Abstract
本发明涉及生物技术领域,尤其涉及一种可稀释的农用增效剂及其喷施方法和应用。按质量百分数计算,包括1‑10%硫酸铵,10‑20%乙氧基甘油三酯,与所述乙氧基甘油三酯等量的烷基苯磺酸胺盐,0.1‑9%维生素E,0.1‑3%维生素F。本发明通过添加烷基苯磺酸胺盐,改善了药剂的乳化效果,提高药剂的相容性,改善药剂分散机理,提高药剂均匀分散粒径,改性乙氧基甘油三酯的添加,改善了药剂的漂移扩散,提高了在作物表面停留的时间,进而提高了药剂的作用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物技术领域,尤其涉及一种可稀释的农用增效剂及其喷施方法和应用。
背景技术
农用增效剂是一种用于改善农药特性,提高农药药效的化学物质。按照功能和成分两个方面进行分类;常见的增效剂有农药增效剂、肥料增效剂、混凝土增效剂、抗菌增效剂、脱硫增效剂等;按照功用可以大体上分为增强展着性的、增强渗透性的和改良水质的三大类农用增效剂。
目前市面上使用的增效剂品种类型太少、产量小、性能相对较落后,对药剂的选择性较高,不易溶于水,复配广谱性差,用量高,对土壤面造成污染大,已经制约了我国增效剂的发展和药效的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种使用安全、药剂相容性优、粘附性好、耐冲刷性能好、使用量少的可稀释的农用增效剂及其喷施方法和应用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种可稀释的农用增效剂,其按质量百分数计算,包括1-10%硫酸铵,10-20%乙氧基甘油三酯,与所述乙氧基甘油三酯等量的烷基苯磺酸胺盐,0.1-9%维生素E,0.1-3%维生素F。
上述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂,其所述的乙氧基甘油三酯经改性处理。
上述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂,其所述的乙氧基甘油三酯含量,按质量百分数计算,优选8-15%。
上述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂,其所述的维生素E含量,按质量百分数计算,优选3-5%。
一种可稀释的农用增效剂的喷施方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)称取适量本发明所述的农用增效剂;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的农用增效剂加入适量的农用药剂中,用水稀释为混配药剂,所述水的用量为农用药剂用量的500-1000倍;
(3)将所述的混配药剂搅拌30分钟至均匀后,喷雾施于作物。
上述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂的喷施方法,其喷洒距离为喷头距离作物 40-50cm。
上述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂的喷施方法,其所述农用增效剂用量为 0.15-1升/公顷。
上述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂的喷施方法,其所述农用药剂包括杀菌剂、除草剂、杀虫剂、植物生长调节剂

有益效果:
本发明通过添加烷基苯磺酸胺盐,改善了药剂的乳化效果,提高药剂的相容性,改善药剂分散机理,提高药剂均匀分散粒径,改性乙氧基甘油三酯的添加,改善了药剂的漂移扩散,提高了在作物表面停留的时间,进而提高了药剂的作用效果。本发明复配性广谱,与不同作用原理的农用药剂混配使用,都有增效作用,对作物生长安全,没有药害发生。
具体实施方式
下面对发明内容作详细的解释。
实施例
本发明的一种可稀释的农用增效剂,按质量百分数计算,包括1-10%硫酸铵,10-20%乙氧基甘油三酯,乙氧基甘油三酯经改性处理,与所述乙氧基甘油三酯等量的烷基苯磺酸胺盐,0.1-9%维生素E,0.1-3%维生素F。
乙氧基甘油三酯含量,按质量百分数计算,优选8-15%。
维生素E含量,按质量百分数计算,优选3-5%。
一种可稀释的农用增效剂的喷施方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)称取适量本发明所述的农用增效剂;
(2)将步骤(1)称取的农用增效剂加入适量的农用药剂中,用水稀释为混配药剂,所述水的用量为农用药剂用量的500-1000倍;
(3)将所述的混配药剂搅拌30分钟至均匀后,喷雾施于作物,喷洒距离保持在喷头与作物距离40-50cm。
上述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂的喷施方法,其所述农用增效剂用量为 0.15-1升/公顷。

防治对象:猪殃殃、看麦娘等一年生禾本科及阔叶杂草
试验药剂:除草剂选用甲基二磺隆+异丙隆
试验设计:
喷施方法:
取茎叶喷雾方法,先加少量水与除草剂混合均匀,再将混合均匀的溶液与本发明混合,搅拌均匀后,采用利农HD400配除草剂专用喷头喷施。喷雾压力 45Pa,喷射速率610ml/min。喷施后28天对照结果如下表:
从试验结果可以看出,采用茎叶喷雾法用药,采用本发明与除草剂配合使用,除草效果更好。
本发明通过添加烷基苯磺酸胺盐,改善了药剂的乳化效果,提高药剂的相容性,改善药剂分散机理,提高药剂均匀分散粒径,改性乙氧基甘油三酯的添加,改善了药剂的漂移扩散,提高了在作物表面停留的时间,进而提高了药剂的作用效果。本通过提高农用药剂的相容、粘附(防弹跳)、展着、渗透和耐冲刷性能,达到提高药效、省水、减少用药量、减少劳动力投入的目的,其复配性广谱,与不同作用原理的农用药剂混配使用,都有增效作用,对作物生长安全,没有药害发生。

1.一种可稀释的农用增效剂,其特征在于,按质量百分数计算,包括1-10%硫酸铵,10-20%乙氧基甘油三酯,与所述乙氧基甘油三酯等量的烷基苯磺酸胺盐,0.1-9%维生素E,0.1-3%维生素F。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂,其特征在于,所述的乙氧基甘油三酯经改性处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂,其特征在于,所述的乙氧基甘油三酯含量,按质量百分数计算,优选8-15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂,其特征在于,所述的维生素E含量,按质量百分数计算,优选3-5%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种可稀释的农用增效剂的喷施方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
