toxicity, no smell, environmental protection, durability, skid resistance, water resistance, sound absorption, rich color, easy construction and the like of the traditional PVC elastic floor; the product of the invention has excellent flame retardance and smoke suppression, is more environment-friendly in use and wider in application places; the product of the invention has the characteristic of low toxic gas combustion; the product of the invention has excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, bending property, impact strength and the like, and also has the properties of low smoke density grade, no odor, low total carbon and the like; the product of the invention can be recycled, and resource waste is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ground decoration materials, in particular to a flame-retardant, low-smoke and low-toxic-gas-combustion floor and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The wood floor sold in the market is not only fire-resistant and water-resistant but also has high cost; the laminate flooring has certain fireproof performance, but cannot resist water bubbles and has high formaldehyde release amount, so that the laminate flooring cannot adapt to marine environment; although conventional PVC plastic (LVT) floors, extruded hard (SPC) floors, extruded foamed (WPC) floors, extruded hard (SPC) wallboards and bamboo-wood fiber integrated wallboards sold in the market have certain flame retardant property, a large amount of toxic gas and smoke can still be generated under flame combustion, the smoke density in the space is extremely high, the marine standard cannot be met, and the application places are limited.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a flame retardant, low smoke, low toxic floor that solves one or more of the problems set forth above.
In one aspect, the invention provides a flame-retardant, combustion low-smoke low-toxicity gas floor, which sequentially comprises from top to bottom:
a surface UV protective layer;
the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing wear-resistant layer is prepared by the following steps: mixing PVC resin powder, an environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer, an ultraviolet light resistant heat stabilizer and a lubricant in proportion, wherein the PVC resin powder accounts for 65-90 wt%, the environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer accounts for 5-30 wt%, the ultraviolet light resistant heat stabilizer accounts for 0.5-3 wt% and the lubricant accounts for 0.5-2 wt%, and then carrying out banburying, open milling and sheet discharging to prepare a flame-retardant smoke-suppressing wear-resistant layer with the required thickness;
printing a decorative layer;
the flame-retardant smoke-inhibiting middle material layer is prepared by the following steps: mixing PVC resin powder, an environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer, an environment-friendly smoke-suppressing flame-retardant auxiliary agent, a heat stabilizer, a halogen-free flame-retardant filler and an inorganic filler in proportion, wherein the PVC resin powder accounts for 12-18 wt%, the environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer accounts for 4-10 wt%, the environment-friendly smoke-suppressing flame-retardant auxiliary agent accounts for 0.5-2 wt%, the heat stabilizer accounts for 1-3 wt%, the halogen-free flame-retardant filler accounts for 60-65 wt% and the inorganic filler accounts for 12-17 wt%, and then carrying out banburying, open refining and sheet discharging to prepare a flame-retardant smoke-suppressing middle material layer with a required thickness;
the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing base material layer is prepared by the following steps: mixing PVC resin powder, an environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer, an environment-friendly smoke-suppressing flame-retardant auxiliary agent, a stabilizer, a halogen-free flame-retardant filler and an inorganic filler in proportion, wherein the content of the PVC resin powder is 35-40 wt%, the content of the environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer is 8-16 wt%, the content of the environment-friendly smoke-suppressing flame-retardant auxiliary agent is 1-3 wt%, the content of the heat stabilizer is 3-5 wt%, the content of the halogen-free flame-retardant filler is 28-34 wt% and the content of the inorganic filler is 10-25 wt%, and then carrying out banburying, open refining and sheet discharging to prepare the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing bottom layer with the required thickness.
In some embodiments, a flame-retardant foaming sound-reducing layer is also arranged below the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing base material layer.
In some embodiments, the environmentally friendly smoke suppressant and flame retardant additive is zinc borate, the halogen-free flame retardant filler is one or more of magnesium hydroxide or aluminum hydroxide, and the inorganic filler is calcium carbonate.
In some embodiments, a flame retardant foamed sound reduction layer is adhered to the flame retardant smoke suppressant backing layer by an adhesive.
In some embodiments, the adhesive is one or more of a two-component adhesive, a heat-sensitive adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive, or a thermosetting adhesive.
In another aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing a flame-retardant, low-smoke and low-toxicity combustion floor, comprising the following steps:
the flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing wear-resistant layer, the printed decorative layer, the flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing middle material layer and the flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing bottom material layer are laminated by flat plate vulcanization hot press molding or a multi-layer heat laminating machine, then are subjected to surface UV film coating treatment and tempering processes for heat treatment, and then are subjected to cooling treatment, so that the heat shrinkage performance of the product is stable.
In some embodiments, the hot pressing temperature is from 120 ℃ to 150 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is from 30kg to 50kg, and the hot pressing time is from 3200s to 4500 s.
In some embodiments, the amount of UV lamination treatment applied is from 5g to 15 g.
In some embodiments, the tempering process is performed at a temperature of 85 ℃ to 100 ℃.
In some embodiments, the cooling process is performed until the product temperature drops to 20 ℃ to 40 ℃.
Has the advantages that:
1. the product of the invention has the functions and effects of no toxicity, no smell, environmental protection, durability, skid resistance, water resistance, sound absorption, rich color, easy construction and the like of the traditional PVC elastic floor;
2. the product of the invention has excellent flame retardance and smoke suppression, is more environment-friendly in use and wider in application places;
3. the product of the invention has the characteristic of low toxic gas combustion;
4. the product of the invention has excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, bending property, impact strength and the like, and also has the properties of low smoke density grade, no odor, low total carbon and the like;
5. the product of the invention can be recycled, and resource waste is avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only partial embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing wear-resistant layer is prepared by the following steps: mixing PVC resin powder, an environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer, an ultraviolet light resistant heat stabilizer and a lubricant in proportion, wherein the PVC resin powder content is 65Kg, the environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer content is 30Kg, the ultraviolet light resistant heat stabilizer content is 3Kg, and the lubricant content is 2Kg, and then carrying out banburying, open milling and sheet discharging to prepare a flame-retardant smoke-suppression wear-resistant layer with the required thickness;
the flame-retardant smoke-inhibiting middle material layer is prepared by the following steps: mixing PVC resin powder, an environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer, an environment-friendly smoke-suppressing flame-retardant auxiliary agent, a heat stabilizer, a halogen-free flame-retardant filler and an inorganic filler in proportion, wherein after 15Kg of PVC resin powder, 7Kg of environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer, 1Kg of environment-friendly smoke-suppressing flame-retardant auxiliary agent, 2Kg of heat stabilizer, 60Kg of halogen-free flame-retardant filler and 15Kg of inorganic filler are mixed, a flame-retardant smoke-suppressing middle material layer with a required thickness is prepared through banburying, open refining and sheet discharging;

