The invention discloses an enveloping elastic non-woven fabric, a preparation device and a preparation method thereof, and the enveloping elastic non-woven fabric prepared by the preparation device and the preparation method provided by the invention is provided with a first filament fiber layer positioned at the lower layer, a spandex fiber layer positioned at the middle layer and a second filament fiber layer positioned at the upper layer, and the whole fiber layer is rolled and pressed by a hot press roller and stretched and softened by a stretching roller, and can ensure that the first filament fiber layer and the second filament fiber layer have retractable concave-convex textures, so that the prepared enveloping elastic non-woven fabric has better elasticity, stronger strength and softer texture at the same time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of non-woven fabric production, in particular to an enveloping elastic non-woven fabric and a preparation device and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the production of nonwoven fabrics, meltblown processes are often used. Meltblown is a type of polymer extrusion web, which is made by forming very fine staple fibers from an extruded polymer melt by high velocity hot air streams or other means (e.g., centrifugal force, electrostatic force, etc.), agglomerating the staple fibers onto a porous roll or screen, and consolidating the staple fibers by autogenous or thermal bonding to form a nonwoven fabric. At present, the method is widely applied to the manufacture of non-woven fabrics taking polypropylene, polyester and other thermoplastic resins as raw materials, but the application of the non-woven fabrics in the textile field is limited due to poor elasticity and hard hand feeling of the polypropylene, polyester and other non-woven fabrics. Therefore, there is a need for an enveloping elastic nonwoven fabric with better elasticity, stronger strength and soft texture, and a preparation device and a preparation method thereof.

firstly, fiber particles are melted and extruded by a melt extruder and then are spun into a net by a first filament fiber net former to form a first filament fiber layer;
conveying the first filament fiber layer to the lower part of a spandex filament netting device through a conveyor, and uniformly spreading spandex fibers on the first filament fiber layer under the spinning action of the spandex filament netting device to form a spandex filament fiber layer;
thirdly, the first filament fiber layer paved with the spandex fiber layer is conveyed to the lower part of a second filament fiber netting device through a conveyor, fiber particles are melt extruded through a melt extruder and then are spun through the second filament fiber netting device to form a net, and a second filament fiber layer is formed on the spandex fiber layer;
fourthly, conveying the whole fiber layer in the third step to a hot roll through a conveyor, rolling through the hot roll, melting the first filament fiber layer and the second filament fiber layer, and enveloping the spandex fiber layer in the middle to prepare non-elastic non-woven fabric;
and fifthly, continuously conveying the non-elastic non-woven fabric to a stretching roller, and stretching and softening the non-elastic non-woven fabric by the stretching roller to obtain the enveloping elastic non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the draw rolls draw the first and second filament fiber layers apart by more than 2 times.

Thus, this arrangement enables the apparatus to produce an envelope-type stretch nonwoven fabric 7 having a higher elasticity, a higher strength and a soft texture according to a specific process. A first filament fiber netting device 1, a spandex fiber netting device 2 and a second filament fiber netting device 3 are sequentially arranged above the conveyor 4 along the preparation conveying direction of the enveloping elastic non-woven fabric 7, a first filament fiber layer 10 positioned on the lower layer, a spandex fiber layer 9 positioned on the middle layer and a second filament fiber layer 8 positioned on the upper layer can be sequentially produced, and the produced fiber layers are of a net-shaped structure.
The conveyer 4 is provided with the net conveying curtain 13, so that the fiber layers can be better conveyed, and the production of the envelope-type elastic non-woven fabric 7 is more convenient.

firstly, fiber particles are melted and extruded by a melt extruder and then are spun into a net by a first filament fiber net former 1 to form a first filament fiber layer 10;
the first filament fiber layer 10 is conveyed to the lower part of the spandex filament netting device 2 through the conveyor 4, and spandex fibers are uniformly spread on the first filament fiber layer 10 under the spinning action of the spandex filament netting device 2 to form a spandex fiber layer 9;
thirdly, the first filament fiber layer 10 paved with the spandex fiber layer 9 is conveyed to the lower part of the second filament fiber netting device 3 through the conveyor 4, fiber particles are melted and extruded through the melt extruder and then are spun through the second filament fiber netting device 3 to form a net, and a second filament fiber layer 8 is formed on the spandex fiber layer 9;
fourthly, the whole fiber layer in the third step is conveyed to a hot roller 5 through a conveyor 4, the first filament fiber layer 10 and the second filament fiber layer 8 are melted through rolling of the hot roller 5, and the spandex fiber layer 9 is wrapped in the middle to be made into non-elastic non-woven fabric;
fifthly, the non-elastic non-woven fabric is continuously conveyed to a stretching roller 6 and is stretched and softened by the stretching roller 6 to obtain the enveloping elastic non-woven fabric 7.
The draw roll 6 draws the first filament fiber layer 10 and the second filament fiber layer 8 by 2 times or more, thereby producing the enveloping elastic nonwoven fabric 7 having a draw ratio of 2 times or more.
