Background
Paralysis is a decrease or loss of voluntary motor function, a common symptom of the nervous system, and is caused by a disease of the nerves, neuromuscular junctions, or muscles. Paralysis of lower limbs is a kind of paralysis, which refers to a disease in which the nervous system is damaged, the lower limbs of the body completely or partially lose motor function after sensory disturbance occurs, and the voluntary movement declines or disappears. For the patients with limb movement disorder and paralysis caused by nervous system diseases, massage is a treatment means which can effectively improve symptoms. The treatment method is simple to operate, easy to master and very wide in clinical application. The massage can loosen soft tissue adhesion, smooth joints, improve nutrition of joints, promote metabolism, increase joint mobility, and gradually recover joint function. The massage also has the function of regulating nerve function. The limbs of the paralyzed patient are massaged, so that the excitation and the inhibition of the nervous system are in a relatively balanced state. Generally, gentle, slow and rhythmic manipulations have inhibitory and sedative effects on the nervous system; manipulation of the acute or severe condition can excite the nervous system. The massage can expand local capillary vessels, improve peripheral circulation and increase skin temperature; but also can promote the secretion of sweat glands and increase the elasticity of skin. The massage can also increase the total number of leucocytes, enhance the phagocytic function, increase the titer of serum complement and improve the immunologic function of human body. The existing massage method is to massage the lower limbs by hands for a long time, so that a masseur is easy to fatigue, the massage effect is reduced, and the massage cannot be continuously and effectively carried out.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a medical massage rehabilitation device which can continuously and effectively massage the lower limbs of a patient, reduce the burden of a user, save physical strength, and is simple to operate and convenient to use.
