2) adding silica sol into a new coating tank, slowly adding the aluminum paste mixed in the step (1) into the tank under the stirring of 500rpm/min, and continuously dispersing for 8min until the aluminum paste is uniform, so that the phenomenon that the aluminum paste is easily blackened when the rotating speed is too high is avoided;
3) the rotating speed is increased to 900rpm/min, the silver powder directional auxiliary agent, the flash rust prevention agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent are sequentially added into a tank, the mixture is dispersed for 18 minutes, the filter residue is filtered, the crack paint finish is manufactured, the silver powder directional auxiliary agent, the flash rust prevention agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent can be uniformly stirred at the rotating speed of 900rpm/min, and a higher speed is not selected in order to reduce the influence of the rotating speed on the aluminum silver paste.
Examples 2 to 4
As shown in table 1, examples 2 to 4 are different from example 1 in the raw material composition of the crack lacquer.

The crack paints of the above examples 1 to 4 were subjected to the performance test, and the test results are shown in the following table 2.

Test results show that the single-component aqueous environment-friendly industrial crack paint provided by the invention has good high temperature resistance and mechanical properties.

As shown in table 3, example 5 differs from example 1 in the amounts of silica sol and acrylic emulsion used for the crack lacquer primer.
Comparative examples 1 to 2
As shown in Table 3, comparative examples 1-2 differ from example 1 in the amount of silica sol and acrylic emulsion used in the crack lacquer primer.

According to the test results in Table 4, the invention can adjust the dosage of the acrylic emulsion and the silica sol to make the adhesion, the impact resistance and the hardness of the crack lacquer reach higher levels.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that the crack lacquer top-coat of comparative example 3 is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
1) sequentially adding the waterborne aluminum paste, deionized water and a dispersing agent into a tank, stirring at the rotating speed of 500rpm/min for 18min, and uniformly dispersing;
2) adding silica sol into a new coating tank, slowly adding the aluminum paste mixed in the step (1) into the tank under the stirring of 750rpm/min, and continuously dispersing for 8 min;
3) and increasing the rotating speed to 900rpm/min, sequentially adding the silver powder orientation auxiliary agent, the flash rust prevention agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent into a tank, dispersing for 18 minutes, filtering, removing filter residues, and finishing the preparation of the crack paint finish.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 differs from example 1 in that the crack lacquer top-coat of comparative example 4 is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
1) sequentially adding the waterborne aluminum paste, deionized water and a dispersing agent into a tank, stirring at the rotating speed of 500rpm/min for 18min, and uniformly dispersing;
2) adding silica sol into a new coating tank, slowly adding the aluminum paste mixed in the step (1) into the tank under the stirring of 250rpm/min, and continuously dispersing for 8 min;
3) and increasing the rotating speed to 900rpm/min, sequentially adding the silver powder orientation auxiliary agent, the flash rust prevention agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent into a tank, dispersing for 18 minutes, filtering, removing filter residues, and finishing the preparation of the crack paint finish.
Test example 3
The crack paints of the embodiment 1 and the comparative examples 3 to 4 are respectively adopted for construction, and the wall surface after construction is observed. In the embodiment 1, after the crack paint is constructed, crack lines are cracked uniformly, the surface of a coating film is smooth and flat, the covering power is high, and the metal feeling is obvious; comparative example 3 after the crack paint construction, crack lines crack unevenly, the coating covering power is reduced, the coating is black and white and large-area spots appear locally; comparative example 4 after the crack paint construction, the crack lines are not uniform, and the coating film has particles with uneven height.

Claims (9)

1. The single-component aqueous environmental-friendly industrial crack lacquer is characterized by comprising a single-component aqueous environmental-friendly industrial crack lacquer primer and a single-component aqueous environmental-friendly industrial crack lacquer finish;
the crack paint primer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of deionized water A, 0.1-1.5 parts of wetting dispersant, 0.05-0.3 part of bentonite, 0.05-0.3 part of first-class defoaming agent, 0.1-1.5 parts of black pigment, 5-20 parts of kaolin, 1-10 parts of mica powder, 1-15 parts of antirust pigment, 25-45 parts of acrylic emulsion, 15-35 parts of silica sol, 0.1-1.5 parts of flash rust inhibitor, 0.05-0.3 part of second-class defoaming agent, 0.1-1.0 part of thickening agent and 0.38-10 parts of deionized water B1;
the crack paint finish comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-15 parts of water-based aluminum paste, 15-30 parts of deionized water, 1-10 parts of wetting dispersant, 40-70 parts of silica sol, 1-5 parts of silver powder directional assistant, 0.1-1.5 parts of flash rust inhibitor, 0.05-0.3 part of defoaming agent and 0.1-1.0 part of thickening agent.
2. The one-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the crack lacquer primer comprises, in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of deionized water A, 0.5-1.5 parts of wetting dispersant, 0.05-0.15 part of bentonite, 0.05-0.15 part of first-class defoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of black pigment, 10-20 parts of kaolin, 1-6 parts of mica powder, 1-10 parts of antirust pigment, 25-35 parts of acrylic emulsion, 15-25 parts of silica sol, 0.5-1.5 parts of flash rust inhibitor, 0.05-0.1 part of second-class defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of thickening agent and 1-6 parts of deionized water B.

