Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，包括若干复合陶板，所述复合陶板由陶板和无机保温材料层复合而成，复合陶板通过聚合物砂浆层粘结于砂浆找平层上，同时也通过挂件固定于主体结构的固定钢片上。本实用新型复合陶板同时粘贴和挂接，重力可以由挂件直接传递到外墙基体上，粘结层不再承受剪力，挂件也可以防止饰面板在胶粘剂未完全达到固化强度时产生下坠，保证接缝的美观和顺直，结构安全合理。复合陶板可同时满足耐火和保温的性能要求。整个系统不需要横竖向钢龙骨，不仅施工效率高而且节约了安装费用，降低建筑成本，具有较好的经济效益。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及建筑外墙体保温装饰领域，尤其涉及以复合陶板作为外墙体保温装饰材料的挂贴安装。
【技术背景】
目前市场上用于外墙体保温装饰的材料较多，例如石材粘贴保温材料(专利号200620005979.2)和瓷板粘贴保温材料(专利号200720050872.4和专利号200620064969.6)，这些技术都存在两个安全性的缺陷：第一，面材采用开孔背栓式连接，背栓式开孔应力相对集中，面材容易产生破坏。第二，为了达到建筑节能的要求，都采用聚乙烯泡沫板等保温材料，但该材料不防火，遇火极易燃烧。2009年元宵节央视大楼北配楼的火灾就是因为烟花引燃了保温材料，保温材料内燃烧火势向低楼层蔓延。导致外装饰幕墙全毁。这两种安全性上的缺陷严重影响了外墙保温系统的推广。
近几年市场上新推出的外墙材料陶板，强度高、自重轻、不可燃、且保温性好，还有无机保温材料如泡沫陶瓷板、泡沫玻璃和泡沫砂浆等，其保温性能更好而且防火性能很好。陶板和这几种材料直接复合叫做复合陶板。复合陶板不能适用于普通的龙骨干挂安装结构。
所以，如何寻求一种安装结构，既要能满足安全经济又要满足保温节能的要求。这种结构成为本行业技术人员研究的重要课题。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题，提出一种复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，不但具有良好的保温节能性能，而且安装费用低、施工效率高。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型专利提出了一种复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，包括若干复合陶板，所述复合陶板由陶板和无机保温材料层复合而成，复合陶板通过聚合物砂浆层粘结于砂浆找平层上，同时也通过挂件固定于固定钢片上，相邻的复合陶板的横、竖向拼缝处采用耐火密封胶填充。
作为优选，所述复合陶板包括陶板和设置在陶板内表面上的无机保温材料层，无机保温材料层可采用泡沫陶瓷板或者泡沫玻璃或者泡沫砂浆等。
作为优选，所述陶板与无机保温材料采用陶板胶粘剂层粘结连接。
作为优选，所述陶板胶粘剂层中设置有纤维网格布增强层。纤维网格布增强层可以防止复合陶板意外破坏产生坠落。
作为优选，所述陶板的外表面设有波纹结构或花纹结构，内表面上设有横向的细槽口。横向的细槽口可以提高陶板胶粘剂层的粘结强度。
作为优选，所述陶板胶粘剂层采用水泥基胶粘剂或者膏状乳液胶粘剂或者反应型树脂胶粘剂。
作为优选，所述挂件为Z型结构.一端插入复合陶板的预留槽内，采用柔性胶固定，另一段通过不锈钢自攻螺钉紧固在固定钢片上.
本实用新型专利的有益效果：本实用新型复合陶板同时粘贴和挂接，重力可以由挂件直接传递到外墙基体上，粘结层不再承受剪力，挂件也可以防止饰面板在胶粘剂未完全达到固化强度时产生下坠，保证接缝的美观和顺直，结构安全合理。复合陶板可同时满足耐火和保温的性能要求。整个系统不需要横竖向钢龙骨，不仅施工效率高而且节约了安装费用，降低建筑成本，具有较好的经济效益。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1，所述复合陶板包括陶板1和设置在陶板1内表面上的无机保温材料层2，所述陶板1与无机保温材料层2采用陶板胶粘剂层3粘结连接，所述陶板胶粘剂层3中设置有纤维网格布4。所述陶板1的外表面设有波纹结构或花纹结构，内表面上设有横向的细槽口，可以提高陶板胶粘剂层的粘结强度。所述陶板胶粘剂层3采用水泥基胶粘剂或者膏状乳液胶粘剂或者反应型树脂胶粘剂。所述无机保温材料层2表面为多孔麻面，孔为封闭孔，不吸水，导热系数非常低，保温隔热性能好。无机保温材料层2是由陶土经高温烧制而成，耐火性极好。所述的陶板1和无机保温材料层2组成的复合陶板重量很轻，可以浮于水面，多孔表面适合于粘贴施工。
参阅图2、3、4，复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，包括若干复合陶板，所述复合陶板通过聚合物砂浆13粘结于砂浆找平层8上，同时也通过挂件5固定于主体结构的固定钢片6上，相邻的复合陶板的横竖向拼缝处采用耐火密封胶7填充。所述挂件5为Z型结构，采用镀锌钢挂件，外端嵌入复合陶板的预留挂件槽12内，里端通过不锈钢自攻螺钉11紧固于固定钢片6上，固定钢片6通过锚栓10固定于主体结构上，固定钢片6的外端与砂浆找平层8平齐。相邻复合陶板之间的横竖向拼缝处采用泡沫条和耐火密封胶7嵌缝，起到防水和保温的作用。
当然，本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例，在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下，熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形，但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，其特征在于：包括若干复合陶板，所述复合陶板由陶板(1)和无机保温材料层(2)复合而成，复合陶板通过聚合物砂浆层(13)粘结于砂浆找平层(8)上，同时也通过挂件(5)固定于固定钢片(6)上，相邻的复合陶板的横、竖向拼缝处采用耐火密封胶(7)填充。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，其特征在于：所述陶板(1)与无机保温材料层(2)采用陶板胶粘剂层(3)粘结连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，其特征在于：所述陶板胶粘剂层(3)中设置有纤维网格布(4)。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，其特征在于：所述无机保温材料层(2)采用泡沫陶瓷板或者泡沫玻璃或者泡沫砂浆。
5.如权利要求1所述的复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，其特征在于：所述陶板(1)的外表面设有波纹结构或花纹结构，内表面上设有横向的细槽口。
6.如权利要求2所述的复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，其特征在于：所述陶板胶粘剂层(3)采用水泥基胶粘剂或者膏状乳液胶粘剂或者反应型树脂胶粘剂。
7.如权利要求1至6中任何一项所述的复合陶板的挂贴安装结构，其特征在于：所述挂件(5)为Z型结构。
