本发明公开了一种高弹波皱面料及其织造工艺,所述面料包括上层弹性层和下层弹性层,分别由纯棉纱线组和氨纶包芯纱组按照规律排列的上层纬纱、上层经纱和下层纬纱、下层经纱分别织造而成,上下两层的氨纶包芯纱经纬向交织形成弹力格子;上下两层采用间隔排布的接节点连接在一起;所述氨纶包芯纱在所述布料的边缘处的氨纶包芯纱组的氨纶包芯纱根数是非边缘处的氨纶包芯纱根数的两倍;所述面料的布边处采用双布边和双绞边线来加固纬纱;所述面料的上下平布的纬密为所述上层纬纱和下层纬纱之和的两倍。本发明因为具有独特的波浪状外观、蓬松柔软的手感,可以作为家居和办公用的毯子、服装等使用,具有良好的柔软舒适、吸水性能,且个性时尚。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种高弹防皱面料。
背景技术
目前纺织领域,个性化追求、消费理念上升,普通的产品已没有价格优势,差异化产品受到消费者青睐。
市场传统的毯子面料以双层或者多层纱布为主,普通纯棉或者涤棉交织材质,外观没有大的凹凸效果,较为平整,而且手感一般,舒适性和透气性能差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种具有独特的波浪状外观,具有良好的蓬松、柔软、舒适和吸水性能,且个性时尚并可以重复利用的高弹波皱面料。

一种高弹波皱面料,所述面料包括上层弹性层和下层弹性层,分别由纯棉纱线组和氨纶包芯纱组按照规律排列的上层纬纱、上层经纱和下层纬纱、下层经纱分别织造而成,上下两层的氨纶包芯纱经纬向交织形成弹力格子;上下两层采用间隔排布的接节点连接在一起;所述氨纶包芯纱在所述布料的边缘处的氨纶包芯纱组的氨纶包芯纱根数是非边缘处的氨纶包芯纱根数的两倍;所述面料的布边处采用双布边和双绞边线来加固纬纱;所述面料的上下平布的纬密为所述上层纬纱和下层纬纱之和的两倍。

将上层经纱和上层纬纱、下层经纱和下层纬纱分别交织成上层弹性层和下层弹性层,其中下层经纱与上层纬纱间隔交替交织形成多个接结点;
布边处织造成双布边和双绞边线,其中外布边外侧和内布边外侧分别设有绞边线。

本发明的高弹波皱面料,分别由纯棉纱线组和氨纶包芯纱组按照规律排列的上下两层的氨纶包芯纱经纬向交织形成弹力格子;上下两层采用间隔排布的接节点连接在一起;形成波浪状起伏的外观,且增加了弹性和柔软蓬松的手感,氨纶包芯纱在所述布料的边缘处的氨纶包芯纱组的氨纶包芯纱根数是非边缘处的氨纶包芯纱根数的两倍;所述面料的布边处采用双布边和双绞边线来加固纬纱;所述面料的上下平布的纬密为所述上层纬纱和下层纬纱之和的两倍。本发明通过采用紧密布边组织、加大平布密度、更换合股纱来加大摩擦力,防止脱边,并采用双布边双绞边线来加固纬纱,增加弹力纱夹持力来防止弹力纱回抽,因为其具有的独特的波浪状外观、蓬松柔软的手感,可以作为家居和办公用的毯子、服装等使用,具有良好的柔软舒适、吸水性能,且个性时尚可以重复利用。
本发明的氨纶包芯纱以合理比例加入,赋予了产品时尚和灵动感外观,个性时尚,非常规双层面料,任何场景均适合,可用于毯子、服装等的使用,产品凹凸立体、蓬松舒适,给消费者很好的视觉冲击和新颖享受。
本发明在织造后后处理时,解决了产品整个生产过程的纱线回弹、边缘弹力小,实现了整个产品的时尚和灵动的精髓,染整采用无张力优化工艺流程,保证了产品的弹力波皱及蓬松舒适性,实现了布面呈不规则泡面状波浪效果,形成一种高弹波皱面料。

