Description

Traditional Chinese medicine for regulating hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine for conditioning hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hyperlipidemia, hypertension and hyperglycemia; the main causes of the three high diseases are due to long-time diet problems, such as excessive lipid and excessive alcohol in the diet, and the lipid alcohol substances in the body are gradually increased because reasonable exercise is not performed to promote the metabolism of the lipid alcohol; the substances are mixed in blood to block capillary vessels, and the lipid-alcohol substances are easily combined with free mineral ions in the body to form thrombus with the lapse of time; thrombus is easy to accumulate and calcify at the corners or the bottle necks of the blood vessels; meanwhile, the thrombus is more and more, so that the diameter of the blood vessel is reduced; in order to maintain a sufficient blood supply to the heart, the blood pressure is increased, causing hypertensive diseases; it may also be caused by excessive smoking or excessive drinking, impairment of the spleen and stomach, dysfunction of the spleen in transportation, and failure of the diet to normalize.
Although there are many drugs for treating diabetes and hypertension, these drugs are only used for stabilizing the disease or relieving the symptoms, and most of them require patients to take drugs for a long time. This not only increases the economic burden on the patient, but also easily causes damage to internal organs due to long-term administration. Therefore, the research of the medicine for treating the hypertension, the hyperglycemia and the hyperlipidemia with small side effect and better curative effect on the hypertension, the hyperglycemia and the hyperlipidemia has great economic and social effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine for conditioning hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia, which has good curative effect on patients with hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia and can reduce the load on internal organs of a human body.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a Chinese medicine for regulating hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia, which can slowly and gradually release the drug properties of the Chinese medicine.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
On one hand, the embodiment of the application provides a traditional Chinese medicine for conditioning hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of inonotus obliquus, 20-40 parts of cordyceps militaris, 15-25 parts of pine cone, 15-25 parts of lithospermum, 15-25 parts of sea buckthorn, 10-20 parts of fructus momordicae, 10-25 parts of radix puerariae, 10-18 parts of elecampane, 10-15 parts of wolfberry fruit, 8-15 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 5-10 parts of hawthorn and 5-10 parts of Chinese yam.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine for regulating hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia, which comprises the following steps: crushing inonotus obliquus, cordyceps militaris, pine cone, lithospermum, sea buckthorn, fructus momordicae and radix puerariae into particles, extracting with water for 2-3 times, combining extracting solutions, purifying by using macroporous adsorption resin, concentrating, drying and granulating the purified extracts, and sieving by using a 30-50-mesh sieve to obtain a material a; extracting elecampane, wolfberry fruit, rhizoma polygonati, hawthorn and Chinese yam with water for 2-4 times, concentrating, drying and granulating, and sieving with a sieve of 70-100 meshes to obtain a material b; mixing the material a, the material b, the slow release auxiliary agent and the filler to prepare the slow release medicament.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
the raw materials of the invention adopt the inonotus obliquus, the cordyceps militaris, the pine cone, the lithospermum, the sea buckthorn, the six-axis seed, the kudzuvine root, the elecampane, the medlar, the rhizoma polygonati, the hawthorn and the Chinese yam, and the effects of warming interior and calming liver, regulating qi and strengthening body resistance, and regulating the blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar of a human body are achieved. The traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the sustained-release auxiliary agent are combined, so that the release time of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can be prolonged, the drug effect of a patient after taking the medicine is quickly released, and the damage to the liver is reduced. The slow release auxiliary agent is added into the traditional Chinese medicine, so that the product can be used for preventing hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.
According to the invention, the elecampane inula root, the wolfberry fruit, the rhizoma polygonati, the hawthorn and the Chinese yam are extracted by water and prepared into finer materials, so that the effect of relatively quick release is exerted in the medicine, the effects of tonifying spleen and kidney, helping digestion and nourishing stomach and liver and kidney are achieved, and the damage to the liver is further reduced; the active molecules are further extracted by carrying out water extraction and macroporous resin adsorption on the inonotus obliquus, the cordyceps militaris, the pine cone, the lithospermum, the sea buckthorn, the six-axle seed and the kudzuvine root, and the active molecules are prepared into a material with larger relative granularity, so that the effect of slow release is achieved.
In conclusion, the preparation method of the invention can slowly and hierarchically release the medicine, has good curative effect on patients with hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia, can reduce the load on internal organs of a human body, and can be widely used for preventing and treating hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.
