The water-based paint has the advantages that the discharge of VOC (volatile organic compounds) of the water-based paint is greatly reduced compared with that of a solvent-based paint by comprehensively analyzing the aspects of safety, coating performance, energy consumption, construction difficulty, equipment universality degree, economy and the like, and meanwhile, the water-based paint has low smell and low harm to human bodies and is more suitable for sensitive people.
At present, a matched coating product commonly used for engineering machinery is a water-based epoxy coating. And because the parts of the engineering machinery are mostly made of large and thick steel, the heat capacity of the workpiece is very large, the workpiece heating efficiency is relatively low, the energy consumption is large, the coating efficiency is extremely low, and the primer of the current engineering machinery field process needs to be baked when not completely dried, so that the construction efficiency is greatly delayed.

Although the invention achieves the effects of quick drying, no need of baking, no bubble miliaria in a paint film and the like, the quick-drying waterborne epoxy coating easily causes the problems of quick drying, poor leveling property of the paint film, cracking of the paint film, poor mechanical property and the like in a high-temperature low-humidity environment.

10-20 parts of an extender filler,
5-10 parts of elastic polyacrylic acid emulsion,
1-3 parts of a solvent, namely,
1-2 parts of a dispersing agent,
0.3 to 1 portion of defoaming agent,
0.3 to 1 portion of wetting agent,
0.5-1 part of flash rust inhibitor,
0.5 to 2 portions of thickening agent,
10-20 parts of deionized water;
the component B is a curing agent part of a water-based bi-component epoxy coating applied to a wet-on-wet process, and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20-50 parts of a water-based amine curing agent,
15-30 parts of a cosolvent,
20-30 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the water-based two-component epoxy coating applied to the wet-on-wet process further comprises the step of using the water-based epoxy emulsion as a base resin, and carrying out special molecular weight design and functional group modification on the quick-drying water-based epoxy emulsion.

sequentially adding deionized water, cosolvent and amine curing agent into a clean paint mixing cylinder, controlling the feeding time within 30 minutes, and stirring for 15 minutes to prepare a component B;

The key to realizing the water-based wet-on-wet coating is to adjust the drying speed of the water-based epoxy primer and control the volatilization gradient between two coatings. When the formula of the waterborne two-component epoxy primer is designed, the proper epoxy emulsion, amine curing agent, solvent system, flexible resin, and matched auxiliary agent system and pigment and filler system are screened through experiments under the condition of meeting the performance. The aqueous two-component epoxy systems require a particularly optimized equivalence ratio and play a crucial role in the paint film properties. Meanwhile, when the pigment volume concentration of the formula is designed, optimization design is required according to the characteristics of different powder and resin, so that the influence on the coating performance and dryness is great, and the influence on the appearance effect of the water-based double-component polyurethane finish paint in the field of wet-on-wet application is great.
The concrete steps of the embodiment are as follows;
(1) preparation of a component A: sequentially adding deionized water, a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent into a stirring container, dispersing for 5-10 minutes under the stirring condition of 800 revolutions per minute in 500 plus materials, and then sequentially adding an antirust pigment, a coloring pigment and an extender filler, and dispersing for 15 minutes at a high speed under the stirring condition of 1500 revolutions per minute in 1000 plus materials; adding zirconium beads, dispersing at high speed under the condition of 2000-2500 rpm, filtering and pouring into a paint mixing cylinder when the fineness reaches below 30 micrometers; in a paint mixing cylinder, sequentially adding the water-based epoxy emulsion, the elastic polyacrylic acid emulsion, the solvent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent, the flash rust inhibitor and the thickening agent into the paint mixing cylinder for dispersing for 10-15 minutes under the stirring condition of 500-800 r/min respectively to prepare a component A;
(2) b, preparation of a component: sequentially adding deionized water, cosolvent and amine curing agent into a clean paint mixing cylinder, controlling the feeding time within 30 minutes, and stirring for 15 minutes to prepare a component B;
(3) a preparation method of a water-based two-component epoxy coating applied to a wet-on-wet process comprises the following steps: and mixing the component A and the component B according to the mass ratio of 7:1, and then adding 10% of water according to the construction viscosity requirement for mixing to obtain the water-based two-component epoxy coating applied to the wet-on-wet process.

As can be seen from Table 1, the physicochemical properties of the aqueous wet-on-wet coating of the embodiment have the advantages of minimum VOC content, excellent environmental protection performance, good water resistance, good humidity resistance and good drying performance, and ensures that the leveling property of the paint film is good, the paint film is not easy to crack and the mechanical performance is good when the engineering machinery operates in a high-temperature low-humidity environment.

0.5 to 2 portions of thickening agent,
10-20 parts of deionized water;
the component B is a curing agent part of a water-based bi-component epoxy coating applied to a wet-on-wet process, and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20-50 parts of a water-based amine curing agent,
15-30 parts of a cosolvent,
20-30 parts of deionized water.
