发明内容

2、本发明中,通过设置支撑拖件、滑板、滑道、第一限位块、第二限位块和紧固螺栓,在对耐火托板进行组装过程中,使耐火托板上两个滑板滑动连接在两个滑道内,有效实现对耐火托板进一步限位的目的,防止使用过程中偏移位置,通过第一限位块与第二限位块之间的相互配合,吊件滑动连接在支撑拖件内后有效对支撑拖件进行支撑限位,防止支撑拖件受压后出现形变从而影响对耐火托板安装的稳定性,紧固螺栓的设置使顶块与主吊杆接触后防止耐火托板受外力碰撞出现晃动情况,进一步提高其稳定性。
3、本发明中,通过设置耐火填充层、上面板、下面板和密封胶,上面板由石膏板、硅酸钙板与玻镁板复合叠放而成,下面板由玻璃棉板、陶板、防火板、吸音板和发泡陶瓷板复合叠放而成,将石膏板、硅酸钙板与玻镁板进行符合叠放有效提高上面板的强度,使其不易出现形变情况,将玻璃棉板、陶板、防火板、吸音板和发泡陶瓷板复合叠放提高下面板的耐火隔热性能,提高强度的同时起到一定的隔音效果,密封胶的设置有效对耐火托板与副吊杆之间进行软支撑,防止之间挤压产生形变还有效起到密封隔离作用。
4、本发明中,通过设置滑轨、紧固丝杆、滑槽和主吊杆,通过主吊杆与滑轨与滑槽之间的相互配合,对主吊杆水平限位的同时防止其偏转角度,便于对主吊杆的位置进行调整,满足对不同规格耐火托板的安装目的,紧固丝杆的设置有效对主吊杆进行限位,提高改吊挂结构的稳定性,且工形设计的支撑拖件使其两侧都可对耐火托板进行限位,有利于对耐火托板的稳定组装。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
如图1-8所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,轻钢主龙骨1和轻钢副龙骨2,轻钢主龙骨1和轻钢副龙骨2的数量均为四个,且四个轻钢主龙骨1和四个轻钢副龙骨2分别交错设置,且相邻两个轻钢主龙骨1和轻钢副龙骨2的连接处设置有安装卡座3,轻钢主龙骨1的外壁套接有四个主吊杆4,主吊杆4的底端与连接件5的上表面固定连接,连接件5的一侧开设有通孔9,通孔9内设置有旋转组件11,旋转组件11的外壁卡接有副吊杆6,副吊杆6的底端与吊件14的上表面固定连接,吊件14的左右两侧面均开设有第一限位槽15,吊件14上表面的左右两侧均开设有第二限位槽16,对应三个吊件14的外壁调节有同一个支撑拖件20,支撑拖件20内壁的上表面固定连接有两个第二限位块18,支撑拖件20内壁的左右两侧面均固定连接有第一限位块17,第一限位块17和第二限位块18分别滑动连接在对应的三个第一限位槽15和三个第二限位槽16内,对应两个支撑拖件20的上方均设置有耐火托板22,耐火托板22的滑动连接在对应两个支撑拖件20的相对面,通过设置支撑拖件20,工形设计的支撑拖件20使其两侧都可对耐火托板22进行限位,有利于对耐火托板22的稳定组装,耐火托板22的下表面与对应两个支撑拖件20的上表面搭接。
具体的,如图1、图2和图5所示,连接件5的下表面与挡块7的上表面固定连接,挡块7的左侧面设置有紧固螺栓8,通过设置紧固螺栓8,紧固螺栓8的设置使顶块13与主吊杆4接触后防止耐火托板22受外力碰撞出现晃动情况,进一步提高其稳定性,紧固螺栓8设置在副吊杆6的一侧,连接件5的上表面固定连接有两个加固杆10,两个加固杆10相互靠近的一端分别与主吊杆4的左右两侧面固定连接,主吊杆4滑动连接在滑轨24和滑槽25内,滑轨24和滑槽25分别开设在轻钢主龙骨1的左侧面和上表面,主吊杆4的顶部为U形设计,通过设置紧固丝杆12,紧固丝杆12的设置有效对主吊杆4进行限位,提高改吊挂结构的稳定性,主吊杆4左侧面的上方设置有紧固丝杆12,紧固丝杆12的右端设置在滑轨24内,通过主吊杆4与滑轨24与滑槽25之间的相互配合,对主吊杆4水平限位的同时防止其偏转角度,便于对主吊杆4的位置进行调整,满足对不同规格耐火托板22的安装目的。
