Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统,包括辊涂/喷涂界面剂、辊涂/喷涂水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料、批刮外墙防水腻子复合耐碱玻纤网格布、辊涂/喷涂抗碱底漆、辊涂/喷涂反射隔热涂料、辊涂/喷涂罩面漆。本发明中水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料的导热系数低,强度好,吸水率低,不空鼓开裂,A级防火,施工简单,同时结合反射保温隔热涂料辅助保温隔热,能降低水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料的厚度,而且水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料可以直接喷涂、刮涂或辊涂施工于内墙或外墙,无需粘贴保温板材,既省时省工,又减少了粘贴保温板材的安全性问题和渗水问题,同时反射隔热涂料相比于传统涂料,耐久性也更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及糖浆脱色脱胶技术领域,具体为一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统。
背景技术
根据国家提出的碳达峰、碳中和的规划,建筑节能减排是一项长期的强制性的基本国策。现有墙体保温系统主要分为三类:一类为膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫保温板/挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板保温系统,优点是材料保温效果好,缺点是防火等级不够只能用于内保温系统,占用套内面积,存在安全隐患,强度差,基本上装修时全部铲除掉了;一类为岩棉板/水泥发泡板/泡沫玻璃板等保温系统,这类材料的优点是A级防火,缺点是用于内保温时因导热系数偏高,设计的厚度比较厚才能有保温效果,占用大量套内面积,强度差,容易空鼓开裂;用于外保温时吸水率高,强度衰退期短,只能复合硅钙板做保温装饰一体化板,造价高。
为此,我们提出了一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统,包括辊涂/喷涂界面剂、辊涂/喷涂水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料、批刮外墙防水腻子复合耐碱玻纤网格布、辊涂/喷涂抗碱底漆、辊涂/喷涂反射隔热涂料、辊涂/喷涂罩面漆,所述该一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统包括以下步骤:
步骤一:辊涂/喷涂界面剂,提高基层强度,提升层间粘接力,具有一定的防水功能;
步骤二:辊涂/喷涂水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料,起防火、保温、隔热的作用;
步骤三:批刮外墙防水腻子复合耐碱玻纤网格布,起找平底层、增加抗裂防护的作用;
步骤四:辊涂/喷涂抗碱底漆,起封闭底层、防止返碱的作用;
步骤五:辊涂/喷涂反射隔热涂料,起反射隔热、辅助保温、外墙装饰的作用;
步骤六:辊涂/喷涂罩面漆,加强装饰层保护的作用;
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明保温系统中水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料的导热系数低,强度好,吸水率低,不空鼓开裂,A级防火,施工简单,同时结合反射保温隔热涂料辅助保温隔热,能降低水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料的厚度,而且水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料可以直接喷涂、刮涂或辊涂施工于内墙或外墙,无需粘贴保温板材,既省时省工,又减少了粘贴保温板材的安全性问题和渗水问题,同时反射隔热涂料相比于传统涂料,耐久性也更好。

实施例1
一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统,包括辊涂/喷涂界面剂、辊涂/喷涂水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料、批刮外墙防水腻子复合耐碱玻纤网格布、辊涂/喷涂抗碱底漆、辊涂/喷涂反射隔热涂料、辊涂/喷涂罩面漆,该一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统包括以下步骤:
步骤一:辊涂/喷涂界面剂,提高基层强度,提升层间粘接力,具有一定的防水功能;
步骤二:辊涂/喷涂水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料,起防火、保温、隔热的作用;
步骤三:批刮外墙防水腻子复合耐碱玻纤网格布,起找平底层、增加抗裂防护的作用;
步骤四:辊涂/喷涂抗碱底漆,起封闭底层、防止返碱的作用;
步骤五:辊涂/喷涂反射隔热涂料,起反射隔热、辅助保温、外墙装饰的作用;
步骤六:辊涂/喷涂罩面漆,加强装饰层保护的作用。。
本发明通过使用水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料与反射隔热涂料来使建筑物达到墙体节能效果的一种外墙保温系统,通常用于外墙外保温;本系统包含界面剂、水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料、外墙防水腻子、耐碱玻纤网格布、抗碱底漆、反射隔热涂料、罩面漆,其中,界面剂起提高基层强度,提升层间粘接力,及防水的作用;水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料起防火、保温、隔热的作用;外墙防水腻子复合耐碱玻纤网格布起找平底层、增加抗裂防护的作用;抗碱底漆起封闭底层、防止返碱的作用;反射隔热涂料起反射隔热、辅助保温、外墙装饰的作用;罩面漆起保护装饰层的作用,保温系统中水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料的导热系数低,强度好,吸水率低,不空鼓开裂,A级防火,施工简单,同时结合反射保温隔热涂料辅助保温隔热,能降低水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料的厚度,而且水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料可以直接喷涂、刮涂或辊涂施工于内墙或外墙,无需粘贴保温板材,既省时省工,又减少了粘贴保温板材的安全性问题和渗水问题,同时反射隔热涂料相比于传统涂料,耐久性也更好。

1.一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统,包括辊涂/喷涂界面剂、辊涂/喷涂水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料、批刮外墙防水腻子复合耐碱玻纤网格布、辊涂/喷涂抗碱底漆、辊涂/喷涂反射隔热涂料、辊涂/喷涂罩面漆,其特征在于,所述该一种水性无机硅质微球保温材料外墙保温系统包括以下步骤:
步骤一:辊涂/喷涂界面剂,提高基层强度,提升层间粘接力,具有一定的防水功能;
步骤二:辊涂/喷涂水性无机硅晶微球保温涂料,起防火、保温、隔热的作用;
步骤三:批刮外墙防水腻子复合耐碱玻纤网格布,起找平底层、增加抗裂防护的作用;
步骤四:辊涂/喷涂抗碱底漆,起封闭底层、防止返碱的作用;
步骤五:辊涂/喷涂反射隔热涂料,起反射隔热、辅助保温、外墙装饰的作用;
步骤六:辊涂/喷涂罩面漆,加强装饰层保护的作用。
