Detailed Description
The term as used herein:
"prepared from … …" is synonymous with "comprising". The terms "comprising," "including," "having," "containing," or any other variation thereof, as used herein, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, step, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such composition, step, method, article, or apparatus.
The conjunction "consisting of … …" excludes any unspecified element, step or component. If used in a claim, such phrase will cause the claim to be closed, such that it does not include materials other than those described, except for conventional impurities associated therewith. When the phrase "consisting of … …" appears in a clause of the claim body, rather than immediately following the subject, it is limited to only the elements described in that clause; other elements are not excluded from the stated claims as a whole.
When an equivalent, concentration, or other value or parameter is expressed as a range, preferred range, or a range bounded by a list of upper preferable values and lower preferable values, this is to be understood as specifically disclosing all ranges formed from any pair of any upper range limit or preferred value and any lower range limit or preferred value, regardless of whether ranges are separately disclosed. For example, when ranges of "1 to 5" are disclosed, the described ranges should be construed to include ranges of "1 to 4", "1 to 3", "1 to 2 and 4 to 5", "1 to 3 and 5", and the like. When a numerical range is described herein, unless otherwise indicated, the range is intended to include its endpoints and all integers and fractions within the range.
In these examples, the parts and percentages are by mass unless otherwise indicated.
"parts by mass" means a basic unit of measurement showing the mass ratio of a plurality of components, and 1 part may be any unit mass, for example, 1g may be expressed, 2.689g may be expressed, and the like. If we say that the mass part of the a component is a part and the mass part of the B component is B part, the ratio a of the mass of the a component to the mass of the B component is represented as: b. alternatively, the mass of the A component is aK, and the mass of the B component is bK (K is an arbitrary number and represents a multiple factor). It is not misunderstood that the sum of the parts by mass of all the components is not limited to 100 parts, unlike the parts by mass.
"and/or" is used to indicate that one or both of the illustrated cases may occur, e.g., a and/or B include (a and B) and (a or B).

The raw materials of the dye product are mixed, then the mixture is ground and dispersed with 200g of water by a sand mill, and then the mixture is dried to prepare the finished product of the disperse dye product.
The formulations of the disperse dye preparations of examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-2 are shown in Table 1:
table 1 disperse dye formulation
The disperse dye preparations obtained in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were each taken at 0.5g, dyed and tested according to national standards for fastness, the color light of the cloth sample was observed, the fastness was tested by using a multi-fiber patch, the washing fastness (method A) was tested by using the ISO105C03 standard, the sublimation fastness was tested by using the AATCC117 standard, the light fastness was tested by using the ISO105-B02, and the rubbing fastness was tested by using the AATCC8 standard.
Comparative example 3
The black dye composition of example 1 in CN 200910156655.7 was prepared as a control.
The amount of the dye was adjusted to be the same as the dye prepared in example 1 of the present application, and the black fabric was obtained by dyeing and setting in the same manner as in examples 1 to 8, and the color fastness such as washing, sublimation, light fastness, rubbing and the like was measured.
The results are shown in Table 2:
table 2 test results
Using the black dye composition of comparative example 3 and the disperse dye product of example 1, 6 identical dye baths were prepared, and were dyed at a process condition of 80 ℃ to 130 ℃ and at 130 ℃ at a heating rate of 1 ℃ per minute, when the temperatures reached 100 ℃, 110 ℃, 120 ℃,130 ℃ for 20 minutes, 130 ℃ for 40 minutes, and 130 ℃ for 60 minutes, respectively, one dye cup was immediately taken out, and rapidly cooled, the dyeing was terminated, the cloth sample was taken out, and washed and shaped, and the chromaticity value, lightness L, redness-greenness a, and redness-greenness b of each cloth under D65 light source were measured by a spectrophotometer and listed in table 3.
TABLE 3 staining test results
FIG. 1 is a photograph showing six fiber staining of the fastness to washing of dyed fabrics on the dye preparations obtained in example 1 and comparative example 3.
As can be seen from the data in table 2 and table 3 and fig. 1, the disperse dye composition and the disperse dye product provided by the present application are more uniform and mild in coloring, and the hue is relatively stable in the dyeing process, and the color synchronism is relatively good. The steps of the components are consistent during dyeing, the compatibility is good, the washing fastness is excellent, and the dyeing method is more suitable for dyeing sensitive colors.