具体的,如图1、图2、图5和图6所示,耐火托板22的左右两侧面均设置有密封胶23,对应两个密封胶23分别与两个副吊杆6的相对面搭接,因设置有密封胶23,密封胶23的设置有效对耐火托板22与副吊杆6之间进行软支撑,防止之间挤压产生形变还有效起到密封隔离作用,支撑拖件20为工字形式设计,第一限位块17与第一限位槽15均为T形设计,通过第一限位块17与第二限位块18之间的相互配合,吊件14滑动连接在支撑拖件20内后有效对支撑拖件20进行支撑限位,防止支撑拖件20受压后出现形变从而影响对耐火托板22安装的稳定性,旋转组件11包括转轴112,转轴112的两端均套接有轴承111,两个轴承111分别卡接在通孔9内壁的前后两侧,转轴112外表面与副吊杆6的中部卡接,转轴112的外表面套接有卷簧113,卷簧113的两端分别与轴承111的背面和副吊杆6的正面固定连接,通过设置卷簧113,松开副吊杆6使通过卷簧113复原对副吊杆6产生拉力,使副吊杆6处于垂直状态,使两个顶块13与主吊杆4接触从而使副吊杆6不会偏位位置,保证两个支撑拖件20有效对耐火托板22进行支撑限位,支撑拖件20上表面的左右两侧均开设有滑道19,滑道19内滑动连接有滑板21,两个滑板21的上表面均与耐火托板22的下表面固定连接,副吊杆6的左侧面固定连接有两个顶块13,两个顶块13的左端均与主吊杆4的右侧面搭接。
本发明的工作原理为:
当需调整主吊杆4的位置时,可拧松紧固丝杆12,使主吊杆4可在轻钢主龙骨1上滑动,调整至合适位置后拧紧紧固丝杆12即可实现对主吊杆4固定的目的,当需在墙面边角处或最内侧安装耐火托板22时,可翻折副吊杆6,使副吊杆6可带动转轴112旋转,使顶块13脱离主吊杆4,此时副吊杆6会通过吊件14带动支撑拖件20向外翻转,使相邻两个支撑拖件20之间的间距变大,即可将耐火托板22放置在两个支撑拖件20之间,使耐火托板22的一侧卡入内侧支撑拖件20的工形槽内,耐火托板22进行组装过程中,使耐火托板22上两个滑板21滑动连接在两个滑道19内,第一限位块17和第二限位块18分别滑动连接在第一限位槽15和第二限位槽16内,人员松开副吊杆6使通过卷簧113复原对副吊杆6产生拉力,使副吊杆6处于垂直状态,可通过旋动紧固螺栓8进一步对副吊杆6进行限位固定,即可完成对耐火托板22的组装。
综上所得:
通过设置主吊杆4、副吊杆6、挡块7、紧固螺栓8、旋转组件11、吊件14和支撑拖件20,在需在墙面边角处或最内侧安装耐火托板22时,可翻折副吊杆6,使副吊杆6可带动转轴112旋转,使顶块13脱离主吊杆4,此时副吊杆6会通过吊件14带动支撑拖件20向外翻转,使相邻两个支撑拖件20之间的间距变大,即可将耐火托板22放置在两个支撑拖件20之间,使耐火托板22的一侧卡入内侧支撑拖件20的工形槽内,人员松开副吊杆6使通过卷簧113复原对副吊杆6产生拉力,使副吊杆6处于垂直状态,使两个顶块13与主吊杆4接触从而使副吊杆6不会偏位位置,保证两个支撑拖件20有效对耐火托板22进行支撑限位,相较于传统方式无需将耐火托板22提前置入支撑拖件20上方再长距离滑动,提高安装便捷性,实现对耐火拖件高效组装的目的。
通过设置支撑拖件20、滑板21、滑道19、第一限位块17、第二限位块18和紧固螺栓8,在对耐火托板22进行组装过程中,使耐火托板22上两个滑板21滑动连接在两个滑道19内,有效实现对耐火托板22进一步限位的目的,防止使用过程中偏移位置,通过第一限位块17与第二限位块18之间的相互配合,吊件14滑动连接在支撑拖件20内后有效对支撑拖件20进行支撑限位,防止支撑拖件20受压后出现形变从而影响对耐火托板22安装的稳定性,紧固螺栓8的设置使顶块13与主吊杆4接触后防止耐火托板22受外力碰撞出现晃动情况,进一步提高其稳定性。
通过设置耐火填充层222、上面板221、下面板223和密封胶23,上面板221由石膏板、硅酸钙板与玻镁板复合叠放而成,下面板223由玻璃棉板、陶板、防火板、吸音板和发泡陶瓷板复合叠放而成,将石膏板、硅酸钙板与玻镁板进行符合叠放有效提高上面板221的强度,使其不易出现形变情况,将玻璃棉板、陶板、防火板、吸音板和发泡陶瓷板复合叠放提高下面板223的耐火隔热性能,提高强度的同时起到一定的隔音效果,密封胶23的设置有效对耐火托板22与副吊杆6之间进行软支撑,防止之间挤压产生形变还有效起到密封隔离作用。
通过设置滑轨24、紧固丝杆12、滑槽25和主吊杆4,通过主吊杆4与滑轨24与滑槽25之间的相互配合,对主吊杆4水平限位的同时防止其偏转角度,便于对主吊杆4的位置进行调整,满足对不同规格耐火托板22的安装目的,紧固丝杆12的设置有效对主吊杆4进行限位,提高改吊挂结构的稳定性,且工形设计的支撑拖件20使其两侧都可对耐火托板22进行限位,有利于对耐火托板22的稳定组装。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以通过具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