The one-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein the crack lacquer finish comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of water-based aluminum paste, 15-25 parts of deionized water, 1-6 parts of wetting dispersant, 50-70 parts of silica sol, 1-3 parts of silver powder directional assistant, 0.1-1.0 part of flash rust inhibitor, 0.05-0.15 part of defoaming agent and 0.1-0.5 part of thickening agent.

The single-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein in the crack lacquer primer, the wetting dispersant is a modified polyacrylate high polymer solution, the first type of defoamer is an organosilicon defoamer, the black pigment is copper chromium black, the second type of defoamer is a polyether siloxane copolymer, and the thickener is a polyurethane thickener.
5. The single-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crack lacquer according to claim 1, wherein in the crack lacquer finish, the silver powder orientation aid is a rheology modified wax emulsion and the defoamer is an organosilicon defoamer.

The method for preparing a one-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crackle paint according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises a method for preparing a one-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crackle paint primer and a method for preparing a one-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crackle paint topcoat;
the preparation method of the crack lacquer primer comprises the following steps:
1) adding deionized water A into a grinding cylinder, and slowly adding a wetting dispersant, bentonite and a first class defoamer into the grinding cylinder while stirring;
2) adding black pigment, kaolin, mica powder and anti-rust pigment in sequence, fully stirring, adding grinding pickaxe beads, replacing a grinding disc, opening condensed water, and starting grinding until the fineness of water slurry is less than or equal to 30 microns;
3) taking out the ground water slurry for later use;
4) taking a new coating tank, replacing the new coating tank with a dispersion disc, sequentially adding the acrylic emulsion and the silica sol into the tank, and slowly adding the water slurry into the tank while stirring;
5) sequentially adding the flash rust inhibitor, the second type defoaming agent, the thickening agent and the deionized water B into a tank, dispersing and filtering, removing filter residues, and finishing the preparation of the crack lacquer primer;
the preparation method of the crack paint finish comprises the following steps:
1) sequentially adding the waterborne aluminum paste, the deionized water and the dispersing agent into a tank, stirring for 15-20 min, and uniformly dispersing;
2) taking a new coating tank, adding silica sol into the tank, slowly adding the aluminum paste mixed in the step (1) into the tank while stirring, and continuously dispersing until the aluminum paste is uniform;
3) and adding the silver powder directional auxiliary agent, the flash rust prevention agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent into the tank in sequence, dispersing and filtering, removing filter residues, and finishing the preparation of the crackle paint finish.
7. The method for preparing a one-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crack lacquer according to claim 6, wherein the method for preparing the crack lacquer primer comprises the following steps:
1) adding deionized water A into a grinding cylinder, and slowly adding a dispersing agent, bentonite and a first defoaming agent into the grinding cylinder in sequence under stirring at the rotating speed of 900-1200 rpm/min;
2) adjusting the rotating speed to 400-600 rpm/min, adding the black pigment, kaolin, mica powder and anti-rust pigment in sequence, fully stirring for 15-20 min, adding grinding pickaxe beads, changing a grinding disc, opening condensed water, adjusting the rotating speed to 3000-3500 rpm/min, and starting grinding until the fineness of water slurry is less than or equal to 30 microns;
3) taking out the ground water slurry for later use;
4) taking a new coating tank, replacing a dispersion disc, sequentially adding the acrylic emulsion and the silica sol into the tank, and slowly adding the water slurry into the tank under the condition of low-speed stirring at 400-600 rpm/min;
5) and increasing the rotating speed to 700-900 rpm/min, sequentially adding the anti-flash rust agent, the second type defoaming agent, the thickening agent and the deionized water B into the tank, dispersing for 15-20 minutes, filtering, removing filter residues, and finishing the preparation of the crack paint base.
8. The preparation method of the single-component aqueous environmentally friendly industrial crack lacquer according to claim 6, wherein the addition amount of the grinding pick bead is 75-85% of the total grinding mass.
9. The preparation method of the single-component aqueous environmental-friendly industrial crack lacquer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the preparation method of the crack lacquer finish paint comprises the following steps:
1) sequentially adding the waterborne aluminum paste, deionized water and a dispersing agent into a tank, stirring at 400-600 rpm/min for 15-20 min, and uniformly dispersing;
2) adding silica sol into a new coating tank, slowly adding the aluminum paste mixed in the step (1) into the tank under the stirring of 400-600 rpm/min, and continuously dispersing for 5-10 min until the aluminum paste is uniform;
3) and increasing the rotating speed to 800-1000 rpm/min, sequentially adding the silver powder directional auxiliary agent, the flash rust prevention agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent into the tank, dispersing for 15-20 minutes, filtering, removing filter residues, and finishing the preparation of the crack paint finish.
