Description

Method for realizing human body massage physiotherapy by using massager
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of massage, in particular to a method for realizing human body massage physiotherapy by utilizing a massager.
Background
Along with the increasing improvement of people's life, the pressure of working and living is increased, and the relative lack of movement, the equipment demand for health care massage is more and more. At present, various massage devices are available on the market, and a few portable devices can effectively massage the acupuncture points of the whole body such as shoulders, back, waist, buttocks, legs, feet and the like, but the portable devices have the defects of complex structure, high cost, large volume and weight, difficult storage and moving and inflexible use if the portable devices are available; in addition, the massage head of the existing massager on the market basically drives the massage wheel to rotate back and forth by the motor to achieve the massage function, so that the weight of the product is increased; therefore, the use requirements of modern people cannot be met. Furthermore, people who often engage in high-intensity mental work need frequent or long-time sitting (such as students, design researchers and the like), and the long-time sitting can feel low back pain, leg pain and foot pain, and the massage can effectively promote blood circulation and relieve the ache of the whole body, but most people do not have time to specially massage and condition due to time shortage. Most of the existing small portable massagers only have a single massage physiotherapy function and do not have other functions, and the massager has the advantages of single function and limited application range and cannot meet the massage requirements of people on diversified product experiences and more fit with human bodies.
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, physical and mental health has been more and more concerned by people, and especially in the fast-paced life, people do not have time to exercise and relax, and the body is in a sub-health state for a long time.