laminating the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing wear-resistant layer, the printed decorative layer, the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing middle material layer and the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing bottom material layer through flat plate vulcanization hot pressing, wherein the hot pressing temperature is 120 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is 30kg, the hot pressing time is 4500s, then carrying out surface UV film coating treatment, the film coating amount of the UV film coating treatment is 5g, carrying out heat treatment in a tempering process, the temperature for carrying out heat treatment in the tempering process is 100 ℃, then carrying out cooling treatment on the product, and carrying out cooling treatment until the temperature of the product is reduced to 40 ℃ so as to enable the heat shrinkage performance of the product to be stable.

the flame-retardant smoke-suppressing wear-resistant layer is prepared by the following steps: mixing PVC resin powder, an environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer, an ultraviolet light resistant heat stabilizer and a lubricant in proportion, wherein the content of the PVC resin powder is 90Kg, the content of the environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer is 9Kg, the content of the heat ultraviolet light resistant heat stabilizer is 0.5Kg, and the content of the lubricant is 0.5Kg, and then carrying out banburying, open milling and sheet discharging to prepare a flame-retardant smoke-suppression wear-resistant layer with the required thickness;
the flame-retardant smoke-inhibiting middle material layer is prepared by the following steps: mixing PVC resin powder, an environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer, an environment-friendly smoke-suppressing flame-retardant auxiliary agent, a heat stabilizer, a halogen-free flame-retardant filler and an inorganic filler in proportion, wherein after the content of the PVC resin powder is 18Kg, the content of the environment-friendly flame-retardant plasticizer is 10Kg, the content of the environment-friendly smoke-suppressing flame-retardant auxiliary agent is 2Kg, the content of the heat stabilizer is 3Kg, the content of the halogen-free flame-retardant filler is 60Kg and the content of the inorganic filler is 7Kg, preparing a flame-retardant smoke-suppressing middle material layer with a required thickness through banburying, open refining and sheet discharging procedures;

The specific optical density of the sample flue gas and the concentration of gas components were measured according to the specifications of the flue gas generation fire resistance test procedure in appendix 1, part 2, of appendix 1, of the 2010 FTP rule, and the toxic gas generation fire resistance test procedure in appendix 2, respectively.

