Hollow covering polymer microsphere 1 part

When the water-based crack artistic paint is used in a matching way, the crack primer is firstly coated, and then the crack finish paint is coated.
The preparation method of the water-based crack artistic coating mainly comprises the following steps of sequentially carrying out:
preparing crack primer
(1) Starting a dispersion machine, regulating the rotation speed to 600rpm, adding water, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting agent, a preservative accounting for 50% of the total weight of the preservative and a water-based defoaming agent accounting for 50% of the total weight of the water-based defoaming agent into the dispersion machine, and stirring for 10 min;
(2) adding white carbon black, talcum powder, mica powder and a silane coupling agent into a dispersion machine, adjusting the rotating speed to 2000rpm, and dispersing for 30 min;
(3) adjusting the rotating speed to 800rpm, adding the polyacrylic acid emulsion into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 20 min;
(4) adjusting the rotation speed to 600rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the aqueous defoaming agent and the aqueous color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15 min;
(5) adjusting the rotating speed to 500rpm, adding a water-based thickening agent into a dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 10min to obtain the crack primer;
(II) preparing crack finish paint
(1) Starting a dispersion machine, regulating the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding water, a pH regulator, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting agent, a preservative accounting for 50% of the total weight of the preservative and a water-based defoaming agent accounting for 50% of the total weight of the water-based defoaming agent into the dispersion machine, and stirring for 15 min;
(2) adding wollastonite, barium sulfate and hollow covering polymer microspheres into a dispersion machine, adjusting the rotating speed to 2000rpm, and dispersing for 30 min;
(3) regulating the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding the pure acrylic emulsion into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 20 min;
(4) adjusting the rotation speed to 650rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the defoaming agent and the aqueous color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 20 min;
(5) and adjusting the rotating speed to 500rpm, adding the aqueous thickening agent into the dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 10min to obtain the crack finish paint.
When the paint is matched for use, the crack primer is firstly coated, and then the crack finish paint is coated.

(4) adjusting the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the aqueous defoaming agent and the aqueous color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15 min;
(5) adjusting the rotating speed to 500rpm, adding a water-based thickening agent into a dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 15min to obtain the crack primer;
(II) preparing crack finish paint
(1) Starting a dispersion machine, regulating the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding water, a pH regulator, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting agent, a preservative accounting for 66 percent of the total weight of the preservative and a water-based defoaming agent accounting for 50 percent of the total weight of the water-based defoaming agent into the dispersion machine, and stirring for 10 min;
(2) adding wollastonite, barium sulfate and hollow covering polymer microspheres into a dispersion machine, adjusting the rotation speed to 1500rpm, and dispersing for 25 min;
(3) adjusting the rotating speed to 800rpm, adding the pure acrylic emulsion into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 20 min;
(4) adjusting the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the defoaming agent and the water-based color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15 min;
(5) and adjusting the rotating speed to 500rpm, adding the aqueous thickening agent into the dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 15min to obtain the crack finish paint.

(4) adjusting the rotation speed to 600rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the aqueous defoaming agent and the aqueous color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 20 min;
(5) adjusting the rotation speed to 600rpm, adding an aqueous thickening agent into a dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 15min to obtain the crack primer;
(II) preparing crack finish paint
(1) Starting a dispersion machine, adjusting the rotation speed to 650rpm, adding water, a pH regulator, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting agent, a preservative accounting for 50% of the total weight of the preservative and a water-based defoaming agent accounting for 60% of the total weight of the water-based defoaming agent into the dispersion machine, and stirring for 15 min;
(2) adding wollastonite, barium sulfate and hollow covering polymer microspheres into a dispersion machine, adjusting the rotation speed to 1500rpm, and dispersing for 30 min;
(3) adjusting the rotating speed to 800rpm, adding the pure acrylic emulsion into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15 min;
(4) adjusting the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the defoaming agent and the water-based color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 20 min;
(5) and adjusting the rotation speed to 600rpm, adding an aqueous thickening agent into the dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 10min to obtain the crack finish paint.

