the oil-water mixture after the nut washing slides into the oil containing plate 2021 along the water draining hole 2011, then continuously flows into the beef dish 1011 along the return pipe 2022 to be mixed with the beef for secondary utilization, so that the loss of nutrient substances contained in the nuts is avoided.

The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the control unit 4 includes:
a support 401;
a baffle 402, wherein the baffle 402 is slidably connected to the inside of the bracket 401;
the elastic member 403, the elastic member 403 is sleeved outside the baffle 402;
the baffle 402 is in a Y shape;
a connecting rod 404 is connected to the side of the baffle 402.
Further, the switching component 103 includes:
a tension member 1031;
a transfer assembly 1032, wherein the transfer assembly 1032 is slidably connected to the upper portion of the telescopic member 1031;
the transfer assembly 1032 is T-shaped and the lower part thereof is connected with the telescopic piece in a sliding way;
the lower portion of the telescopic member 1031 is connected to the first accommodating component 101.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 10, when the linkage shaft 303 drives the nut plate 1041 to rotate for discharging, the linkage shaft 303 drives the connecting rod 404 to move upward through the second cam 3032, the connecting rod 404 drives the baffle 402 to move upward along the bracket 401 and compress the elastic member 403, so that the lower end of the baffle 402 is separated from the telescopic member 1031, the telescopic member 1031 drives the beef plate 1011 to move upward through the internal driving element to the beef plate 1011 to be separated from the pot body 105, then the telescopic member 1031 is moved out along the conveying assembly 1032, and the next beef plate 1011 is fed forward and moved downward into the pot body 1, thereby realizing automatic feeding;
after the new beef dish 1011 is loaded into the pot body 1, the second driving mechanism 305 drives the linkage shaft 303 to rotate reversely, so that the nut dish 1041 is reset, the water spraying mechanism 301 stops spraying, and the baffle 402 positions the telescopic part 1031, thereby realizing the effect of process concentration.
In addition, the enclosure 2011 and the oil containing plate 2021 are mounted through the guide rail 20211, the extracting plate 2013 is arranged on the side of the enclosure 2011, when the nuts in the enclosure 2011 are cleaned, the enclosure 2011 containing the nuts is extracted from the oil containing plate 2021 by pulling the extracting plate 2013, and the nuts cooked in the same batch can be conveniently packaged with the beef.

Claims (10)

1. A hybrid processing device for beef products, comprising:
a boiling vessel (1);
the containing unit (2), the containing unit (2) is arranged at the discharge end of the boiling container (1);
the washing unit (3), the washing unit (3) is arranged on the side part of the containing unit (2); and
a control unit (4), the control unit (4) being located above the boiling vessel (1);
a first containing assembly (101) for containing beef and a second containing assembly (104) for containing nuts;
the first containing assembly (101) moves the beef into the boiling container (1) orderly along the conveying assembly (1032) at intervals;
the second containing component (104) is suspended above the first containing component (101) in the boiling container (1);
after the fragrance of beef and nut is fully permeated in boiling container (1), the second holds subassembly (104) and pours the nut after cooking to the completion to holding unit (2) department and being washed unit (3) and carry out synchro control and wash it, and realizes that control unit (4) opens in this process synchronization, and first subassembly (101) of holding goes up unloading work to beef.
2. A hybrid processing plant of beef products, as in claim 1, characterized in that said boiling vessel (1) further comprises:
the overturning assembly (102), the overturning assembly (102) is arranged at the lower part of the first accommodating assembly (101);
the switching component (103), the switching component (103) is arranged at the lower part of the control unit (4); and
the pot body (105), the pot body (105) is arranged outside the first containing component (101) and the second containing component (104).
3. The hybrid processing plant of a beef product according to claim 2, characterized in that said first containing assembly (101) comprises a beef dish (1011), said beef dish (1011) being provided with a plurality of sets of water-permeable holes (1012) at the bottom;
a jacking hole (1013) is arranged at the bottom of the beef dish (1011) and between the water seepage holes (1012);
the ejection holes (1013) and the water seepage holes (1012) are uniformly distributed in an annular shape, and the diameter of the ejection holes (1013) is larger than that of the water seepage holes (1012).
4. Hybrid processing plant of beef products, according to claim 3, characterized in that said overturning assembly (102) comprises:
an elevating mechanism (1021);
a turnover mechanism (1022), wherein the turnover mechanism (1022) is connected to the upper part of the lifting mechanism (1021);
the turnover mechanisms (1022) are annularly arranged, and the distance between the turnover mechanisms (1022) is matched with the position of the ejection hole (1013).
5. Hybrid processing plant of a beef product, as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said second containing assembly (104) comprises:
the nut plate (1041), the lower part of the nut plate (1041) is provided with a plurality of groups of air holes (10411);
a steering mechanism (1042) for connecting the steering mechanism (1042) for angularly switching the nut plate (1041) to the side of the nut plate (1041).
6. Hybrid processing plant of beef products, according to claim 1, characterized in that said containing unit (2) comprises:
a draining mechanism (201);
the flow guide mechanism (202), the flow guide mechanism (202) is arranged at the lower part of the draining mechanism (201);
draining mechanism (201) is including enclosing fender (2011), it is equipped with waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall hole (2012) that is evenly distributed to enclose fender (2011) lower part.
7. The hybrid processing plant of a beef product according to claim 6, characterized in that said flow guide means (202) comprise an oil containment plate (2021);
the lower end of the oil containing plate (2021) is connected with a return pipe (2022) which is communicated with the boiling container (1);
the oil containing plate (2021) and the surrounding baffle (2011) are obliquely arranged;
and guide rails (20211) for sliding the enclosure (2011) are arranged on two sides in the flow guide mechanism (202).
8. Hybrid processing plant of beef products, according to claim 1, characterized in that said washing unit (3) comprises:
a water spray mechanism (301);
