In the actual assembling process, the bearing sleeve and the bearing hole are in interference fit, the mounting technology difficulty is high, meanwhile, the wall of the bearing sleeve is thin, the bearing sleeve and the bearing hole are difficult to mount coaxially by adopting a common method during mounting, the phenomena of shaft sleeve gnawing, surface paint film damage and the like are easy to occur, the mounting precision is not high, and the service life of the shaft sleeve is greatly shortened.

As shown in fig. 1, the installation device of the oil-free bearing housing of the present embodiment includes a positioning shaft 1, a connecting rod 4, a piston cylinder 5, a small O-ring 6, a pull rod 7, a large O-ring 8, a piston rod 9, a spring 10, a bushing 11, a top cover 12, a handle 13, a seal gasket 14, a joint 15, and a hydraulic pump 16.

The pull rod 7 is a cylindrical connecting piece, the left side of the pull rod is provided with a screw rod, the right side of the pull rod is provided with a handle 13, the pull rod 7 is connected with the bush 11 in a sliding mode, and the left end of the pull rod 7 penetrates through the bush 11 and is connected with the right end of the connecting rod 4; the right end face of the bush 11 can be in contact with the left end face of the handle 13. The connecting rod 4 is a switching connecting rod, the left end of the connecting rod is provided with a screw connected with the positioning shaft 1, and the right end of the connecting rod is provided with a threaded hole; the positioning shaft 1 is a stepped shaft, the bearing sleeve 2 to be installed is arranged on the positioning shaft 1, and the outer surface of the positioning shaft 1 is in small clearance fit with the bearing sleeve 2.

The hydraulic pump 16 is used for injecting oil into the inner cavity of the piston oil cylinder 5 for pressurization, the oil pressure in the piston oil cylinder 5 pushes the piston rod 9 to slide rightwards, the inner bushing 11 and the pull rod 7 are driven to move rightwards at the same time, finally the positioning shaft 1 and the bearing sleeve 2 are driven to slide rightwards along the inner part of the bearing hole of the workpiece 3, after the step surface of the positioning shaft 1 is flush with the left end surface of the workpiece 3 in a laminating mode, the bearing sleeve 2 is installed in place, the oil injection pressurization is stopped, and the flexible installation of the whole bearing sleeve 2 is achieved. During the dismantlement, earlier with the hydraulic pump pressure release, piston rod 9 moves left under the drive of spring 10 and resets, gets rid of the interior oil of piston cylinder 5 totally, and pull rod 7 and connecting rod 4 atress are eliminated simultaneously, and connecting rod 4 accomplishes the dismantlement with installation location axle 1, accomplishes whole assembling process.

the piston rod (9) is hollow, and an annular convex part is arranged on the outer surface of the piston rod; a step hole is formed in the piston oil cylinder (5); the piston rod (9) is arranged inside the piston oil cylinder (5) and is in sliding connection with the piston oil cylinder; an annular oil cavity is defined by the outer wall of the piston rod (9) and the inner wall of the piston oil cylinder 5;
the bushing (11) is of an internal hollow structure, and the outer surface of the bushing is stepped; the left end of the bushing (11) is inserted into the piston oil cylinder (5), and a step surface on the bushing (11) is in contact with the right end surface of the piston rod (9); the top cover (12) is sleeved on the outer side of the bushing (11) and is in sliding connection with the bushing (11), and the left end of the top cover (12) is fixed in the piston oil cylinder (5);
the pull rod (7) penetrates through the bushing (11) and is connected with the bushing (1) in a sliding mode, the left end of the pull rod (7) is connected with the right end of the connecting rod (4), and a handle (13) is arranged at the right end of the pull rod (7); the left end of the connecting rod (4) is connected with the positioning shaft (1);

An oil-free bearing bush mounting device according to claim 1, further comprising a spring (10), wherein the spring (10) is sleeved on the right end of the piston rod (9), the left end of the spring (10) is in contact with the annular convex part of the piston rod (9), and the right end of the spring is in contact with the top cover (12).