(2) adding white carbon black, talcum powder, mica powder and a silane coupling agent into a dispersion machine, adjusting the rotation speed to 1500rpm, and dispersing for 30 min;
(3) adjusting the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding the polyacrylic acid emulsion into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15 min;
(4) adjusting the rotation speed to 650rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the aqueous defoaming agent and the aqueous color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 20 min;
(5) adjusting the rotation speed to 600rpm, adding an aqueous thickening agent into a dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 15min to obtain the crack primer;
(II) preparing crack finish paint
(1) Starting a dispersion machine, regulating the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding water, a pH regulator, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting agent, a preservative accounting for 50% of the total weight of the preservative and a water-based defoaming agent accounting for 50% of the total weight of the water-based defoaming agent into the dispersion machine, and stirring for 15 min;
(2) adding wollastonite, barium sulfate and hollow covering polymer microspheres into a dispersion machine, adjusting the rotating speed to 2000rpm, and dispersing for 30 min;
(3) regulating the rotation speed to 700rpm, adding the pure acrylic emulsion into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 20 min;

As can be seen from Table 1, the waterborne crack art coating has the advantages of environmental protection, easy construction, good water resistance and good chemical stability.
The water-based crack art paint and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned examples, and any modification or replacement according to the principle of the present invention should be within the scope of the present invention.

1. The water-based crack art coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: the crack primer and the crack finish coat are matched, wherein the crack primer is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
6-18 parts of water
0.5 to 1.0 portion of aqueous dispersant
0.5 to 1.0 portion of water-based wetting agent
0.5 to 1.0 portion of water-based defoaming agent
1-5 parts of white carbon black
2-3 parts of talcum powder
1-5 parts of mica powder
1-2 parts of silane coupling agent
50-70 parts of polyacrylic emulsion
2-5 parts of antifreeze
1-5 parts of film-forming assistant
1-2 parts of preservative
2-7 parts of water-based color paste
2-5 parts of an aqueous thickening agent;
the crack finish paint is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
8-19 parts of water
0.2 to 0.5 portion of pH regulator
0.3 to 1.0 portion of aqueous dispersant
0.5 to 1.0 portion of water-based wetting agent

(2) adjusting the rotation speed to 1500-2000rpm, adding white carbon black, talcum powder, mica powder and a silane coupling agent into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 25-30 min;
(3) regulating the rotation speed to 700-800rpm, adding the polyacrylic acid emulsion into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15-20 min;
(4) regulating the rotation speed to 600-700rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the aqueous defoaming agent and the aqueous color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15-20 min;
(5) adjusting the rotating speed to 500-600rpm, adding the aqueous thickening agent into the dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 10-15min to obtain the crack primer;
(II) preparing crack finish paint
(1) Starting a dispersion machine, adjusting the rotation speed to be less than 800rpm, adding water, a pH regulator, a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting agent, a preservative accounting for 40-60% of the total weight of the preservative and a water-based defoaming agent accounting for 40-60% of the total weight of the water-based defoaming agent into the dispersion machine, and stirring for 10-15 min;
(2) regulating the rotation speed to 1500-2000rpm, adding wollastonite, barium sulfate and hollow covering polymer microspheres into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 25-30 min;
(3) regulating the rotation speed to 700-800rpm, adding the pure acrylic emulsion into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15-20 min;
(4) regulating the rotation speed to 600-700rpm, adding an antifreezing agent, a film-forming aid, the rest of the preservative, the rest of the defoaming agent and the aqueous color paste into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 15-20 min;
(5) and adjusting the rotating speed to 500-600rpm, adding the aqueous thickening agent into the dispersion machine, and continuously stirring for 10-15min to obtain the crack finish paint.
4. The method for preparing the water-based crack art paint as claimed in claim 3, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when the paint is matched for use, the crack primer is firstly coated, and then the crack finish paint is coated.