实施例1
准备:分条整经,张力片张力是7、8、9,采用最大张力3300N拉轴。
纱线选择:经纱采用32/2C纯棉纱线和32S/2C包40D氨纶包芯纱;所述纬纱采用21S/C纯棉纱线和32S/2C包40D氨纶包芯纱;上层经纱和下层经纱按照纯棉纱线组和氨纶包芯纱组为198:4的排列比例;上层纬纱和下层纬纱按照纯棉纱线组和氨纶包芯纱组为119:3的排列比例;其中排列在布料的边缘处的氨纶包芯纱组的氨纶包芯纱根数经纱是8根,纬纱是6根;
织造:将经纱和纬纱分别分为上下两层,将纯棉纱线和氨纶包芯纱,分别按照以上规律循环排列,上下平布处采用合股纱,并增加第二纬密为主身两倍纬密;
将上层经纱和上层纬纱、下层经纱和下层纬纱分别交织成上层弹性层和下层弹性层,其中经纱每20根,纬纱每8根处,下层经纱上来与上层纬纱交织一次形成多个接结点;
所述双布边的外布边和内布边分别采用45根经纱织造而成;所述内布边为2/2纬重平组织,所述外布边的外侧至少15根经纱为1/1平纹组织,其余为2/2纬重平组织。纬重平组织处一个综丝穿2根,平纹组织处一个综丝穿1根,织造成双布边和双绞边线,其中外布边外侧和内布边外侧分别设有绞边线。
后处理:调整卷轴张力、落布辊不能太大,每60码落布且落布前后打平布来固结氨纶包芯纱,下机后24小时内必须验布使布处于松弛状态;
调整落布数量,每40条落布,且每8小条打15cm×2平布;循环5次后落布再打15cm×2平布落布。
染整段:将所述坯布面料经溢流机煮漂染色后,用平幅松式烘干机烘干,转整装开裁,以8连条一块,断开后即刻将两端包头转染整。
将包头后的产品入脱水机,以轻柔方式喷淋加湿均匀后,直接脱水。
脱水后的产品经转笼烘干步骤后得到所述高弹波皱面料。
所述煮漂步骤中的煮漂液中含有36波美度火碱溶液4ml/L、27.5%双氧水8ml/L、低温精炼剂1.5ml/L;煮漂温度为88℃,煮漂时间为55分钟。
所述染色步骤中的染液中含有染料0.0001-0.01%、元明粉12g/l、纯碱8g/l;染色温度为60~65℃,染色时间为30~40分钟。
整装段:a.坯布验收完成第一时间转整装顺色涤纶线撸边(前验验收、整装撸边要在2天内完成,防止长时间存放造成弹力丝回抽);b.染整松式烘干后的产品以8条为一块进行开裁并即刻包头,防止弹力丝在无张力松弛的状态下回抽;c.染整转笼烘干后的产品,沿开剪线条与条开剪后即刻包头,防止弹力丝回抽,影响单条产品中间与四周边缘的起泡均匀、美观效果。
通过以上改进措施,解决了纱线回弹问题,保证了边缘弹力丰富,实现了整的体验。

1.一种高弹波皱面料,其特征在于:所述面料包括上层弹性层和下层弹性层,分别由纯棉纱线组和氨纶包芯纱组按照规律排列的上层纬纱、上层经纱和下层纬纱、下层经纱分别织造而成,所述上层经纱和下层经纱都按照纯棉纱线组和氨纶包芯纱组为122~198:4~8的排列比例;所述上层纬纱和下层纬纱都按照纯棉纱线组和氨纶包芯纱组为80~119:2~4的排列比例;上下两层的氨纶包芯纱经纬向交织形成弹力格子;上下两层采用间隔排布的接节点连接在一起;所述氨纶包芯纱在所述面料的边缘处的氨纶包芯纱组的氨纶包芯纱根数是非边缘处的氨纶包芯纱根数的两倍;所述面料的布边处采用双布边和双绞边线来加固纬纱;所述双布边的内布边为2/2纬重平组织,所述双布边的外布边的外侧至少15根经纱为1/1平纹组织,其余为2/2纬重平组织;其中外布边外侧和内布边外侧分别设有绞边线;所述面料的上下平布的纬密为所述上层纬纱和下层纬纱之和的两倍。

布边处织造成双布边和双绞边线,其中外布边外侧和内布边外侧分别设有绞边线。