Under test condition 1: the radiation illumination is 25kw/m2With pilot flame: the smoke density average value is about 250, which is lower than the grading standard of 500, and the test is qualified.
Under test condition 2: the radiation illumination is 25kw/m2In the absence of a pilot flame: the average smoke density is about 400, which is lower than the classification standard 500, and the test is qualified.
Under test condition 3: the radiation illumination is 50kw/m2In the absence of a pilot flame: the smoke density average value is about 450, is lower than the grading standard of 500, and is tested to be qualified.
The combustion low-toxic gas low-smoke density floor wallboard sample is subjected to smoke and toxicity tests according to the related requirements of part 2 of the 2010 FTP rule attachment 1, and the sample meets the specified requirements of part 2 of the 2010 FTP rule attachment 1.
In the above test, the HCL, HBr, HF, HCN and sulfur dioxide gases are hardly detected, the concentration is far lower than the classification standard value, the CO and nitrogen oxide gases are rarely detected and far lower than the classification standard value, and the test is qualified.
The smoke density test method for combustion or decomposition of GB/T8627 and 2007 building materials is used for testing, and the smoke density test is carried out by testing the loss of luminous flux in the smoke box of the test under standard test conditions. And averaging the light absorption data of the sample every 15s, drawing the relation between the average value and time on the grid paper, taking the highest point of the curve as the maximum smoke density, and taking the area enclosed by the curve and the following coordinate axes as the total smoke yield. And measuring the area enclosed by the curve and the time axis, dividing the area by the total area of the curve, namely (0-100)% of the total area of light absorption in (1-4) min, and multiplying the total area by 100 to define the smoke density grade of the test.

The smoke density test method of combustion or decomposition of GB/T8627-2007 building materials is used for smoke density test, and three groups of test data comparison show that the maximum smoke density and the smoke density grade of the floor wallboard with low toxicity and low smoke density of combustion are lower than those of conventional products, and the floor wallboard has the characteristic of obvious low smoke density.
The floor with low toxic gas and low smoke density by combustion provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises processing aids such as PVC powder, stone powder, a stabilizer, a flame-retardant smoke suppressant and the like, and the density of the product is 1700kg-1800kg/m3. The production process is basically consistent with that of the LVT floor, the LVT floor has the mechanical properties of stronger tensile strength, bending property, impact strength and the like, has the properties of low smoke density grade, no odor, low total carbon and the like, can improve the safety level of fire prevention, delay the spread of fire, reduce the generation of smoke and toxic gas, and can meet the application of places with higher fire prevention requirements, such as ships, schools, hospitals, markets and the like.

2. The fire-retardant, combustion low smoke and low toxicity gas floor as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fire-retardant foaming sound-reducing layer is further disposed under said fire-retardant smoke-suppressing base material layer.

A fire retardant, combustion low smoke and low toxicity gas floor as recited in claim 1, wherein said environmental friendly smoke suppressing fire retardant auxiliary is zinc borate, said halogen free fire retardant filler is one or more of magnesium hydroxide or aluminum hydroxide, and said inorganic filler is calcium carbonate.
4. A fire retardant, combustion low smoke, low toxicity gas floor as recited in claim 2, wherein said fire retardant, foamed sound reduction layer is adhered to said fire retardant, smoke suppressant substrate layer by adhesive.
5. A fire retardant, combustion low smoke and low toxicity gas floor as claimed in claim 4, wherein said adhesive is one or more of two-component glue, thermo-pressure sensitive glue, polyurethane glue or thermosetting glue.
6. A preparation method of a flame-retardant and combustion low-smoke low-toxicity gas floor is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing wear-resistant layer, the printed decorative layer, the flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing middle material layer and the flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing bottom material layer are laminated by flat plate vulcanization hot press molding or a multi-layer heat laminating machine, then are subjected to surface UV film coating treatment and tempering processes for heat treatment, and then are subjected to cooling treatment, so that the heat shrinkage performance of the product is stable.
7. The method for preparing a fire-retardant, combustion low smoke and low toxicity gas floor as claimed in claim 6, wherein the hot pressing temperature is 120-150 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is 30-50 kg, and the hot pressing time is 3200-4500 s.
8. The method for preparing a fire-retardant, combustion low smoke and low toxicity gas floor as claimed in claim 6, wherein the amount of the UV coating is 5g-15 g.
9. The method for preparing a fire retardant, combustion low smoke and low toxicity gas floor as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature of the heat treatment in the tempering process is 85-100 ℃.
10. A method for making a fire retardant, combustion low smoke, low toxic gas floor as claimed in claim 6, wherein said cooling process is performed until the temperature of the product is reduced to 20 ℃ -40 ℃.
