Description

Water-based vacuum cup baking paint and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly water-based baking paint, in particular to water-based vacuum cup baking paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the market of waterborne metal baking paint products mainly comprises water-soluble coatings and water-dilutable coatings, and the coatings contain a certain amount of organic solvent because the matrix resin is converted from solvent-based resin, so that the VOC content in the products is still not low, generally at least more than 20%, and is called as 'pseudo-waterborne', and on the basis of the situation, the market of the vacuum cup paint is urgently in need of more environment-friendly waterborne baking paint products with the VOC controlled below 10%.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-based vacuum cup baking varnish and a preparation method thereof, which screen out water-based dispersion resin containing an extremely low organic solvent, and develops the water-based baking varnish for cups with VOC below 10% by selecting and matching other environment-friendly water-based raw materials, water-based auxiliary agents and the like through a series of tests, thereby solving the problems of insufficient environment protection and higher VOC content of water-based baking varnish products in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a water-based vacuum cup baking paint, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
Figure BDA0002865447610000021
acrylic dispersions having a VOC of less than or equal to 5%.
Preferably, the aqueous matrix resin is 5060 polyacrylate dispersoid resin in the Yu chemical industry or KW-8753 polyacrylate dispersoid resin in the deep bamboo chemical industry. The two dispersion resins selected strictly have close performance after paint making, and the slight difference is that the odor of the organic solvent is less than 5%, compared with that of the 5060 polyacrylate dispersion resin, the odor is smaller, which is caused by different raw materials used for producing the dispersion, and the two dispersion resins can be selected according to the odor requirement of customers.
Preferably, the aqueous cross-linking agent is a 303 amino resin in the chemical industry of stained austin or a 325 amino resin in the chemical industry of asahi, and the dosage ratio of the two is 6: 5. the 325 amino resin can provide faster curing speed due to high imino content, and the 303 amino resin can avoid the generation of micro bubbles in a paint film caused by too fast curing reaction.
Preferably, the aqueous dispersant is BYK-190 dispersant, SN-1790 dispersant of deep bamboo chemical industry or 4585 acrylic block copolymer dispersant of Xin chemical industry. Has good wetting dispersibility and is suitable for dispersing pigments in an aqueous system.
Preferably, the pigment is titanium dioxide, carbon black powder, permanent red or phthalocyanine blue. The selection of the pigment is based on the comprehensive consideration of the covering power, tinting strength, density, oil absorption, fineness, weather resistance, light resistance, environment friendliness without heavy metals and the like of the pigment. Further, the color ratio (P/B) of the formula is determined according to the requirements on the color and the covering power of the pigment, wherein the white water-based vacuum cup baking paint P/B is approximately equal to 1: 1, black water-based vacuum cup baking paint P/B is approximately equal to 0.08: 1, the red water-based thermos cup baking paint P/B is approximately equal to 0.24:1, and the blue water-based thermos cup baking paint P/B is approximately equal to 0.24: 1.
Preferably, the cosolvent is dipropylene glycol methyl ether (DPM for short) or diethylene glycol butyl ether. The application of dipropylene glycol methyl ether or diethylene glycol butyl ether mainly promotes the affinity wetting of the pigment surface to water, assists the water-based dispersant to quickly wrap the pigment surface, adjusts the surface performance of the pigment, accelerates the dispersion speed, achieves the qualified pigment fineness and keeps stable.
Preferably, the bactericide is 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one. The 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one is an isothiazolinone compound with long-acting bactericidal effect.
Preferably, the multifunctional regulator is N, N-dimethylethanolamine, DMEA for short, has a multifunctional regulating effect, and can be used for optimally regulating the performances of the resin such as dissolving capacity, dissolving parameters, relative volatilization rate, boiling point and the like after being added.
Preferably, the anti-settling agent is organically modified hectorite clay or bentonite. In some white paint formulations, due to the high requirements, the titanium dioxide used for covering is added in large amounts, and in order to prevent pigment precipitation, organically modified hectorite clay or bentonite is added as an anti-settling agent. In other color paint formulations, due to the low pigment content and low specific gravity, no anti-settling agent may be added.
Preferably, the adhesion promoter is HX-6023 polyester phosphate ester of Dahlian chemistry. The base resin of the product provides basic adhesion performance to a metal substrate, and the wet and hot adhesion performance of the product during a cooking test is improved by adding HX-6023 polyester phosphate adhesion promoter.
Preferably, the anti-flash corrosion auxiliary agent is SN-9779 organic zinc chelate of deep bamboo chemical industry. Considering that the substrate generates flash rust phenomenon to some metal ions of the substrate in the period from the time of spraying the water-based vacuum cup baking paint to the time of baking and volatilizing to form a film, the final performance is that white spots can be penetrated out quickly when a boiling test is carried out after a paint film is dried, and the requirement can not be met when the adhesive tape is pulled out. By adding a proper amount of anti-flash corrosion auxiliary agent, the white spots in cooking can be avoided, the cooking performance is improved, and the best addition amount is 0.15-0.3% obtained through tests. The anti-flash corrosion agent is a compound salt substance, so that the flash corrosion phenomenon belongs to the field of electrochemical action, the adopted anti-flash corrosion agent is a substance with reduction to release negative charges to play a role in corrosion inhibition, ions contained in the substance have strong reduction effect, and excessive use amount can cause that some ions are remained on a paint film to reduce the boiling resistance of the paint film and influence the storage stability.
Preferably, the aqueous defoamer is a BYK-024 defoamer or a TegoAirex904W defoamer. These selected defoamers are aqueous, environmentally friendly and have good defoaming capability.
Preferably, the aqueous leveling shrinkage-proof auxiliary agent is Tego270 polyether siloxane copolymer or SN-4727 polyether modified siloxane in deep bamboo chemical industry. The selected water-based leveling shrinkage-proof auxiliary agent is water-based and environment-friendly, and has a better leveling shrinkage-proof effect.
Preferably, the water-based wetting and leveling agent is BYK-346 polyether modified siloxane of Pico chemistry.
In a second aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based vacuum cup baking paint, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing raw materials according to the weight proportion of the raw materials, adding part of deionized water into a container, gradually adding a multifunctional regulator, a water-based dispersant, a water-based defoamer, a bactericide, a cosolvent, an anti-settling agent and a pigment, uniformly dispersing for 30 minutes at a rotating speed of 500-800 r/min by adopting a high-speed stirring and dispersing sand mill, and grinding to the fineness of less than or equal to 20 microns;
(2) after the fineness is ground to be qualified, sequentially adding the water-based matrix resin, the water-based cross-linking agent, the water-based leveling shrinkage-resistant auxiliary agent, the water-based wetting and leveling agent, the adhesive force auxiliary agent and the anti-flash corrosion auxiliary agent, and stirring and dispersing at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min for 20min to uniformly disperse the mixture;
(3) slowly adding the rest deionized water, uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 500-800 r/min, and adjusting the viscosity to a qualified range;
(4) and after the viscosity is adjusted to be qualified, filtering the mixture by using filter cloth with more than 360 meshes, and packaging the mixture to obtain the water-based vacuum cup baking paint.
