Abstract
The invention discloses a jack with a rotatable tray frame, which comprises a jack body, wherein the jack body comprises a bottom frame, an oil pump, a lifting arm, a long connecting rod, a tray seat and a handle, the rear end of the lifting arm is hinged with a lifting arm shaft of the bottom frame, the front end of the lifting arm is hinged with the tray seat through a tray seat pin shaft, the rear end of the long connecting rod is hinged with a wallboard through a long connecting rod wallboard connecting shaft, and the tray seat is provided with a first long connecting rod pin shaft and a second long connecting rod pin shaft; when the jack body is in a low position state, the front end of the long connecting rod is connected with a first long connecting rod pin shaft; when the jack body is in a high-position state, the tray seat is overturned by 90 degrees around the tray seat pin shaft, and the front end of the long connecting rod is connected with the second long connecting rod pin shaft. The tray seat is designed to be integrally turned, has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in operation, stability in connection, high integral rigidity and the like, can bear larger unbalance loading, and is high in safety.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a jack with a rotatable tray frame comprises a jack body, wherein the jack body comprises an underframe 1, an oil pump 2, a lifting arm 3, a long connecting rod 7, a tray 6, a tray seat 5 and a handle 4, the underframe 1 comprises two wall plates 11, a front wheel 12 and a rear wheel 13 which are just opposite to each other, the oil pump 2 is installed at the rear part of the underframe 1, the rear end of the lifting arm 3 is hinged to a lifting arm shaft 18 of the underframe 1, the front end of the lifting arm 3 serves as a free end and is hinged to the tray seat 5 through a tray seat pin shaft 14, the rear section of the long connecting rod 7 is hinged to the wall plate 11 through a long connecting rod wall plate connecting shaft 17, and a piston rod of the oil pump 2 is hinged to the bottom of the lifting arm 3 through a connecting rod and is used for driving the lifting arm 3 to lift. The handle 4 can be connected with an oil discharge valve rod arranged on an oil outlet passage of the oil pump 2 through a snap 9.
The tray seat 5 is provided with a first long connecting rod pin shaft 15 and a second long connecting rod pin shaft 16, the upper end face and the left end face of the tray seat 5 are respectively provided with a tray mounting face, and the tray 6 is detachably connected to one of the tray mounting faces.

When the jack body is in a low position state, the long connecting rod 7 is inserted into a first long connecting rod pin shaft 15 of the tray seat 5, the tray 6 is installed on the upper end face of the tray seat 5, and a parallelogram is formed by sequentially connecting four shaft centers of a tray seat pin shaft 14, the first long connecting rod pin shaft 15, a lifting arm shaft 18 and a long connecting rod wallboard connecting shaft 17; when the jack body is in a high-position state, the tray seat 5 rotates 90 degrees clockwise, the long connecting rod 7 is pulled out from the first long connecting rod pin shaft 15 and is inserted into the second long connecting rod pin shaft 16 of the tray seat 5, the tray 6 is installed on the left end face (namely the end face turned over for 90 degrees and upwards) of the tray seat 5, and a pattern formed by sequentially connecting four axes of the tray seat pin shaft 14, the second long connecting rod pin shaft 16, the lifting arm shaft 18 and the long connecting rod wallboard connecting shaft 17 is a parallelogram.
Here, the height of the tray seat 5 after the inversion is higher than the height of the tray seat 5 before the inversion. When a vehicle with a chassis such as an SUV (sports utility vehicle) needs to be jacked, the tray 6 is detached from the tray seat 5, the left long connecting rod 7 and the right long connecting rod 7 are separated from the first long connecting rod pin 15, the tray seat 5 is turned by 90 degrees, the long connecting rods 7 are arranged in the second long connecting rod pin 16, and the tray 6 is arranged on the turned top surface of the tray seat 5. Before and after overturning, the tray seat 5, the lifting arm 3, the long connecting rod 7 and the wall plate 11 all form a parallelogram structure.
The distance between the tray seat pin shaft 14 and the first long connecting rod pin shaft 15 is equal to the distance between the tray seat pin shaft 14 and the second long connecting rod pin shaft 16.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in order to facilitate the detachment of the tray 6, the bottom edge of the tray 6 is provided with a stop pin 20, the tray mounting surface is provided with a tray mounting hole matched with the tray shaft 19 at the bottom of the tray 6, and the tray mounting hole is connected with a stop pin groove 21 matched with the stop pin 20. When the tray 6 is installed, the stop pin 20 is aligned to the stop pin groove 21 of the tray seat 5, the tray 6 is inserted into the tray installation hole to the bottom, and the tray 6 is rotated by a certain angle and then is clamped with the tray seat 5 through the stop pin 20, so that the tray 6 can be prevented from being separated.
In order to facilitate the tray 6 not to slide easily, the tray mounting surface can also be provided with a plurality of annular anti-sliding grooves. The annular anti-skid groove can be concentric with the tray mounting hole or not. The annular anti-skid groove can be of a closed structure such as a rectangle, a circle or a prism, and can also be of other open structures.

A jack with a rotatable tray frame is characterized by comprising a jack body, wherein the jack body comprises a bottom frame, an oil pump, a lifting arm, a long connecting rod, a tray seat and a handle, the bottom frame comprises two wall plates, front wheels and rear wheels which are arranged just opposite to each other, the oil pump is installed at the rear part of the bottom frame, the rear end of the lifting arm is hinged with a lifting arm shaft of the bottom frame, the front end of the lifting arm is hinged with the tray seat through a tray seat pin shaft, and the rear end of the long connecting rod is hinged with the wall plates through a long connecting rod wall plate connecting shaft; the tray seat is provided with a first long connecting rod pin shaft and a second long connecting rod pin shaft, two end faces of the tray seat are respectively provided with a tray mounting surface, and the tray is detachably connected to one of the tray mounting surfaces;
when the jack body is in a low position state, the front end of the long connecting rod is connected with a first long connecting rod pin shaft, and a parallelogram is formed by sequentially connecting four axes of the tray seat pin shaft, the first long connecting rod pin shaft, the lifting arm shaft and the long connecting rod wallboard connecting shaft; when the jack body is in a high-position state, the tray seat is turned by 90 degrees around the tray seat pin shaft, the front end of the long connecting rod is connected with a second long connecting rod pin shaft, the height of the tray seat after turning is higher than that of the tray seat before turning, and a pattern formed by sequentially connecting four shaft centers of the tray seat pin shaft, the second long connecting rod pin shaft, the lifting arm shaft and the long connecting rod wallboard connecting shaft is a parallelogram; before and after overturning, the tray seat, the lifting arm, the long connecting rod and the wallboard all form a parallelogram structure.

3. The rotatable jack for a tray rack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handle is connected to an oil drain valve stem disposed on the oil outlet passage of the oil pump by a snap-on handle.

The rotatable jack of tray rack of claim 1, wherein the wall plate is stepped, the longitudinal height of the wall plate increases from front to back, and the height of the front end of the wall plate is lower than the longitudinal height of the tray seat, and the front wheel is mounted on the front end of the wall plate.
