Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of articles for daily use, in particular to a product capable of emitting a preparation for a long time.
Background
The aromatherapy industry is prevalent in Europe, America and southeast Asia, and the aromatherapy is generally considered to have the effects of healing, repelling mosquitoes, benefiting physical and psychological health and the like.
The current popular aromatherapy methods are probably as follows:
1) environmental aromatherapy: the aromatherapy equipment is placed in sports places such as homes, offices, fitness places and the like, public places and other areas, and the aromatherapy preparation is emitted to a target place to provide aromatherapy service for people entering the target place;
2) portable champignon: carry on the champignon preparation or champignon equipment, implement the champignon to oneself according to individual's needs, accomplish self-service champignon service.
In the aromatherapy mode, the environment aromatherapy is a sharing service of a unified formula, has the characteristic of forced consumption, and has no option on whether to receive the aromatherapy service or not and on the variety of aromatherapy preparations, and audiences who enter the aromatherapy environment can receive the aromatherapy service unconditionally. Moreover, because the aromatherapy preparation has the characteristic of being detained in the ambient air, the aromatherapy service of the forced consumption still has the characteristic of delaying for hours after the aromatherapy equipment stops working.
The portable aromatherapy is relatively much more autonomous and flexible. However, the traditional aromatherapy technologies such as atomization, heating and electric dispersion applied to portable aromatherapy still implement the diffusion of aromatherapy preparations to a small range of air around the user, which is equivalent to the 'decrement version' of the environmental aromatherapy mode. The portable aromatherapy device is not suitable for the portable aromatherapy device because the portable aromatherapy device inevitably has the requirements of small volume, low power consumption and the like, and the traditional aromatherapy technologies such as atomization, heating, electric blowing and the like are not very suitable for the portable aromatherapy device.
In addition, because the aromatherapy system diffuses the target preparation into the air, the aromatherapy system has the effects of repelling mosquitoes and other insects besides the effects of providing taste sense, healing, regulating emotion and feeling, and therefore, the aromatherapy technology has the practical effect in the practice of agricultural pest and disease control and also has the working requirement under the condition of difficult power supply.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, embodiment 1: a product for emitting preparation with long-term effect is a functional wound product with preparation capsule attached on carrier.
The carrier is a plant fiber product, a synthetic fiber product or a product mixed by plant fibers and synthetic fibers,
the preparation is liquid plant essential oil, and/or synthetic essence or diluent thereof, and/or functional liquid with the functions of killing or exciting certain animals, and/or the functions of inhibiting or promoting growth of certain plants, and/or the functions of healing or stimulating human body, etc.,
the preparation capsule is a microcapsule formed by taking the molecules and/or molecular groups of the preparation as an inner core and taking a high polymer material as a wall material and wrapping the inner core.
The carrier may be in the form of, but not limited to, twisted fabric strips, cords, sponge strips, rubber strips, porous rubber strips, films, and the like.
The design also includes a drum for winding the functional wound product.
Wherein at least two different functional roll goods are wound on the same cylinder to realize a composite function. That is, a plurality of carriers carrying capsules with different functionalities are wound around the same reel, and the capsules attached to each carrier have different functionalities. The functions refer to functions of plant essential oils of different varieties, synthetic essences or diluents thereof of different varieties, functional liquids with functions of repelling or exciting certain animals of different varieties, functional liquids with functions of inhibiting or promoting growth of certain plants of different varieties, functional liquids with functions of healing or stimulating human bodies of different varieties and the like.
Wherein, different preparation capsules are attached to the same carrier or different preparation capsules are attached to different carriers of the different functional wound products.
The coiled product is provided with scale marks to indicate the remaining amount in the current coil, so that a user can conveniently prepare the coiled product for subsequent use in advance.
The scale mark comprises a red color and/or a yellow color and other appointed colors near the tail of the rolled product so as to prompt that the rolled product is about to be used up in advance.
Wherein, the rolled product is provided with a functional mark.
The function identification includes but is not limited to:
using different colours or combinations of colours to represent different functions, or
Using different symbols or symbol combinations to indicate different functions, or
The direct identification is carried out by using characters,
the function mark is arranged at one position every specified length or is a continuous mark.
The scheme can visually represent the functions of various rolled products and is more convenient to select.
Wherein, the preparation capsule is combined to achieve the aim of continuous and/or ordered emission.
The sustained and/or ordered delivery means, for example, that after an external action (such as squeezing) with a certain force and duration is applied to the rolled product, most of the capsule wall corresponding to the characteristics is broken and deformed to release functional liquid molecules in the inner core of the capsule wall, so that the functions of aromatherapy, insect repelling and the like are achieved, while most of the capsule wall with other characteristics is not broken and deformed, and the function of the inner core is not released; when the external action is continued or another external action (such as high-speed impact) occurs, most of the capsule walls with other characteristics are broken and deformed, and functional liquid molecules in the inner cores are released.
