This example provides a white waterborne vacuum cup baking finish having the composition shown in Table 3 below.
The preparation method of the white water-based vacuum cup baking paint comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight proportion of the raw materials in the table 3, adding 9.4% of deionized water into a container, gradually adding a multifunctional regulator DMEA, a water-based dispersant BYK-190, a water-based defoaming agent BYK-024, a bactericide SNB9750, a cosolvent DPM, an anti-settling agent Bentone DE and titanium dioxide R-606, uniformly dispersing for 30 minutes at a rotation speed of 500-800R/min by adopting a high-speed stirring and dispersing sand mill, and grinding the fineness to be less than or equal to 20 mu m.
(2) After the fineness is ground to be qualified, sequentially adding the water-based matrix resin 5060, the water-based cross-linking agents 303 and 325, the water-based leveling shrinkage-proof auxiliary SN-4727, the water-based wetting leveling agent BYK-346, the adhesive force auxiliary HX-6023 and the anti-flash corrosion auxiliary SN-9779, and stirring and dispersing at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min for 20min to ensure that the materials are uniformly dispersed.

This example provides a white waterborne vacuum cup baking finish having the composition shown in Table 3 below.
The preparation method of the white water-based vacuum cup baking paint comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio of the raw materials in the table 3, adding 9.4% of deionized water into a container, gradually adding a water-based dispersant SN-1790, a water-based defoamer TegoAirex904W, a bactericide SNB9750, a cosolvent diethylene glycol butyl ether, an anti-settling agent HF-140 and titanium dioxide R-606, uniformly dispersing for 30 minutes at a rotating speed of 500-800R/min by adopting a high-speed stirring and dispersing sand mill, and grinding the fineness to be less than or equal to 20 mu m.
(2) After the fineness is ground to be qualified, sequentially adding an aqueous matrix resin KW-8753, aqueous cross-linking agents 303 and 325, an aqueous leveling shrinkage-proof auxiliary Tego270, an aqueous wetting leveling agent BYK-346, an adhesive force auxiliary HX-6023 and an anti-flash corrosion auxiliary SN-9779, and stirring and dispersing at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min for 20min to ensure that the mixture is uniformly dispersed.

And (5) storing the packaged water-based vacuum cup baking varnish in a sealed and shady place.
The waterborne vacuum cup baking varnish prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 is used for construction and performance detection.
And (3) construction description: the workpiece needs to be degreased, derusted and polished before spraying, and dust-free cleaning and drying are ensured.
Spraying construction viscosity: stirring evenly before spraying, diluting with deionized water to viscosity: coating the No. 4 cup at 25 ℃ for 20-30 seconds.
Controlling the thickness of a paint film: 20 to 30 μm.
Baking temperature: 150 ℃ for 20 minutes.
The performance and effect of the waterborne vacuum cup baking varnish prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 are shown in the following table 4.

(2) after the fineness is ground to be qualified, sequentially adding the water-based matrix resin, the water-based cross-linking agent, the water-based leveling shrinkage-proof auxiliary agent, the water-based wetting and leveling agent, the adhesive force auxiliary agent and the anti-flash corrosion auxiliary agent, and stirring and dispersing at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min for 20min to uniformly disperse the mixture;
(3) slowly adding the rest deionized water, uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 500-800 r/min, and adjusting the viscosity to a qualified range;
(4) and after the viscosity is adjusted to be qualified, filtering the mixture by using filter cloth with more than 360 meshes, and packaging the mixture to obtain the water-based vacuum cup baking paint.
