収縮作用により布面に皺を形成し、製品の価値に大きな

ウレタン、合成ゴム或いはその他の材料で製造したもの
とし、且つ加熱或いは化学薬剤を加入する方式で溶融状
態としたものとする。該弾性ゴム2を交差網状形態(図
4)、平行条状(図5)、或いは無方向の不規則形態
(図6)に不織布1上に印刷し、該溶融した弾性ゴム2
を不織布1の繊維内に浸透させ、溶融した弾性ゴム2が
凝結するのを待ち、不織布1にもとの引き伸ばし方向に
垂直な方向に沿った単方向の弾性伸縮勢を付与し、元の