1.一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:包括轻钢主龙骨(1)和轻钢副龙骨(2),所述轻钢主龙骨(1)和轻钢副龙骨(2)的数量均为四个,且四个轻钢主龙骨(1)和四个轻钢副龙骨(2)分别交错设置,且相邻两个轻钢主龙骨(1)和轻钢副龙骨(2)的连接处设置有安装卡座(3),所述轻钢主龙骨(1)的外壁套接有四个主吊杆(4),所述主吊杆(4)的底端与连接件(5)的上表面固定连接,所述连接件(5)的一侧开设有通孔(9),所述通孔(9)内设置有旋转组件(11),所述旋转组件(11)的外壁卡接有副吊杆(6),所述副吊杆(6)的底端与吊件(14)的上表面固定连接,所述吊件(14)的左右两侧面均开设有第一限位槽(15),所述吊件(14)上表面的左右两侧均开设有第二限位槽(16),对应三个吊件(14)的外壁调节有同一个支撑拖件(20),所述支撑拖件(20)内壁的上表面固定连接有两个第二限位块(18),所述支撑拖件(20)内壁的左右两侧面均固定连接有第一限位块(17),所述第一限位块(17)和第二限位块(18)分别滑动连接在对应的三个第一限位槽(15)和三个第二限位槽(16)内,对应两个支撑拖件(20)的上方均设置有耐火托板(22),所述耐火托板(22)的滑动连接在对应两个支撑拖件(20)的相对面,所述耐火托板(22)的下表面与对应两个支撑拖件(20)的上表面搭接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:所述连接件(5)的下表面与挡块(7)的上表面固定连接,所述挡块(7)的左侧面设置有紧固螺栓(8),所述紧固螺栓(8)设置在副吊杆(6)的一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:所述连接件(5)的上表面固定连接有两个加固杆(10),两个加固杆(10)相互靠近的一端分别与主吊杆(4)的左右两侧面固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:所述主吊杆(4)滑动连接在滑轨(24)和滑槽(25)内,所述滑轨(24)和滑槽(25)分别开设在轻钢主龙骨(1)的左侧面和上表面,所述主吊杆(4)的顶部为U形设计,所述主吊杆(4)左侧面的上方设置有紧固丝杆(12),所述紧固丝杆(12)的右端设置在滑轨(24)内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:所述耐火托板(22)的左右两侧面均设置有密封胶(23),对应两个密封胶(23)分别与两个副吊杆(6)的相对面搭接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:所述支撑拖件(20)为工字形式设计,所述第一限位块(17)与第一限位槽(15)均为T形设计。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:所述旋转组件(11)包括转轴(112),所述转轴(112)的两端均套接有轴承(111),两个轴承(111)分别卡接在通孔(9)内壁的前后两侧,所述转轴(112)外表面与副吊杆(6)的中部卡接,所述转轴(112)的外表面套接有卷簧(113),所述卷簧(113)的两端分别与轴承(111)的背面和副吊杆(6)的正面固定连接。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:所述支撑拖件(20)上表面的左右两侧均开设有滑道(19),所述滑道(19)内滑动连接有滑板(21),两个滑板(21)的上表面均与耐火托板(22)的下表面固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式耐火阻燃吊顶吊挂安装结构,其特征在于:所述副吊杆(6)的左侧面固定连接有两个顶块(13),两个顶块(13)的左端均与主吊杆(4)的右侧面搭接。