This process can be done to make the emission process more permanent or to achieve emission of different functional fluids "stimulated" by different external actions, i.e. ordered emission.
The combined configuration includes, but is not limited to:
in the capsule attached to the same carrier, at least two capsule walls of different materials and/or different sizes are present, and/or
In the capsules attached to the same carrier, there are at least two capsules having different compositions of the capsule core.
The purpose of said different emission conditions is, for example, to make
Namely: capsules attached to the same carrier may differ in their capsule wall and/or in the composition of the capsule core.
The attachment of the capsules to the fiber product is accomplished by processes such as preparing the capsules into a fiber treatment solution, padding the fiber product in the treatment solution, and the like, and the processes and processes are mature technologies and are not claimed in the present application. After the above-described process, the capsules and the reliable attachment to the so-called fibre products can withstand several tens of washings and still have a large proportion of attachment.
A method of providing spatial sustained release of a taste formulation comprising the steps of:
s1, capsule preparation: coating the molecules or molecular groups of the taste preparation with capsule walls of different materials and/or different sizes to prepare taste preparation capsules with the size smaller than a millimeter;
s2, breaking the capsule wall in time period: applying a constant and/or gradual action to said capsule, so that capsule walls of different materials and/or different sizes are deformed or destroyed respectively at different durations of the constant action and/or different intensities of the gradual action, so as to release the taste preparation molecules or molecular groups coated by the same in corresponding time periods, wherein said taste preparation capsule is attached to the fiber product in a roll, and said constant and/or gradual action is friction and/or extrusion.
After the method of administration, the article of manufacture emitting the formulation described herein, i.e., the means for controlling the progress of the sustained release, has sustained release characteristics for the formulation, one being the accumulation of time for the same effect (e.g., rubbing and/or squeezing), and the other being an effect of different intensity. Namely: the same action (e.g. rubbing and/or squeezing) continues to first deform/break the capsule wall, releasing the formulation molecules/clusters therein, and then deform/break the capsule wall, which is relatively difficult to deform/break; or, the capsule walls which are easily deformable/breakable are deformed/broken by the action of low intensity (e.g. friction and/or compression), and the capsule walls which are relatively difficult to deform/break are correspondingly deformed/broken when the action is enhanced.
The application has the advantages that the functional liquid can be sealed in the capsule wall, so that the functional liquid can be stored in the rolled product for a long time without a special sealed container; when in use, the above characteristics of the rolled product enable the dispersion of the functional liquid to have continuity, orderliness and the like, without the support of special dispersion equipment, and the cost is low and the use is simple.
Example 1, as shown in fig. 1, an article for permanent emission of a formulation comprises a string-like article 3, the string-like article 3 being wound on a roll 1, and a baffle plate 2 being provided at both ends of the roll 1. The cord-like product 3 is formed by winding at least 2 strands of fiber products 311 and 312 into a cord shape, and the single- strand fiber products 311 and 312 are formed by twisting, weaving, doubling and the like a plurality of single fibers 313.
In the string-like product 31, microcapsules having a certain function are attached, and since the size of the capsules is in the order of micrometers, it is difficult to express them in the figure.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram, which only shows that the cord-like product 3 is woven from at least 2 strands of fiber product, and the weaving process, weaving pattern and weaving size of the cord-like product 3 are not limited by the present application.
In another embodiment, the wound product is wound without a bobbin and the bobbin 1 is not provided.
Example 2, at least 2 cord-like products 3 are wound on the same reel, different capsules being attached to different cord-like products 3, said different capsules comprising the following cases:
1) capsule inner cores with the same component and capsule walls with different materials or sizes;
2) capsule inner cores of different components.
This kind of design of assembling different rope-like goods 3 can realize:
1) more continuously emitting: supported by the difference in capsule wall;
2) compound emission: and the functional liquid with different functions is emitted at the same time, so that chemical reaction possibly caused by preparing a plurality of functional liquids into the same capsule, difficulty in realizing the process and the like are avoided.
3) Orderly emission: supported by the difference in capsule wall.
Example 3 the product of the permanent emission preparation is in the form of a tape or film, and capsules are attached to the product, and the product can be used for expelling insects, suppressing weeds, or promoting growth of certain crops. During the use, adopt and bury, mode such as cover, rely on the "slowly-releasing" effect of goods to the functional liquid, and effect such as resistant washing (adhesive force is strong), can realize "target" effect to the target crop, for operations such as traditional fertilization, spray weedicide, spray medicine, the product of this application has characteristics such as scattering and disappearing that do not fear that rain wash, do not fear the wind-blown and cause, has more environment-friendly and "target" nature.
